Just give killer indication who is in the swf (and info if it's 2/2 or 4man group), so killers can take strong perks and addons and actually prepare mentally and so they can chill or no stuff against bunch of randos.

Maybe small bonus to points so they have bait to not dodge. Also make trial warm up a thing (Scott Jund on yt, easy to find)

Not all SWF are sweaty try hards. As for the OP suggestion, I think SWF should be encouraged more often instead.

Nemesis is a giant monster with a rocket launcher that can leap buildings in a single bound, so he seems unlikely to me. He'd probably just walk over pallets honestly.

Mr. X seems the most likely to me. The other smaller mutants are less iconic, and the bigger mutants seem too farfetched. I know the devs will do whichever one they want and make them work somehow though.

The same could be said for half the killer roster really. Mr. X is also a tyrant. It really doesn't matter who the killer is based on their strength really. I mean Freddy is a dream demon and yet pallets and walls stop him.

  • It made me wonder if a new mechanic is going to be added with the RE chapter. Survivors don't kill anything so the phrase implies the killer kills and the survivors just be killed with no option. Or could it mean we'll be having to take out some zombies RE style against the new killer? Hmmmm

Uh I have dozens of survivors spend the whole 4 minutes and bleed out every single day. I never had an unfun game of dead by daylight.

I wonder if the same can be said for all the survivors you've ever played against. I doubt it.

  • @TTV_WAWAbyWibWib said:

I am a killer who regularly bleeds survivors for the full 4 minutes, we mostly do this to prevent random hatch escapes and second chance perks because the last living survivor will be on death hook. A great way to prevent us from doing this and just hook you if there are 5 gens left and no threat of actually getting the gates powered (thus making us respect deliverance into DH into DS or whatever else) would be to just delete hatch and make the endgame collapse start when the last gen was powered or the killer voluntarily opened the gates.

    Both problems solved.

And this is why we need a give up option against sluggers. Crawling around the ground for 4 minutes is not fun game play. You're the kind of killer I literally hope I never get matched against. I want to have fun not waste time bleeding out on the ground so you can feel like you won the match. Sluggers ruin the game, along with campers and tunnelers. Something needs to be done about all of it.

  • Nothing needs to happen to keys. Keys are conditional. The old mori was too powerful and resulted in so many matches ending very soon. The tunneling I saw with old moris was insane. If you got hooked and someone pulled you off well you were probably going to get tunneled down to get the mori. Now instead of moris denying the 2nd and even 3rd hook they now only deny the 3rd hook in which you don't get the chance for someone to pallet or flashlight save you from your death hook. This was absolutely necessary in my opinion. Keys still require generators to be done to be able to be used unless you're the last survivor and the hatch got closed. Because door spawns can so often be in the killer's favor and the fact it takes so long to open them then you're probably going to get found before you escape unless you have a key as a backup plan. You also need to consider the fact that killers can still see the hatch when it spawns and because they can travel the map faster than you the chances of them finding it before you do is higher. If you don't have a key then you're probably not escaping because the killer will go straight to the hatch after the 3rd survivor dies then go door to door until the timer runs out or they find you. Also keep in mind that a lot of killers look at keys as a big threat to them so if they see you with one they will try to eliminate you as fast as possible. Its always a big risk playing a key.

Exactly. They’re kind of synonymous with each other. Chris without Jill, or Leon without Claire (or vice versa) would just be weird.

Leon and Ashley from RE4 is a very popular and iconic duo also. It'll be interesting to see what we get with the chapter. It can go so many different ways.

  • @RenTheCat said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2115429#Comment_2115429

Why do people keep pretending Jill and Claire are even relevant lmao. Jill has 2 games, her path in the 1st game is not even canon and RE3 is the game that sold the worst of the franchise, even the remake. And Claire only has RE2, nobody cared about the spin offs.

Because they're not pretending and Jill & Claire are 2 extremely iconic and popular RE characters. I mean they remade RE2 which was very well received. When a game is so good you don't need multiple to be relevant still. If you don't think Jill isn't relevant then you probably don't know much about this character. People still play and even speed run the games both of these characters are in. If they weren't relevant, RE2 remake and RE3 remake probably wouldn't exist. You may not care about them but you'll be in the minority of people who do and would love to see them in this game.

