It's not a competition or anything, but here is an outdated list of killer nerfs: https://steamcommunity.com/app/381210/discussions/0/1621724915795099897/?ctp=3

I'm like 50 bloodwebs past p3 level 50 for trapper. I'm missing I think 3 perks (including the new ones which I got) and one of them is NOED. I know the struggle 😂
-
Currently there are no plans to change it. However I could see the devs doing a slight QOL change if there is 1 survivor left. Tbh if there is 1 left you don't need noed anyways. If you find them they are most likely dead.

@chemical_reject I have to scroll down for a single quote from you 😭
PC users, look at this monstrosity!

I'm assuming the timer will be removed once the endgame has started.
-
@HURRI_KAIN No, that's not how the perk works. Prior to nerf you had to heal within the timer or you went down. No exceptions.
What? You only get DW if you are hit. Even if killers cheese the chase mechanics that's still harder than actually following them until they drop.
You do understand DW doesn't go down in a chase correct?
-
Never thought I'd actually agree NOED could use a nerf. This is fair.
-
As survivor I love the 2nd chance build. DS, Deliverance, Dead Hard, and adrenaline. Half the perks are only scummy if the killer is. Adrenaline is a little too strong but DH is easy to counter. I dont feel toxic.
As killer my favorite build is end game wraith. NOED, Remember Me, bloodwarden and the last perk doesnt really matter.
-
Are there any plans for optimizing controllers or not making legion get stunned for missing feral frenzy attacks on console? The survivors can move faster than the camera with a controller even on 100% sensitivity. It's very difficult/annoying to deal with.
-
@MegsAreEvil How is the game intended to be played? What solutions? The biggest deterrent to camping (BBQ) has been nerfed for like the last 5 updates.
-
@HereComeTheTrapper then it's a good thing you aren't a dev bc the game would be dead within a week if you did that
-
@HURRI_KAIN No, pre DW borrowed time you would go down in I think 25 seconds at level 3 no matter what. You can say reducing the timer by 5 seconds was a nerf but it really isnt. DW isnt threatening to survivors. Instead of going down in 25 seconds you can extend the chase indefinitely.
-
In before the people saying "just don't tunnel!!11!!!"
-
@Carpemortum MoM isnt op it's just really unfun like NOED. I have no issue with dead hard tbh, if I don't bait it out I genuinely feel like I got outplayed. I don't feel robbed of anything. If BT was the only anti-tunnel perk I could see it being strong as it is, but there are other viable options now.
-
@Carpemortum Unsafe unhooks were supposed to be self-explanatory. You weren't supposed to be guaranteed an escape. That was the point, that's why it's called borrowed time not bulletproot lol. It was never supposed to do anything other than give you a chance. IF you had an exhaustion perk could you make it to the door before collapsing? It was balanced for both sides.
You shouldn't have to land a second hit. It was only supposed to delay the effect of one so you might have the chance of escaping.
That would be better than nothing. I don't understand why the devs had to try to fix something that wasn't broke. No one had any complaints before DW was a thing and there were not any threads claiming it needed a buff.
-
@Carpemortum the moonwalk exploit should have never impacted BT regardless. It was a stupid and un-necessary buff for borrowed time. This is a small buff for BT granted but any buff is unnecessary. I fully believe and always have BT should revert to the pre legion version. It would be like tweaking the speed boost on noed, it's not big but the perk is already strong. Theres no need.
-
@Carpemortum Not true. Unless I'm mistaken you can hear survivors mending. You didnt have to cheese the moonwalk for them to be in your TR mending. Now if you lose them while they have deep wounds you have no way to find them and they have no pressure to mend.
-
Hes now wraith except he isnt "invisible" and can't use his power to mindgame at pallets.
-
@ClogWench bbq's aura reading is really underwhelming except on billy and nurse. It is very easy to avoid. Plus the best jumpscare Myers uses scratched mirror which makes BBQ kinda useless.
-
Mettle of man so it can be nerfed without making all the people who bought the DLC mad.
-
@Bbbrian2013 Not true. Bbq is nice but it doesnt fit the jumpscare build op is going for. Theres simply no room for it. Just run a survivor pudding or bloody party streamers.
-
Monitor and abuse
Spirit fury
Enduring
Ruin
-
I loved the legion one but didnt really care for the clown one.
-
Had a double pallet spawn on the sides of one of the autohaven maps. Will edit when I remember the variant of the map.
-
Sixth sense (killer perk)
Shows you the aura of all dull hex totems.
-
