  • ######### are those chicken legs on the 2nd picture?

Torso is buff as hell but the legs are literal armor stands.

  • The 5 still looks like Lady Dimitrescus Booba.

    I can't unsee it.

By saying this we can arguably say that PH and hag ignore them too

PH's attack can be dodged quite easily and holding W against him makes him pretty weak. He is hard to loop but pre-dropping pallets and holding W is his form of brainless counterplay.

Hag, just hold W when she places a trap. Disturb her when she sets up traps. Run to a trap if you know there is one wait till you are right at the edge of the trigger range and then run back. She won't be able to lunge at you, the slowdown she gets gives you enough distance.

Against Nurse, she ignores everything whenever she wants. Her counterplay is partly "holding W", partly "break LoS" but mostly "be unpredictable". If you try the same jukes all the time, you'll get hit. If you don't juke at all, you'll get hit. I'd say the closest to Nurse would be Spirit because she is also all about being unpredictable.

I love everything about this. This really shows someone who loves pyramid head I really like all the thought you put into this. But I would make a couple of changes to one ultra rare and some perks.

I would personally make the Obsidian Goblet make it so punishment of the damed applies torment to hit survivors. As for the perks only forced penance needs to change cause I love the others you buffed I would make forced penance the same but make it so when they take a protection hit they suffer oblivious for 60/70/80 seconds. But overall I love your changes

The PotD applying Torment is actually a quite poplular idea. I usually try to not copy popular ideas but in the end it might be a good Add-on, because it's popular.

Forced Penance could make Oblivious since Deathbound now does Exposed, but making a Survivor permanently broken until they get downed is also quite strong. Combining with Thana for example for quite a long slowdown. But it's debatable.

    But thanks for the feedback.

I was also surprised when I saw it.

No idea why would want to come here but it's pretty cool. I really like it.

Blendettes feel like home in here.

Imagine the whole map being like that. That would be Blendette-heaven.

The official wiki doesn't have that information, but according to Otz guide it's around 1m wide:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeUR6idHDM4

Okay, thank you. I was going with the 1 metre width in my list since it seems like the most accurate value.

  • @IWFreak said:

I don't know the exact numbers, but I think the width is more in the range of 1 - 1.5 meters.

yeah, I think that my assumption of 0.5m was a bit to low, I'd also think it's more around 1 metre of width.

    But thank you.

  • Either Freddy or Clown. Since I don't have an quick idea on how to change Clown to my personal preference I will go for Freddy.

Revert all the changes and give us back old Freddy with some tweaks.

  • I think it's mostly so he can't really flick his shots. That's why he has this slow turning while dragging his knife.

    The thing is...

He can flick his shots when timed right, making it completely unnessecary. Knowing the timing of flicking a shockwave makes PH like a 100 times better just like the double M2 tap "tech"/"exploit"/"magic trick".. (however you wanna call it) he was able to do.

So there is a reason for that slow turning while dragging his knife, if it was intended to be able to flick the shots like he currently can with this flick bug, he would be extremely oppressive, while already being extremely oppressive in chase if played well. He would just become uncounterable while actually in a chase.

  • There is no such thing as an instant 180° turn anymore.

What people mean is a 90° turn while rushing followed by a 90° flick hit, which is INTENDED. This is not a J-Flick and never was.

What wasn't intended was rushing straight forward followed by a 180° flick hit, which got fixed. This was the J-Flick.

Only thing i'd use it for is in preparation of the patch/PTB (if there is one), but without any knowledge id prefer to save 250k in the bank. just would hate to watch the announcement stream then enter my code later for it to be like: nope, sorry, shoulda used it sooner.

BP trough a code ignore the cap, so you can get over a million with it.

  • The council of Booba awaits you.

And no, I mean Bubba, I call him Booba. Stop being dirty minded.

  • They dc because of everything. I just hit a Survivor over a window as Huntress and downed them. It wasn't even a weird looking "Huntress hitbox" hit, it was a clean down.

