Civ VI is pretty great, was free on the EGS so very much worth.
-
Assuming proper map RNG, having the tools to counter their ranged abilities is fun, to me at least.
Dodging Huntress hatchets with a quick crouch, or denying a down against Deathslinger with a pallet drop are satisfying.

Huh? What is your source that the RE perks are in mobile? They don't even have Felix, Blight, Zarina, or Deathslinger or their perks in the game. And the mobile team confirmed RE is not coming to their platform.
wow look at that

the freezes for console players looks like teleportation on PC.
These issues affect everyone, and anyone acting elitist about what they use is being delusional to the issue at hand.
-
They're a good information tool as killer, but their track record for getting stuck on even simple objects is uncanny.
It took this zombie 20 seconds to get around this singular tree, once it arrived i found a rock and ran around it so it would be stuck on it until someone else disturbed it.
-
That's a developer mishap. Not really the fault of the killer for 'abusing' a mechanic that simply requires you to stand in front of an object.

This is where the cows went to get remodeled.

I wasn’t talking about slurs, more so “swear” words - which people also get sensitive about. It’s okay for Ash to say he defecates in tall grass but I can’t in chat? Thanks, BHVR.
I’m on console so I don’t even see the in-game chat but people still use Xbox Messaging to send you colorful messages. Xbox is pretty consistent and fast about banning specific words/phrases though.
I was able to say Da*n and sh*t in Endgame, its the random things that get censored for me. But also I didn't use those swear words in a negative context, only by themselves.
-
sounds good, that is until you actually want to hide from the killer.
A toxic, salty and game ruining survivor would then use that aura to reveal yourself to the killer. The killer only sees the Head-On stun, thinking its all choreographed and they rush to kill you, leaving the game ruining survivor the hatch to escape with.
-
Survivors do gens. If not, they die.
-
That's hot.
-
They tried DBD 2, it was Deathgarden: Bloodharvest. It was fun and the pain points of DBD were null in that game, but without the community it died very quickly.
-
Robert Small, a cryptozoologist in search of the local town ghost.
It would be rather easy to give him a story of how he entered the fog, considering he drives at night, goes drinking and searches for mythical monsters.
-
I literally worked on an entire gen while a zombie stared at me from across a short wall. Even a nearby teammate running to join me didn't free the zombie. I flashlighted the zombie after I finished and I'm pretty sure that zombie stayed there for the rest of the match.
-
Meg. Everything about Meg.
-
Those would be far better choices for dailies than most of the 'play x survivor/killer you hate or havent leveled'
-
You don't blame a runner for wearing running shoes, so why would you blame Blight for using perks that benefit their speed?
like damn, you can get the totem. That's right. you. You can cleanse Ruin and Undying. You can win!
...or you can complain. hopefully you don't choose the latter.
-
some people complained that it made their prestige outfits seem worthless so it was removed
-
You can hear a gen long before you approach the gen, people aren't actually as clueless as they'd like you to think they are.
That or their audio setup is crap.
-
It'll live until the day when a horrible decision is made when an actual competitor comes across.
one Darkness Among Us/ A Binding of Kin level chapter when another Assym game is up, and that could be enough to sway everyone out.
-
While I am lucky to avoid most of these issues on PC, the game does hitch for a brief moment when a killer is successfully stunned from Blast Mine
-
Overdose might need to inflict a short Exhaustion period while healing, otherwise you'll see Sprint Bursting survivors running away from their fully (or not) healed companions at a speed of 157% followed by a long 7% boost. Might as well be forcing a tunnel at that point.
-
PH is too hard for me (when attempting to use it more skillfully than just windows), while Nemesis' limitations I find very fun to explore, especially considering the attack window (whether or not that's supposed to be a bug).
-
Why is Nemesis...
-
Yes.
-
People who think Myers is the weakest are the one's who pop Tier III 20 meters away from a survivor instead of when they're in lunge distance.
Its literally the Exposed status for an entire Hook state, if you cant make that work there's no helping you.
-
3 maps would be good, if there aren't useless deadzones without hiding spots or pseudo-infinite loops if the killer doesn't have mobility.
gotta come with some perk rebalancing though.
-
Paragraph is a stupid name, thats why.
-
hey, you've grown too big for your icon there.
-
why was the 'choose the hatch location' created? Knowing where the hatch is, is only valuable to the killer if the survivors dont have a key.
Yet, why would the survivors ever choose this offering without a key?
I need to know the thought process.
-
I didnt know Captain Cutler's name, but I was totally like: "the Scuba Diving suit dude for sure."

I don't think so, it is nothing more than an object with Kindred
you underestimate BHVR's ability to break something.
Totems keep breaking and becoming uncleansable
almost 3 months later and zombies still collide with objects and are unable to move
hits that are denied by pallet stuns give hit confirmation sometimes before being corrected.

Self-care and Urban evasion in my matches (when im survivor, love it as killer)
As others have said, optimization. (it does not directly affect me, but it affects everyone else which has an affect on the outcome of the match)
Twins is horrendous when solo.
Slow churn rate of balance changes. Why does it take at least 1.5-3 months for less than a handful of perks to be updated? Who is looking at Hoarder or Vigil and goes "oh yeah, this is perfect."
-
Force them to make difficult choices and watch them scramble for each other.
-
if you're being successful at pressuring survivors, you dont need 60 seconds for Pop. eat the stun like the rest of us and move on.
Is it fun? no. Did it do much against you? not at all, because you have Pop.
-
Nemesis would've been a great Deathgarden Hunter, with his RPG being an actual realistic weapon he could use and his superhuman strength would make sense hopping around the map instead of stuck to the ground, barely able to tackle a pallet or wall.
-
Im sure instantly releasing a killer with a game-breaking bug that prevents survivors from doing literally anything wont be an absolutely horrendous idea at all.
Especially when the issue was known internally as well, the PTB is so they get the feedback before people have the oppotunity to complain about something and scream about they're going to quit and how the quality of DBD is going downhill.

This is pvp. Nobody is getting scared anymore after 10 hours tops. The horror aspect is just a theme for a multiplayer game.
Achieving the respective objective should be challenging and rewarding regardless of side.
The game should be balanced and fair. Nobody should be op. This is not a place for power fantasies.
If you prefer to take on an op character, I suggest you try playing Deathgarden. Oh, wait...
why did you have to mention my late favorite game, Deathgarden: Bloodharvest 😥😭
-
If someone is going to give a killer free aura reading because they want to attempt blinds, thats on them.
Survivors make a choice, as does the killer.

It's a cool idea but I'm not sure they'd add Cenobite skins for other killers, since it might confuse people about what killer you're actually going against.
An innocent reason, but you instantly know you're facing The Cenobite because there are chains on everyone's portraits.
They also both have audibly distinct Terror Radius themes, so I don't think anyone will truly get confused.
The Doctor also has a considerably aggressive and distorted posture compared to The Cenobite's upright and stiff position.
