From my experience it's getting common again, but definitely not as common as it used to be last year. Last year was just a ######### show, but maybe because I believe they added the prevention of people that get reported to not get in streamers lobbies... Could be that the reason why I don't see it as often when I watch content, and in my games it does happen often, but not AS often as last year. I really hope they are working on fixing the new vulnerabilities that are causing these many cheaters to return and they didn't think it was solved for good already.
During the pandemic I had... 2 cheaters in total. Maybe.
I was fine because they were targeting content creators and were more in the high MMR region when I was more in the mid (still am, because I don't sweat so much).
But now they seem to be just there.

Distance between Frankfurt and Stockholm is not that significant. The problem is that Russia is 9000 km in length. So while from Moscow you will have 30-60 ms to any city in Europe, in Vladivostok its gonna be up to 200+.
But those will connect to the server in Asia if I'm not mistaken.
The real problem is the middle east and central Asia. They don't have a server (anymore) and the connection to either an EU or AS server is bad.
There has been a lot of discussion surrounding dedicated servers recently, so the Dead by Daylight team would like to address several questions and concerns. -
It definitely increased. And even in one of the emails I got after sending a ticket was like "pls be patient, we have a lot of requests to take care of lately".
I noticed more people tp'ing around to get pallet saves or similar, people tp'ing me to the roof of a house when the killer is about to get me or speed hackers. And wall hackers are also a thing again, but it's harder to prove outside of tournaments.
It is definitely more than during the cheater pandemic a while ago.

Yeah the double standard is actually insane, how can they say they don't want FOMO but then they have hundreds of unobtainable cosmetics lmao
I made a thread about this last night and got blasted, they are only okay with FOMO if it makes them money I guess.
This is also something I don't understand.
They made event items unobtainable after the event ended back in the day and then they started with "yeah we make all those items available for all because people are sad they can't get them". When I was new in 09/2018 I completely understood that some stuff was special: The glow golden outfits (Legacy), past Lunar New Year or BBQ outfits or certain outfits you only got from conventions in other countries. It always felt special to see those. Because I knew the player had to do something special to get it.
What I can understand is, that they made the cosmetics available for all who were sold for 1k $ on shady sides.
But why not just letting players have something special? In PUBG you got a special cosmetic if you participated in EA. You can't trade that. And afaik you can't get it anymore.
Same would be for event outfits. "You have not played during 4th anniversary? Then you don't have the crowns."
The only thing that I still have what nobody has (exept cheaters) who started after June 21 are the year 4 and 5 anniversary items and the year 3 firecracker

i know they don’t want people constantly dc’ing but it’s not exactly fair if people wanna play and see a long ban timer pop up when entering the game for either killer or survivor
You mind explaining by what metric it isn't fair to hold players who dc a lot out of the queue?
How often do you DC? I have not DC'ed in months myself.
I only DCed against a hacker who got me stuck and a Chess Merchant recently.

If that's the case then I should have gotten it many times over. I mean I can try again, but that's not what the challenge itself says.
EDIT: Yep, at least two of the survivors must have been injured when you first met them because I just got a full Iridescent Healing emblem and I know that healing was done on all three other survivors, solo. So if it's just meeting them regardless of health state, I would have gotten it.
I did that challenge ages ago. Maybe it was "bugged" when I did it.

This prevents only facecamping. Like #########? Do we really want to promote that bubba staying in front of you to win game? The mechanic is long overdue
Problem is (like a specific TTV who does basement Bubba for a living already showed) that Bubba will just wait on a different location instead. You will get the unhook, but there will still be someone in the basement afterwards. It might even be enough to just stay on the top side of the shack without the timer going up because of how the meter works.

