  • Legion already gets much information by default. I'd not use to many tracking Perks.

Rather use slowdown and chase Perks since they suck at chasing. First hit is quite easy but getting that 2nd hit as a normal M1 Killer can be decently challenging against good Survivors.

My build would look something like this:

    1. Discordance (to know where to go at the start, apply injuries around more Survivors)

    2. Hex: Ruin (force Survivors of gens when Discordance triggers)

    3. Pop goes the Weasel (in case Ruin gets cleansed, you have backup. Undying could work too but both can be cleansed, leaving you with 0 gen defence. With Pop you will always have something.

    4. Bamboozle (like I said, use some Chase Perk on them since they suck at chases. There are other options as well. Hex: Crowd Control works similar to Bamboozle, Enduring or Brutal Strength are quite weak for Legion. With Bamboozle you can force pallets more easily.

With the way his power is designed, isn’t the design intention supposed to be that PH tries to force a survivor though a trench, so that he can then track them with Killer Instinct behind obstructions, and get accurate PoTD hits?

That's what it's supposed to do. But 3 seconds of KI can often be to little and forcing Survivors trough trails can be quite counterproductive.

I'd rather go from experience and predict where a Survivor might be and therefore shoot there. If you know they are juking then you can also react accordingly.

  • It's good to practice Survivors movement when you first start playing him. Otherwise I'd say it's quite overrated.

I manage hits trough walls even without it because I get the feel of where Survivors are. It's not 100 % confirmed as it is with IaE but I'd call myself a decent PH as I am not reliant on it. Another reason is that I dislike the Perk because of it's 40 second cooldown. If they halfed the cooldown I'd probably use it more but at the moment it's not worth it personally.

I'd rather go with slowdown/tracking for more consistent wins.

Yeah, we could use another Double BP event. Or at least another 1.5x BP event like we had last year. It'd be great for the new players coming in, and the old players tired of the grind. Cause the grind is gargantuan at this point, and now we're adding 3 new characters. Us both sidesers can't handle it.

Let me guess, you always loved the word "gargantuan"? You never had an opportunity to use it in a sentence till now.

  • When Iron Will triggers me into a certain point I'll use Stridor for quite a while.

Often when I down someone there is no hook nearby most of the time, it makes me wanna take Agitation.

When I get Survivors who glue onto me constantly, abusing my small FoV, I'll take Shadowborn.

I am not Perk reliant so I'll take what makes me more comfy at that time.

I don't have that issue to much as Survivor. Actually I do. I use Self Care/Botany so I don't have to follow that Claudette behind a rock at the corner of the map to heal. But I mostly use it for healing after farming protection hits with Wglf.

  • Ursula and Günther.

  • I never fell asleep while playing. When I feel that I am tired I turn off my PC, go to bed, watch a few videos and then good night.

Though I must say I fell asleep while watching a video in bed. When I enter my comfy position it's over soon xD

  • Billy's "raawr"

    Meg

Hearing Legion running at me with FF

    Clown's Chase music

  • The "drrrrrnnnnggg" sound when the Plague grabs Corrupt Purge.

The sound when someone cleanses, or how I call it "the universal fart"

    Tier 3 Evil Within

    PH's PotD from a distance

PH's knife sound when it hits the ground after an M1

David's sounds (all of them, he could moan into my ears all day/night)

I'm shocked you didn't say placebo tablet and adrenaline vial.

(I might actually try that one day if I'm feeling really masochistic)

Don't tell them this super op secret Add-on combo. They might try and suff.... I mean, be happy because of how op that combo is.

  • It's a nice combo. I usually play with no Add-ons but there is 1 combo I want to try as well.

Soul Chemical + Vigo's Journal. Survivors get an "Overcharge" skill check on healing and repair when you enter a 16 metre radius of a Survivor while rushing. Vigo's Journal makes you Undetectable while rushing which should give quite a lot of SC value. It's not that pracical, rather meme'ish but doing meme stuff sometimes is more fun than being serious.

  • I hope it'll come soon just because I want to do road to rank 1 challenges.

There is no point in doing those currently.

  • Insta-stalk Myers.