They were the 1st one found, got downed and then dc'd.

  • Twins. I always said that Victor is a worse Demo and Charlotte is just an M1 Killer, which they are.

But multitasking between them 2, taking weird pathing on an oblivious Survivor with Victor on them. Quite fun I must say.

  • Firstly this, and I would change the requirement for BP bonuses on Survivor.

    1. Barbecue gives you Tokens for doing your Objective, which is hooking.
    2. WGLF gives you Tokens for doing a side Objective. Unhooking and protecting your team.

I would change the effects of WGLF to following, similar to how BBQ gives extra BP for doing your Objective.

    • Every Time a generator is completed, gain a 25 % stackable bonus on BP up to a maximum of 100 %. (For Survivor)
    • For every Survivor on their first hook, gain a 25 % stackable bonus on BP up to a maximum of 100 %. (For Killers)

And tie that to a base mechanic same as Barbecue. In my opinion, it should be quite easy to get the maximum bonus.

We would probably have to buff the 2 Perks a bit because to be honest, everyone uses them for the extra BP and not excactly for the effects.

    BBQ and Chili:

    • Increase the Aura duration from 4 to 6/7/8 seconds.

    WGLF:

    • Increase healing speed by 100 % on dying Survivors. (stays the same)
    • Taking a protection hit grants the Survivor you proteced the "Endurance" Status Effect for 6/7/8 Seconds.

    Or the "PgJsF-Tech"

    Pretty good job so far

    Finally, a balanced hatch! /s

But in seriousness, that's been a bug since the latest update. The floating hatch is completely inaccessible; you can't fall onto it due to where it's located. Pretty much the principle of 'swamp has weird spawns' taken up to eleven.

Excactly, swamp already had the most questionable hatch spawns. This takes it to a new level xD

  • It needs a change. At the moment, Begrimed Head isn't even better than Rusty Head. The "Hemorrhage" Effect does NOTHING.

Why does this Effect still exist ffs.

Just merge Mangled and Hemorrhage finally and I won't need to see this useless Effect in a purple Add-on ever again.

    Not every killer loses..

Doctors do well when they get 3 survivors left.

Onis and billies aswel do good.

Twins do somewhat well before the nerf,

    Slinger is alright against them

    Demo is great against em..

Doctor is countered by holding W and predropping pallets once he is gets even the slightest chance of using shock therapy against Survivors. You probably have to have a giga brain to get the shocks going. And even if you do, shocking Survivors around loops for 1 simple M1 takes so much time, time in which the other Survivors can rush the gens.

Oni has to M1 to get this Power, do you think that you can get those M1's fast against Tournament Survivors? I can't, because Survivors will just loop me around stuff and drop pallets early when they see me coming. He is strong in his power, but he needs to get this power.

Billy has good mobility. He maybe has some potential with Bamboozle against Tournament Survivors, but once they realize Billy has Bamboozle, they will adjust to it and play safe. Billy even with Bamboozle will become an M1 Killer when Survivors know how to loop.

Twins? They are good and certainly not bad, but not good enough to deal with Tournament Survivors.

Slinger has to low mobility. Great chase potential, but Survivors who rush gens will crush Slinger.

Demo is a good boi Killer and underrated by pretty much the whole community but he will struggle against tight loopers just like the rest of the other 20 Killers.

  • It has the same issue as Shadowborn or Stridor. It's a "feel comfy" Perk. If you get to used to it, you can't play without it.

I used Shadowborn for quite a long time, dropped it since it's an addiction. Same with Stridor, I got addicted to the nicer sounds on every Killer. I still run it on Nurse though, hearing people trough walls and blinking point blank is nice and maybe on Spirit if I get so mad about 30 million Iron Wills every match.

I can see why people like Bloodhound, and I would like to like it too, but I know on which path it will take me in once I start using it, so no. I will refuse to use it.