There was this big song and dance put on after the community realized Haddie, Jeff, etc. Weren't getting skins at all. But it seems like instead of realizing why the community got upset, they just came out with a couple new skins and it's back to business as usual. As a Singularity main, I am appalled by the lack of attention given to my favorite robot. He has a massive amount of possibility for skins, like, why haven't we gotten an original Hux-A7-13 model skin yet like we saw in the tome cutscene? I know the answer, it's because no one plays him, which sucks. But why did BHVR announce their cosmetic team expanding to fix this exact issue if the issue isn't being fixed? They just added Haddie into the roster of characters that now get skins, not fix the issue.
Singularity, SM, Knight and Dredge all miss their 2 green cosmetics. I wonder why.....
Tbh SM has enough purple cosmetics so she does not really count.
It was the same for Haddie (until they gave her those 1 year after) and is still the same for Gabriel.
And the Devs be like: "Hmmm the are not played much, so investing in them for cosmetics is not really worth it. Just give Feng 3 more outfits." Without them realising they are not played much because they only have like 2 outfits to choose from to begin with.
I can understand that Jeff is not that popular because he is tall and loud. In addition many of his cosmetics are following the same rule of "Leather jacket, jeans, boots" as if that is the only way rockers and metal fans dress like. I just hope he will get his share with the Iron Maiden collab (but the pessimist inside me says that Feng and Kate will get something instead).

See,pallet validation USED to exist. Around 5.1.0 when they added it,it was PERFECT. There was visual feeedback, that the killers did get mad about, but it was,in fact, perfect. Nowadays you can get reversed and get hits that dont connect even on your end as KILLER!
I dont know what they tuned about it,but it's just non-existent anymore. General hit valdation was also something they said they added many, many times, but killers with 400 ms ping still hitting you from Mars speaks to the contrary.
My guess is that killers from far away regions complained a lot and they removed it.

Yea, it works "fine" if you get lucky and don't run into ANY other survivors until AFTER they are injured, but... there is so many more times when that just dosn't happen. Maybe you get found and hooked first. Well, there goes one survivor off the list of potentials to trigger the challenge. It's not that it doesn't work as it's described, it's that it's not a challenge at all, it's pure luck based on avoiding the other survivors until AFTER they get injured and before you do.
No. You misunderstood. I ran into survivors before they got injured and still got it.

I did and it still worked just fine.

Oh yes. Strongest killer in game is not blight. It's whoever has 400+ms ping. You can do whatever, but you will just get that hit. This is the only game I know of, where having worse internet is actually helpful
I don't know why it works like this tbh. The real problem is that a significant portion of the playerbase has higher ping because there are not enough servers.
A while ago I had a killer from South Africa. I live in Germany. They told me they have always red ping because the closest Servers for them are in Brazil and Germany. It's similar for people living in the middle east and central Asia.
I suggest that you take the killer's red light as an indicator how far away they really are when facing a laggy killer.

Hit validation has been shadow removed. They have said nothing about it but seeing the amount of terrible hits i get, it is obviously not enabled.
Today i was behind an injured teammate to get a protection hit, the killer hit me (i was right behind my mate) and it is my mate that went down....
That killer gave so many 400 ping hits in this game, i do not even know how it is possible that BHVR allow those players to play on EU servers.
I don't know why that happens tbh, but I guess it's not about hit validation but how the detection itself works. This problem also occurs if you unhook someone and want to tank a hit.
If you get 5km hits through windows after a fast vault: This is a problem with the fast vaults right now, which will be fixed next patch. They do not give you the right distance after vaulting right now.

I got 2 out of 3 emblems because the killer was not doing their job normally. 1st was against a basement Bubba, when I was the last survivor and hatch appeared right before me. And the second one happened because the killer DCed.
The 3rd one was a pain because I hate it to let my mates die.

I do great on both lol esp with my anti heal build (Which is now impossible and was removed with her rework because skill expression and playing a killer in multiple different ways is bad to BHVR!)
I mean with the change you came up with.
If you have a 5m zone around gens where no drone can be... Yeah good luck in putting them up for chase on a 2 floor map where the Gen on the other level would block you using a drone.
I appreciate that you play SM chase oriented and I also know very well how it is like to have a favourite killer gutted, but the majority of the player base played her like a game of chess, so it had to go.
BTW said killer was Freddy for me. I am talking about the Forever Freddy time. I never played like this and they still nerfed him because 90% of the people did this. I had to deal with it too. And yes I'm happy they did it, even though I had to wait years to have another Main.