  • If we do get 2 survivors with the RE chapter I'd love to see Leon and Ashley from RE4 with perks that work well with each other. I'd also like to see Leon and Claire or Jill and Chris. Either one of these would be great if we get 2 survivors. I'd probably more favor the Leon and Ashley duo though.

  • I think Ashley Graham from RE4 would be a good idea for the new survivor. I'd love to see 2 survivors with the RE chapter because the more the better. Any of the main RE characters would be awesome for it but Ashley seems like she would fit better in the survivor role in DBD. Either way any of them would do great in the game.

I haven't thought of perks yet for Ashley if she's the new survivor but one that comes to mind is a perk that has her call Leon in to assist her and stun the killer with a suplex. I also think it would be funny if Ashley had a perk that lets her suplex the killer. ;)

  • Well keep in mind freddy is in this game and pallets/windows stop him too. Also there is an actual spirit that can be stopped by pallets and can't go through walls. Come to think of it most killers in the game don't seem to be able to be stopped by such things but its part of the game so it would make sense no matter who the killer is.

  • I mean, we have a Silent Hill chapter featuring Cheryl Mason and pyramid head who are some of the most popular horror game characters out there. I think they'll do a good job with this one. The mere fact Resident Evil anything is coming to DBD is enough to be hyped about.

  • Yep. I think people that play a lot of killer can recognize new survivors very fast and I do hope they'll give them the chance to have a good new player experience. Survivors also be nice to the new players trying out killer and don't be toxic to them. I'm hoping to see a lot of survivors working together and looking out for each other. Its going to be super exciting when this goes live. I'm really looking forward to it!

  • I want to see either Nemesis or Mr. X. I think Both would be insanely terrifying to play against. They both could have changing forms like the games. Gosh now I wish they would do both of them because its a hard pick. Wesker would be a great pick too but he's not as scary as them.

  • Oh my gosh what if we get a Raccoon City map?!?!?! PLEASE MAKE A RACCOON CITY MAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just can't right now. I'm still so freaking hyped at this announcement I can't even think straight right now.

No wait! RPD map!!! AHHHHH!!!! Make it 2 maps!!! RPD and Raccoon City!!!

LETS JUST HOPE FOR A MALE SURVIVOR IF IT WASNT FOR FELIX I WOULD'VE YELLED AT BHVR

I'm hoping its a double survivor reveal and its Leon and Clair. I'm also a huge Jill fan so I wish somehow all 3 of them would make it but who knows. I'm just excited to see RE come to DBD.

  • I can't wait to see who the survivor(s) and killer is. I want it to be Leon and Claire for survivor but I want Nemesis to be the killer. Nemesis is more linked to Jill though so I have no idea who its going to be. I'd love to see them either way.

  • I'm losing my freaking mind right now. I've been a huge RE fan for over 20 years now and to see an RE chapter come to DBD is freaking awesome. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know, being hit on the hook doesn't actually hurt you? Strange that you think politeness should be enforced with penalties in a game where teabagging and ranting at the killer in afterchat are the norm. If you force people to be polite, they're not actually being polite, just doing what forced to do.

Does being hit on hook hurt more than being told to ######### or uninstall because you're trash? People have said those to me and weren't penalized.

Players act like ######### on the internet, it's just that simple. Laugh at how much you triggered him and move on.

Just make them hitting you on the hook bounce off like it does when you hit other objects in the world. Don't think I ever once said bad mouthing killers in post game chat shouldn't have consequences but ok? A character bouncing up and down interacting with nothing is funny to me and it is not always used in a toxic way. I've had matches where the killer actually got mad people didn't teabag them so not everyone gets salty over it. When a killer hits a survivor on the hook though the only reason I can see for them doing that is to be a jerk to that person. Like I said above the simple solution is just have the killer's M1 bounce off the hooked survivor so they look silly doing it. Its the fact that it sounds like an M1 hit and causes the survivor to react with noise that makes it all the more toxic.

  • @Danoobiel said:

You go toxic, Killer goes toxic.

    Cause and effect.