    Add-ons:

    1. J. Myers Memorial

    2. Judith's Journal

    Perks:

    1. Nemesis

    2. Enduring

    3. Furtive Chase

    4. Make your Choice

Variation 1: Force pallet stuns to make anyone your Obsession, stalk them for extremely fast stalks. Since you recover from pallet stuns instantly you should be able to stalk a good chunk out of Survivors after being stunned.

Variation 2: Hook your Obsession, anyone who unhooks the Obsession becomes the new Obsession, they are exposed with Make your Choice, 99 % your Tier 3 on your new Obsession and down them with MyC.

Judith's Journal increases stalk rate by 40 % on your Obsession and J. Myers Memorial increases it by 25 %. Combimed it's an 65 % increase in stalking when stalking the Obsession.

  • When I started the game in September 2016, there were 4 Killers: Trapper, Wraith, Billy and Nurse.

Hillbilly was the most appealing to me. I knew the difficulty level of Nurse back then so I never even tried her for quite a long time. And I didn't care that much about Wraith or Trapper.

But when Myers came out, like 1 month later I became a Myers Main for a pretty damn long time until I started playing like different Killers.

  • Challenge accepted, I am not sure when I'll do it but I marked your thread so I remember. I'll probably play it tomorrow evening when I have more time.

  • I did one recently suggested by @GoodBoyKaru.

    Mr. Worldwide Wraith

    Perks:

    1. Distressing

    2. Unnerving Presence.

    3. Infectious Fright

    4. Dark Devotion

    Add-ons:

    1. Bone Clapper

    2. "The Beast" - Soot

Sneak (or don't) up towards Survivors with your deceptively large TR, watch them look around, searching for you while it's already to late and you uncloak right beside them.

Remember, they can't see Wraith that easily anymore so The Beast Add-on can be really deceptive. But them standing still and looking for you gives so much free hits.

Unnerving for some spicier skill checks and be sure to to hit your Obsession for Dark Devotion to become normal Wraith for a short period of time. Also, it will confuse people even more when all of a sudden you uncloak beside them with 0 TR.

  • This guy makes such creative comments, it's unbelievable xD

  • You're probably just burned out of Clown.

I hit a point as PH where I lost many matches and then started to take a break of him because of how dull it became.

Break is over and I have fun playing him again. In the meantime I played Blight, Demo, Myers and a few others.

You should leave Clown alone for now and you'll get the feel when it's time to come back.

  • I have plenty of old screenshots. Why would I delete them. I mean, look at this:

    381210_screenshots_20161113233642_1.jpg

My first time getting facecamped was vs a Myers.

  • Killer sided:

    1. Enduring (Whenever I hurt myself, the pain goes away pretty fast)
    2. Fire Up (At work, when my shift nears the end, I become faster at basically anything I do)
    3. Play with your Food (I walk pretty fast)
    4. Not sure atm

    Survivor sided:

    1. Fixated (I walk pretty fast)
    2. Balanced Landing (I like jumping off shelfs, I usually recover almost instantly after the small fall)
    3. Aftercare (If my best friend (or anyone) does good to me, I do good to them)
    4. No Mither (Even if the day is stressful as hell, I won't be complaining to much. There is always and end to the day)

That was actually a bug. They didn't even fix it after the update and was still possible to instantly m1 out.

I wasn't talking about M1'ing out of the ability.

He could cancel RoJ without a movement speed penalty and no cooldown which basically was a hit at every pallet or window.

This suggestion would bring this issue back on top of the spammable PotD, remember, hid cooldown was 2.75 s., now it's 2.25 s.

It would make him uncounterable at loops again and he would still have the reduced cooldown.

  • Blight is the 3rd best Killer in the game, so.he is the strongest of those you've listed.

Pyramid Head is very strong as well, he ignores most Survivors defenses. Holding W hurts him though.

I'd probably chose Blight, unbiased opinion. His Perks aren't the best but has 1 of the best Perks, Hex: Undying

  • Maybe some QoL improvements but not buffs.

The smallest buff could potentially make him to strong because of how he ignores most Survivors defenses, similar to Nurse.

Removing the slowdown after he cancels RoJ would bring back the issue where he could just tap M2 at a window or pallet and the Survivor would get hit no matter what.

  • I know many Christians who are homophobic, because it's not natural and a sin.

Screw that, I am Christian and I don't care what people think of me being bi.

    Glad you're different.