I confess that I didn't really understand your proposal, but it looks well designed
but I wanted something simple, just have one or two surv rituals and two other killer rituals, lately there are only killer rituals and I usually play surv
The basic thought was that the dailys are chapter bound, so you can either do it with the survivor or the killer from "Alien" etc. But to take into account that some survivors (Mikaela, Bill, Ash and Nic) come without killer and vice versa (Bubba, GF, Pinhead) I added a general quest in the same category. Therefore if you do not own a character from that chapter, you get a quest of the same value which you can do with any survivor/killer.
And it always bothered me that the quests for killer yield more BP than those of survivors so I tried to tidy that up as well. Escaping or opening an exit gate can be very difficult depending on the circumstances, whereas doing a Mori usually is not. And why should the killer get 45k for chasing people, when survivors only get 30k for the same task?

It wouldn't come anywhere close to '90% no fly zones' considering most drones I place dont even cover a gen but alright. a survivor only needs 2 meters of space to work on a gen so make it 2 then idc or just make the drones radius go AROUND generators so it doesn't cover them. Better solutions than gutting her in every aspect then rebranding it as a 'chase rework'
I would like to see you do well on The Game or Midwich.

@HamsterEnjoyer said:
There was so many other options that could've been taken.
-Drones radius cant come within 5 meters of a gen (Remove drone minimum spacing and and give another drone as compensation to make her more spider like)
-Moving Drones that steer around areas (Forgot the complexities of it but someone gave a great idea for it)
Instead the best way for you guys was to give her a boring, dumbed down, uninteractive power on both ends?
The amount of problems I can list with this rework is already immense and depressing! Injured survivors truly have absolutely nothing to fear in drone areas now whereas before in chase youd get UD and always know their exact location + get a small speed boost, you can now run into a SM trapped zone worry free as you'll just get deep wound lol, Removed ALL tracking so using them smartly in chase to get reads is completely gone (Seriously why would you buff the scanner knowing she can't even use it anymore? So she can pull it up for aesthetic?), Removed manually reactivating drones because thats just far too OP somehow meaning survivors now have your power ENTIRELY in their hands and lets be real SM drones are insanely easy to avoid triggering as a surv so this just makes drones that shut off completely useless even more so because why would a survivor need to deactivate one thats shut down manually? It serves zero function AT ALL and will only hurt you in the long run while leaving SM with no power so now her drones are high risk extremely low reward, her drones only function at flat barren loops since the beams are crucial to her power walls pretty much entirely nullify her meaning she will be less than useless on indoor maps and on maps that have a lot of trees or such she'll be even more garbage, I can seriously keep going if anyone wants me to I'm just so frustrated. Third main of mine in a row that BHVR just nerfs to the ground for God knows what reason and atp I don't have anyone else in the killer side whos enjoyable or fun for me to play oh but lets leave Blight up he's perfectly fine the way he is right BHVR?
Your idea would also be trash in small maps or maps with 2 floors because as was said before you would create 90% no-fly zones.