    That's public lobbies though,

I'm referring towards Tournament level in which this is how it would play out

they would just by on the edge of her traps. not even in lunging distance since hag has that slowdown,

not even Scrollwheel would win that. due to said issue

I'm not saying you're wrong since hag is a strong defensive killer. but she gets outshined against good survivors that play / vs hag alot..

Public yeah, because tournament level Tier lists are unrealistic. You don't go against Tournament Level Survivors every game. But yeah, my list was intended to include public games.

But sure. If we include tournament play then we can add Nurse, Spirit and J-flick Blight to S and every other Killer to D because every other Killer will lose against Tournament Survivors.

Doc beats twins. aswel with billy.

Clown puts michael to shame. aswel with GF and Wraith. + piggy,

Billy is severely better than half that list..

    Slinger is worse than Demo,

Huntress is waaaaaay down there she's a public killer

Freddy should be put Lower on the list aswel with hag..

It's not a bad one though...but it's just too messed up,

It isn't messed up, it's my opinion and my own exeprience with all the Killers. You have your opinion, I have mine. The last few times I played Hag, I demolished teams with her 3 gen strat. She is defensive, I find her boring because of that but I can defnitely see her strength. I wouldn't say that she is to low.

  • image.png

That would probably be my opinion.

    • S: We can probably all agree on. Those 3 rule DbD.
    • A+: Has the potential to be S but her weaknesses drop her down a bit. (trap flashlighting, disturbing her while setting up etc.)
    • A: Good Killers who can punish mistakes pretty heavily.
    • B+: Decent Killers who can also punish Survivors mistakes but where good teamplay will probably destroy them.
    • B: Alright Killers but against competent Survivors, they will struggle a bit.
    • C: Easily beaten by good Survivors
    • D: #########?

I would say that regular Add-ons and regular Perks would be taken into account. Actually, I play most Killers without Add-ons so this list is probably biased more towards Killers without Add-ons

  • Are the yellow bottles really that good? Every time I play Clown it seems they hinder me more than they help me, so I stick with purple bottles only.

  • I got reset to rank 9 from rank 1.

  • For me personally, it's Clown. Not because I find him overpowered or anything, I just find him so utterly boring to play as and against him that I almost fall asleep without even realizing.

Playing as Clown: Throw stuff on the ground and be an M1 Killer who can slow down Survivors... wow so fun.

Playing against Clown: Predrop every single pallet, don't loop at all.. just dare to run away from anywhere where isn't a pallet or a window.. whoops you are now 15 % slower and will be downed.

I don't mind playing against or as him but I will definitely not enjoy it as much as say Blight or literally anyone else.

  • I'd really like to like this Perk just like I'm all Ears. But the 40 second cooldown on those Perks ruin them for me.

Remove the cooldown and it might become one of my favourite Perks. It's such a small but "feel nice" effect with a cooldown which is to long or which shouldn't even be there in the first place.

The thing is the overheat was 1 of the many nerfs, why nerfing everything you can imagine on this killer?

They just added the overheat which barely affects normal Billy Gameplay. Sure, it's inconvinient and in opinion unnessecary but since every Killer has some form of cooldown/token system/power duration etc. old Billy didn't have any of these, he was able to spam his Power how much he wanted while Huntress has 5 shots and then has to reload.

That's the difference and also why Huntresse's basekit wasn't changed.

  • Same as they did with Nurse. They aren't weaker but feel clunkier to play.

The extra stun is unnecessary, if they really wanted to nerf Twins (for some reason) they could've done it differently.

  • Huntress has to reload to get her power.

Old Billy could use the Chainsaw infinitely.

    There is your explenation.

  • It reminds me alot of the old Pig daily where you had to kill 4 Survivors with RBT's.

Caging is still easier but when you play optimal you will not cage 4 People in one match unless you extremely go out of your way to torment people which is bad and a big time waste.