Have you tried autodidact? If you're just wanting to heal other people I highly recommend! I love it.
-
I would be willing to bet nobody gets banned and the devs are just trying to discourage the use until they fix it.
-
@NuclearBurrito It's discussing the viability of plague and overall whether she was nerfed or buffed. I'm only on break for like 5 total minutes so I forgot to add that I think she overall got buffed.
-
What if they let the plague get her corrupt purge from a distance? But at the cost of having like 45 seconds of corrupt purge instead of 60; While keeping the full duration if it is done regularly.
-
@Peanits the problem with that is you can run across the map but you dont know which gen is being worked on. It wouldnt be that annoying because if the killer had all 5 tokens they probably have at least 1 kill in which case a 3 gen is going to be hard to deal with anyways. Plus it will be wasteful to kick a gen under 30%. It will take longer yes but not anymore annoying than 3 gens are already.
-
His chainsaws are really hit or miss. You feel the power when you can land them but it hurts when you dont. You probably are just missing a little more but it feels like a lot.
-
@cricketscorner That's not a counter, a counter is a way to play around something (ex. Hiding from BBQ in a locker). The stacks are rewarded through normal gameplay. BT doesn't require a perk or certain killer to counter, MoM does. Even still, being able to deal with it =/= being able to counter it.
-
@PhantomMask20763 I have the new format as well. I dont like that it doesnt show me the views of threads or the amount of comments. But typing is atrocious and im willing to screen record the issues and send to the devs.
-
@cricketscorner the difference between MoM and BBQ is that BBQ has multiple fool-proof counters. With M1 killers MoM has zero counters.
-
I would add a perk/base game mechanic for killers. I dont have a name but here's how it would work.
When starting the match, 2/3/4 (or 4 if base game mechanic) random hooks are selected. When a survivor is hooked on one of these hooks, a random perk is disabled for the remainder of the match. Only one perk per survivor may be disabled. Once a survivor has been hooked on one of these hooks, that hook becomes a normal hook.
There is no way to tell which hooks are 'special'. The best thing is it has potential to be very strong or very weak.
-
I cant tell if this is bait or not.
-
I 100% support this idea. The more complicated a ranking system gets, usually the worse it is. This is simple and effective.
-
I thought the best use of BP's was that if you dont want the perk in the bloodweb just buy cheap stuff. Got my Feng to level 50 with like 7 perks.
-
@DudeDelicious That's funny because his dress add-ons dont make the chance of skill checks higher. Plus the fact freddy has no map pressure and a failed skill check on the other side of it does him no good.
Ruin isn't overrated, but it's not foolproof broken op because it has counters. When it does stay up it is useful. Even if survivors can hit greats if ruin is up that still slows them down because its not granting any progression. If you can call ruin a crutch theres not much in this game you cant call a crutch.
I dont play much freddy, unless you've got great add-ons and perks hes terrible. That doesnt make sense, yeah theoretically you could regress a gen down to zero with bad survivors. But the goal is killing them which you are gonna have a hard time doing if you focus too much on gens. Unless you're just trying to regress them a bit at a time, but that doesnt seem super useful outside of a 3 gen which can be easily broken. If I'm wrong on anything correct me, I'll gladly admit it.
-
That would be an indirect nerf for freddy.
-
It lets me flex on my friends bc I can say I'm amazing and even though I'm above-average at best they wont be able to tell.
-
@Blueberry I'd like to see that implemented regardless tbh. 60 seconds is way to generous for an anti tunnel perk. Borrowed time is like a 1/4 of that.
-
David and trapper
-
Chased no, downed yes. BUT only if it deactivates if the killer injures or downs another survivor.
-
@Nickenzie Its still strong but that's not inherently bad. It's when things are strong and theres no counterplay that things get troublesome.
-
High risk high reward. I support it.
-
David because he is the coolest surv in the game. He was a pro rugby player, not afraid to assault a ref, and rich.
-
You can work through it. I suck at great skill checks but if you get one and dont get a great let go of the repair button. You cant make progress but can still get skill checks.
-
From the void she kills.
I was on haddonfield and it was one of my first games as nurse. I was using extra blinks and I went to get someone near a generator and got a grab on someone else.
-
It would be good in theory but it would be abused. Like legion's moonwalk cheese.