@MerrickElyssar said:
Here are the problems with your statement, and like you said… this is coming from someone who also plays both roles.
1) Survivors shouldn’t be forced or feel obligated to run specific “anti/counter” builds or perks just to have a chance against a camping/tunneling killer. Everyone, survivors and killers alike, should have the freedom to play with whatever builds they choose. Not only that but what happens if you get camped/tunneled in 2 matches, decide to throw on your anti-camping/tunneling build, and then in your third match now you get a killer who is playing fairly and not doing those things? Now you’re trying to be effective in a match where you have multiple useless perks that you’re getting no value out of. That would essentially be the same as someone approaching you with a gun and shooting you, but instead of arresting the criminal who shot you… the police do nothing and just tell you to wear a bullet-proof vest next time. It doesn’t solve the problem or fix anything. A survivor shouldn’t have to run anti-camping/tunneling perks to counter a killer who shouldn’t be playing that way in the first place, just like you shouldn’t have to wear a bullet-proof vest to counter a criminal with a gun who shouldn’t be shooting other people in the first place.
2) I do agree, however, that is idea is absolutely absurd and is not going to prevent camping at all, and will encourage more tunneling. Like you said, I play both roles as well and have looked at the situation subjectively from both perspectives. I personally never camp or tunnel due to my own views on it which I’ll get into momentarily, but I can see the argument for why killers think they have to. So let’s answer that question. Why do killers camp and tunnel? There are two main reasons. One is to guarantee more hook stages and a potential kill. The other reason is to find their next target much easier when someone comes for the save rather than having to patrol the map and spend time looking for another survivor. This anti-camping mechanic that is being added, is just going to make those two issues worse and more prominent, and I’ll prove this in two different scenarios.
2a) Killer is camping hooked survivor, teammates are staying away so hooked survivors unhook meter can fill up. Survivor unhooks themself, then immediately gets tunneled off the hook and put right back on it. You may have wasted another 10-15 seconds of the killer’s time, but he still got multiple hook stages or possibly a kill on the same survivor anyway.
2b) Killer is camping hooked survivor, teammates are nearby trying to go for a rescue. Hooked survivor’s meter doesn’t fill up, so they can’t unhook themselves. If your teammates do get the save, they get hook traded with you. If they don’t get the save, you still go into the next phase. Sometimes even both happens, where they take too long and you go into next phase and THEN they hook trade with you and you still get tunneled even after that. Killer still gets multiple hook stages or potentially one or more kills anyway.
Both of these situations ended the same way as they did before the anti-camping mechanic was implemented, so nothing is different. It’s a completely useless and pointless effort.
3) The real problem that needs to be resolved, is people’s mentality. You say killers NEED to camp/tunnel in order to have a chance of performing well in a match. That is unequivocally and irrevocably incorrect. If you have difficulty downing survivors, getting hook stages or kills, stopping gens from popping, etc… maybe you need to take a moment to re-evaluate your playstyle as a killer, instead of jumping right to criticizing survivors who are fairly out-playing you and you resorting to cheap, dishonorable exploits to make up for your mistakes or lack of skill. If 3 gens pop before you get your first down/hook, that means either YOU weren’t patrolling the gens effectively or YOU spent 3-1/2 minutes chasing one survivor while those gens were being completed. That’s YOUR fault, and doesn’t warrant a survivor being unjustly punished because you made bad decisions and weren’t good enough to end the chase quickly or keep the survivors off the gens. It also comes down to accepting the fact that you’re not going to win every match. Sometimes, you’re going to be matched against survivors who are better than you and beat you. That doesn’t mean you should start camping or tunneling because you’re playing badly or not well enough, and now you’re desperate and greedy for a kill or two… especially over a meaningless video game that means nothing in the real world. Grow up, accept the fact that you lost, and move on to the next match or something else entirely… instead of being toxic and despicable towards others who have done nothing to deserve it, and ruining their experience due to your self-absorption. I never camp or tunnel, under any circumstance… and I know countless others who don’t either, because we’re not obsessed with winning by any means necessary in some irrelevant video game. We have morals and class. We do what’s right and respectable, not what’s easy or distasteful just because it works. We play fairly and honorably, and if we get out-played by better survivors who end up escaping and winning… so be it. They earned it, and we congratulate them before moving on to the next match and trying again. It’s all about respect and courtesy. Treat others the way you want to be treated. You wouldn’t want to get camped or tunneled, so don’t do it to other people.