But I agree, it should be "hit 4 Survivors with PotD"

  • Legacy. I don't trust any Legacy Player anymore since there is a 50 % chance of them being a cheater.

I know, anyone can cheat, not only Legacy People, but most people who cheat also cheat Legacy so before check any profile I dodge and get into another lobby which is faster anyways.

And if they don't happen to be cheaters then there is a good chance of them being ultra sweaty toxic tryhards. Nah, I'll take 1 extra minute of queue over any of those examples.

  • image.png

    To play as.

    image.png

    To play against.

There didn't really change much, just that I enjoy Deathslinger more when I play him rather than playing against him, but otherwise the ones I play are around the same level as the ones playing against.

  • I mean, Franklins works well against any Item, not only flashlights.

Lightborn is kind of a wasted Perk slot. It feels nice and dominant when you get blinded by 3 flashlights and nothing happens but it is easily countered without any Perks.

The problem isn't that you cant use your DS. PH picked me up multiple times so if my DS was active it would activate the problem is that DS only works when you are Hooked not caged so by PH doing this means that you basically lose that perk slot saying that it would never activate since you were caged not hooked. Hiding in a locker won't help that he could drop you put down the wire and do the same thing again its not just DS to its We're going to live forever, Well make it

No, the optimal play would be 1.hook 2.cage 3.hook.

If he drops you on a trail trough 3 hook states, he will lose the game because he wasted so much time.

If the PH plays optimal you can still deny the cage tunnel after 1st hook by jumping in a locker. He has to pull you out and eat your DS.

  • Oh Power Struggle, I get so much use out of you.... WHEN I DON'T HAVE YOU EQUIPPED.

But when I do have you equipped you show me your Middle Finger.

  • I mean, I could play Myers or Billy and spam plenty of those offerings and still keep many of them. I p3'd Myers and Billy when those offerings still existed

  • I get the point of doing it but it's counterproductive.

And if they happen to have DS, they could just run into a locker anyways, regardless of Torment or not.

  • After watching the part with the castle I don't think anyone will be the Killer, even Lady Dimitrescu, I mean... did you see the end and what Lady D. did? That's a bit to much for dbd and kinda unfitting. Not gonna say excactly what happened.

  • @Mineguy said:

I need people who played re8 already, when you don't then maybe don't read further because of spoilers.

When Ethan enters the castle for the first time and enters the room with 4 statues someone is screaming...and the thing is, I think that's the same scream then from meg in the original dead by daylight Trailer with the 4 first survivors and Trapper.

Is this just sounding a bit similar or is this a spoiler for the resident evil chapter?

I wrote excactly this under Otze's 10 hour video. It 100% sounds like Meg's scream from the Trailer.

  • 2 purple Add-Ons don't make up for the fact that his basekit ability is super weak and needs a buff, again.

  • With the added scream, MYC definitely became a stronger and more consistent Perk. Definitely quite dangerous on Wraith.

    Blood warden potentially

    Spirit fury

    Undying

    Rancor

    Haunted ground to an extent

    Fire up

    That’s all I would consider

    Noed: I agree

Blood Warden: I'd say it's to situational but if it works then it works kinda like a second chance so I kinda agree

Spirit Fury: For at least once, once they realize you have SF/E they will just predrop pallets. Kinda weak in my opinion.

Undying: It's a second chance for another Hex Totem rather than the Player, but it's a second chance regardless.

Rancor: Rather a "Entity feels bad for you and gives you a kill" than a second chance. Also, once the Obsession realizes you have Rancor they will all of a sudden vanish from the map

Haunted: A Survivors fault when it triggers.

    Fire Up: #########?

  • Since it was nerfed back in 2016 the Perk is useless. It used to increase wiggle time also by 75 %.

  • I'll join to this later. I will just do the last comment, seems like fun.

  • I find Pyramid Head's P3 pretty good. He went from bright white and a metal head to deep red and a shiny, gory and bloody head.