This is what I’ve been thinking about running. It might not have been clear from the post but my current build is BBQ, Whisperers, M & A, and Enduring. I’m beginning to think I’m not getting much value out of whispers and M & A.

Thosw 2 Perks aren't really worth it on Pig in my opinion.

  • When I do a stun challenge, I go overkill.

    1. DS

    2. Head on

    3. Power Struggle

    4. Quick'n Quiet

    + Flashlight

Be sure to throw as many pallets on the Killer as possible and stun the living sh** out of the Killer with the Perks.

  • I think Scorp uses a Chase/Tracking Build only.

    Brutal Strength, Enduring, Whispers, BBQ

I am not sure about Perk 4 but you should run slowdown Perks on Killers you aren't that familiar with.

    I'd recommend Ruin/Pop/BBQ/Tinkerer.

Tinkerer makes you Undetectable more often so you don't have to waste time crouching in order to be undetectable. Ruin and Pop helps in that regard.

  • My personal favourite build is:

    1. Corrupt Intervention

    2. Barbecue and Chili

    3. Monitor and Abuse

    4. Enduring

Corrupt for a bit of early game management, BBQ for points and info, I'll replace BBQ with something else the next days because all my Killers are finally P3 with all Perks.

With Monitor I can look around better with the higher FoV and during a chase it doesn't matter because I am focused. The smaller TR with Blight's speed can also give you alot of hits, I recommend this Perk on Blight.

And Enduring since I play Blight very aggressively, when my rushes are up and I get stunned I immediately rush/lethal rush/break the pallet. I brute force every pallet when my rushes are up.

I always break pallets with Lethal Rush unless I am not on full Tokens at that moment.

I got 2 meme builds i enjoy now and then.

Clown: Agitation, iron grasph, mad grit, star stuck. The 2 add one that increases your yellow gas duration. Down some one, yellow gas yourself, pick up and then go off and chase someone else. If 2 down hook one then pick up freshly down one. Keep a hostage on your shoulder long as you possibly can. Bonus points if you got the chicken skin.

Survivor: Appraisal, plunder, left behind, any 4th perk to help you hide. Left (the team) For Dead. Step one find a key, then do gens until hatch appears. Then leave your team for dead and just take hatch. If you can get killers attention and have em close hatch it'll start the EGC. If it just closes on its own the others will have to finish gens with 1 less player.

Thank you as well for the builds. I appreciate it.

That's alot, which is good. I can play for a while. Thank you!

  • I hate Father Campbells with Blight. The main building is bugged as hell you bounce of all the benches when you jump down.

And the sliding on that map is horrendous. I got robbed 5 hits yesterday when I hit a Jake. The weapon visually hit him but got ignored, so I agree that Blight is at the same bug level as Nurse currently.

I'd prefer old Blight who was less bugged than this version.

  • Yeah, had a 45 min. discussion with a streamer earlier because apparently I used J-flick.

Turning 45° during a rush and then doing a 90° flick is intended afaik.

  • Personally, I am to scared to lose them so they just chill in my inventory where it's warm and comfy.

Unless it's event time, then I use them.

  • More Killers leave, faster queues for me I guess. I still get my average Survivors most of the time.

But I totally understand why people prefer Survivor. Killer can be to much sometimes, I personally like the Challenge. It's about being more strategic and aware. As Survivor you can listen to music, barely concentrate and still win.

I started writing it down at 6pm as the stream started. In the time between that and 1:20am when I finished, I:

    -Ate something

-Did some ptb games to mess around on the RPD for a seperate thread that I needed in this thread

    -Had about 3 mental breakdowns

-Sat in a call with a friend playing live servers

    -Had a little cry

    -Wrote this entire summary

-Found a picture of a cow

-Made that sappy little thing at the end

-Did the bare minimum of editing after asking a friend to glance through it for typos after I'd already posted it

And yeah that was my evening. Overall the writing and watching part was like 2-3 hours, the everything else part took a lot loner lol

Edit: not to mention I began writing the template down at 2:30pm and in my bored shitposting where I'd periodically update the draft and hope the mods could see it because I was making a joke with Mandy I accidentally posted it, quickly copied it all and then edited the thread into a donkey lmao

Sounds alright, except the mental breakdown and cry part. Hope you're doing fine dude.

My evening consistet of waiting 4 hours for that fricking update to well... update and being astaunished by how massive Nemesis is.