4) Unfortunately, you’re not going to be able to stop people from having that self-worshipping mentality where they‘re going to make sure they get what they want no matter what it takes despite how pathetic and disgusting it is. If someone only cares about themselves and has no consideration for how they affect others, you can’t fix or change that… but if you honestly want to stop killers from camping and tunneling, there are only two ways of truly accomplishing that.
4a) The first way is to make camping and tunneling ban-able offenses. This will not immediately stop the problem or alleviate it completely, but it will gradually reduce the frequency of it happening quite significantly.
4b) The best way to stop camping, which will legitimately put a complete end to it entirely… is to put in a mechanic that stops the hook progression bar from advancing while the killer is within a close proximity. For example, if the killer is within 5-6 meters of the hooked survivor… the red bar that goes down for them to progress to the next hook phase, stops… completely… just like if a teammate had used Reassurance. If the killer is farther than 5-6 meters but still within 16-20 meters, the hook progression bar will advance… but it does so much slower than normal. If the killer is outside of 16-20 meters, the bar progresses as normal. That will literally put a dead-stop to all camping in the game, because no killer is going to stand there camping a survivor who can hang there forever and never get sacrificed. At best, they would have to stand outside of 16-20 meters and try to come after whoever risks going for the save… but that’s far enough away that it gives the rescuer a chance to get the unhook safely and gives the unhooked survivor a chance to get away or make distance before being tunneled. Plus, all the survivors will know this (giving more value to perks like Kindred) and just leave the hooked survivor there while they pop all the gens… so even if the killer does still decide to camp anyway, they aren’t going to be rewarded with multiple hook stages or kills for it. Now, you could still have the feature disable once the exit gates are powered… but even then the killer is most likely only going to get that one kill, and that’s only if the other survivors decide to just leave instead of taking hits for each other to rescue the hooked survivor who is being camped. That is how you stop camping and eliminate a great deal of toxicity from the game.
4c) As for tunneling, the best way to end it… is to make Decisive Strike base-kit and infinite until another survivor is hooked. For example, let’s say you have Claudette, David, Meg, and Dwight in a match. Killer hooks Dwight first. Once Dwight gets unhooked, he gets Decisive Strike permanently until another survivor is put on a hook. Once another survivor is put on a hook, it deactivates and he can be hooked again. No killer is going to keep trying to tunnel a survivor if they keep getting DS-ed every time they pick the survivor up. It would literally force the killer to go after someone else, and the worst they would be able to do is slug the survivor immediately off the hook but then leave them slugged to go find someone else… and that would at least give the slugged survivor a chance to be picked up by a teammate instead of just being hooked multiple times in a row. Now, just like the other thing… you could still have the feature get disabled once the exit gates were powered or once they became the last survivor alive, so that the killer could still have a chance of getting that kill… but at least that would make it much more reasonable and stop it from being abused by unskilled garbage killers who get out-played by good survivors and then start being cheap and toxic because they’re desperate and greedy.
So to reiterate, if you’re getting destroyed as a killer and frequently have trouble stopping gen progression or getting hooks/kills… that’s your problem, and doesn’t make it right or fair to penalize the survivors for your bad decisions and lack of skill. Experiment with different perks, different add-ons, or even different killers to see what works for you. Play custom matches against bots to practice and get better… and if none of that works, you might have to come to the realization that DbD itself may not be right for you. It’s not meant for everybody. Try finding a different game to play that you have better luck with. It’s okay to be bad at certain things. That’s nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed of, but you have to react accordingly. If you were a bad driver who couldn’t properly operate a vehicle, would you still get on the road and endanger the lives of other people? No. You would either practice somewhere by yourself until you got better, or you just wouldn’t do it. The same concept applies to DbD. If you’re bad at playing killer, either practice in custom matches and get better at it… or do something else. There’s never any need or logical reason to be dishonorable or disrespectful towards others, especially over a game that doesn’t make any difference or matter… and even more so when those others were playing fairly, just trying to enjoy their experience, and weren’t doing anything wrong to deserve it.
3 gens can pop in 90s after the start of the match. I've seen it happen multiple times. The problem here is not that the killer does not apply pressure, but the dumb spawns at the start.
Just remember how often you start the match at a Gen...
There is pretty much nothing you can do about it, even if your chase is good.
Yes Corrupt exists, but sometimes it doesn't matter because they still spawn to unblocked gens sometimes or hide for the duration.

Your point is about how easy it is to apply the perk. What @DaddyMyers_Mori hinted at is, how brutal strength it provides when u use it WHILE you already have power. It's quite easy to end the game from there. Especially because you have normal TR + insane speed. Try it out and then come back if wesker's "more reliable way" to apply it can be converted to this many kills as is possible with Oni.
That is true.
I'm thinking about using Calm Spirit for once lol.

You know you have a month to do this? No need to grind it in one week buddy.

I guess that even with a lot of hrs (I myself have 6.5k hrs) she is still hard to go against her as she is not very popular on mid-mmr ranges (at least not in EU central). Only players who have played in the old days and went constantly against her, still remember what to do. Back then it was "either do or don't" because once you hit red ranks it was 50% Nurse.

Over a year ago I had this idea :
@LapisInfernalis said:
Dear people of the fog,
I have been thinking about the daily rituals lately and how their rewards differ quite a lot between killer and survivor (and what you need to do). So I did my usual brainstorming and put the results here. Basically I wanted to make the gap between survivor/killer reward smaller and rework the general system. Especially on the survivors side, rituals can be a pain, because you can't control if f.e. someone else opens the exit (not all can read read chat!). Also BP are way too low.
I would like to know what you think.
General:
- max number of daily rituals: 3
- number of daily ritual rerolls per day: 1
- number of new daily rituals per day: 1
- if you already have 3 rituals and did not reroll, after finishing one ritual you get another one
- you can choose if you want to do the killer or survivor version and progress is tracked with both sides (similar to the mixed archive challengens)
Survivor:
50k:
- Blood Dance (heal 3 as X)
- Rite of Ruin (sabo hooks)
60k:
- Reconstruction Ritual (do 3 gens)
- The Survivor Ritual (rescue 3 as X)
75k:
- Wild Dance (2min chase as X)
- The Initiation (3min co-op)
100k:
- Relic Veneration (new item)
- The Awakening (survive with X)
- The Way of Light (open exit as X)
Killer:
50k:
- Rites of the XXX (use power X times)
- new: Rite of the Way (kick 4 pallets)
60k:
- new: Ritual of Burden (carry survivor)
- Worship by Sacrifice (sacrifice 2 as X)
75k:
- The Hunt Ritual (chase for 3min as X)
- new: Ritual of the Shrine (get 6 hook states)
100k:
- new: Last Resort (hook 1x during EGC)
- Mors Ambitio (Mori with killer X)
- new: No Escape (close hatch as X)
How exactly would these fit together? Here is an example:
Daily 1: 50k
Heal a total of 3 survivors' health states as Laurie Strode or as The Shape level up The Evil Within 4 times.
Daily 2: 100k
Escape and survive as Jeff Johansen or kill a survivor with your own hands as The Legion.
Daily 3 (f.e. if you only have one character of a chapter): 75k
Get chased by the killer for 120 seconds as Mikaela Reid or Get 6 hook states as a killer.

You can always see Prestiges after the match.
And the Devs never said there would be ANY reward for getting P100. The only exception is when you P100 Nic Cage, he has a unique voiceline.

Yeah unfortunately that's also true :(
It happens with all games, not just dbd. When I played Welcome to the Game II for the fist time I almost ######### myself, but after some time, when you start to understand the mechanics you don't fear the enemies anymore. You might absolutely dislike them (Breather) or you might actually enjoy their presence as it tells you that you are quite safe right now and can go and grab a coffee.

It was especially painful for trapper
Yes. Or Hag.
But those could at least attempt to get people in chase because OoO was inactive inside the TR.
Once a survivor was asleep vs Freddy (which happened automatically after the rework) they could see him even up close, which disabled mindgames as a whole.
Good luck with that.

So this is definitely gonna get me flayed alive and/or burned at the stake by the entire community, but...
I actually like the flashlight ban and I think the game is SIGNIFICANTLY healthier overall without them.
Ok now that you've all thrown your tomatoes and spat your curses, let me explain. There are really only two types of players that use flashlights. Those that know how to force blinds and abuse them in countless ways to torment the killer and be a constant annoyance that does not inherently make the match harder but DOES without question make it far more annoying and frustrating in intense matches, and those that are trying to be like the first but either have zero luck and can never position themselves correctly to make the save in time or just don't fully understand how flashlights work.
So my point is, what do flashlights even do? Buy you a few seconds where the killer can't see their screen? Instantly punish you for attempting to pick up someone you just fought to finally down because you couldn't position yourself in a perfect way or didn't think to? Allow for clicky-clicky spamming to be toxic?
What are you really missing with them gone? They honestly do literally nothing but enable toxic behavior, bullying and abusing, and are very skill guarded. They either make uncatchable survivor try-hards even more uncatchable and obnoxious to deal with, or provide literally nothing of benefit. Where's the essential core gameplay?
Keeping flashlights gone doesn't make any huge difference, except remove HUGE chunks of core toxic bully behavior. Like for real, ALL it's changed is significantly reduce toxicity. Significantly. And blinds are still a thing with flashbangs, they function much better, although they can still force blinds at pallets, but that is what it is.
All I'm saying is, the game is healthier and far less toxic without flashlights. i see no real reason to bring them back, except the fact that all the bully squads will screech from their rooftops to get them back. But is enabling toxic meme-y behavior really what's important? is toxic streamer/gamer bro behavior what SHOULD dictate the norm for this game? I really don't think so.
I will cry because blinding challenges would be so much pain with only crackers and blast mine.

Haha not really. I actually like the hiding factor which was the foundation of DbD. Hide&seek and being scared of the killer.
The scare factor vanishes automatically if you play long enough. I have 6.5k hrs, believe me, dbd is not scary anymore. Regardless of what you do.

"While it is not as detrimental for a survivor to a killer's aura"
you should have seen 4 "Object Of Obsession" before its rework in the game. it was impossible to play
Exactly what I thought.
The worst time was when they already reworked Freddy, but OoO was still not nerfed. As a past Freddy Main this time was horrible. I remember one match where 3 people had Object. I just looked at them and then went afk to get a tea.

Aura perks exist since 2016. On both sides.
-
DS should be active after both unhooks and have a 4s stun. Simple.

Sorry to say this but I’m out. My friends and I got hooked on dbd during the pandemic. Since then the game has done nothing but make it impossible for survivors to survive. They did this by huge hit boxes, not fixing camping, over powering killer perks and undermining any survivor perk worth while. It’s not fun, it’s not scary, it’s frustrating and annoying. My friends and I lately have played until one or all of us are so irritated that we can’t possibly play another round. Is this the experience you want dbd? Is this what you think is fun? It’s not. Until we all hear that dbd has changed course all four of us are done with your crap. <3
- The huge hitboxes exist since 2016, so they did not get worse. The problem is that with all those projectile killers now the game would need more accurate hitboxes. I'm not saying they need shooter-accurate hitboxes, just a little bit more than just an ellipsoid.
- Camping will see a fix soon, with Deliverance being made basekit if the killer camps.
- Which OP killer perks? Are you talking about Ultimate Weapon? You know that the Gen-kick meta was heavily nerfed again very quickly after it came out?
- Worst case all 4 survivors bring a perk, which can provide for a very powerful combination you cannot go through as killer. This is why DH and DS got nerfed many times. They were op for ages and had to go.
- fun is very subjective. For you it might be fun to escape, but the killer will have a bad time if you 4 out. The scare factor is lost once you play the game for more than a few months.

Also why would I lobby shop preistege doesn't mean skill idc if my teammate is a p3 ada or a p100 I play as a p12 sometimes when I don't want to be chased a lot and play my p100 nea when I do want to get chased
Then why do u need to see other survivors' Prestiges? There is nothing important to see as you said (and me as well) yourself. Prestige=/=skill.

Also as a p100 I said I love that the killers can't see priestege. P100 love not getting tunneled I'm pretty sure p100's want teammates to see there priestege
They will se it in the end. That's enough for me. I do not need to show-off before the match.
And I also hate the fact that people have certain expectations if you have high prestige and/or lots of playtime. People tend to get mad if you are not the god they were hoping for.

Also yeah I totally go to my bloodweb and go like "cool time well spent I'm so happy I did this"🤣
It actually makes a difference on killer.

No so I didn't waste 1000 hours of my life on getting p100 if I can't see my teammates preistege why did I p100? No one even looks at preistege in end game plus since you literally get NOTHING for getting p100 you get literally nothing after p9. Survivors seeing survivors priestege in pre game is all you have removing that will just make every p100 furious
That is simply not true. You look at Prestiges and maybe there will be something with the upcoming player cards as well.
You also get more Iri addons as well.
And your last argument is also not true. Many P100 players love the changes as they don't get targeted by killers.