I suppose the proper thing for me to have done in any of the situations I explained above was just to let the killer hook someone or catch me so as to not be toxic. Did you even read what I said? If you think anything I described above is toxic then I don't know what you consider not to be toxic.

  • @RoboMojo said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2108192#Comment_2108192

Can’t do much about teabagging if they’re at the exit gates. Best you can do in that situation is to just force them out. Plus both are done for the same reason. It’s usually just a middle finger to the opposite side. That wasn’t my point anyway. My point is that punishing players for ‘toxic’ behaviours is not a very smart thing to do.

I personally think its funny to be teabagged by survivors. Yea the intent is different with each person but honestly I think a lot of people that do it mean no harm by it. Its funny to teabag with a ghost face for example or when you teabag a killer from a distance and they shake their character no at you. Those instances are just harmless fun and I'm sure both sides are getting a good laugh from it. As far as hitting on the hook, the only context I see there is a killer being toxic because you played the game better than they wanted you to.

And that wouldn't be totally abused by survivors....

Camping isn't a fun or particularly effective strategy, but it is a valid one. Why should the game mechanics severely punish the killer, when competent survivors can already do so?

Camping isn't an offence of any kind, reportable or not.

But the point is it should be and I'm quite sure I'm not the only person that feels that way. Camping ruins the game for me and if I had to guess probably a lot of other people too. Also my suggestion wouldn't be abused by survivors. If you're thinking survivors will just run to a camped hook just to get the immunity buff I proposed keep in mind it would all be conditional. The buff would only activate if the killer stays too close to the hook for a certain amount of time. The buff could go away shortly after the camped survivor is unhooked or when they die. If they die because survivors camped the hook also then make that a reportable offense to discourage the survivors from doing it. How else could it be abused?

  • @RoboMojo said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/241438/when-killers-camp-you-for-outplaying-them

Ah well if we’re going to penalise hitting the hooked person then we might as well punish survivors for teabagging. Seems ridiculous doesn’t it?

Not at all. Teabagging doesn't interact with the killer the same way actually hitting survivors on the hook does. A killer can chase me for doing it. I can't do anything on the hook when they hit me.

  • Just had another match where the killer decided to hit me on the hook multiple times all 3 hooks. What did I do? I tried to flashlight save someone ONE TIME the entire match. I didn't even get the blind off but because I actually tried to save someone from being hooked the killer thought it was Ok for them to hit me on the hook knowing I can't do anything about it. Instead of realizing I was just trying to save my team mate they instead got mad and wanted to be toxic about it. I wish people would just play the game and stop being so toxic. It would be so much better if people would stop being like this in game.

  • Once I got used to dead hard I find it to be a very useful but risky perk to use. It can get you downed if you time it wrong or use it at the wrong spots. You need to consider that 40 seconds in a game like this is a long time. We also can't run while exhausted if we want it to wear off so its not like we have it on all the time. If survivors are using DH a lot in your matches then you're letting them stay hidden long enough to be able to use it again. DH is far from being overpowered especially compared to things like NOED and that new killer perk that makes you exposed.

  • Which ones don't you like? I love how the survivors stand upright now. Everything else isn't that much of a change other than not being able to spin on the ground. Things look better now.

  • I just had this happen to me in 2 matches. Got a blind off like a half second before the survivor got on the shoulders of the killer and it registered as a blind but did nothing. The 2nd one I could swear happened perfectly and it should've dropped the survivor but it didn't. It almost makes flashlight saves not worth it honestly. I try to do it as often as I can to save people but more times than not it doesn't work. If you get the blind off at any point between the pickup animation it should release the survivor.

  • Honestly I think the best thing they can do for camping is give all survivors hit and grab immunity if the killer is within hook range for too long. The effect can wear off within say 15-20 seconds after the camped survivor is unhooked. This would literally stop most camping because there would be no reason to do it at that point. Camping needs to be an extremely punishable (by mechanics) action since its not a reportable offense.

  • @Aquamarine said:

Irihead is still good, as ultra rare add ons should. A range requirement would have been more interesting nerf but it's not too bad this way either. Maybe they didn't want to make playing Huntress too difficult as she is a free character and new players often pick her.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2102101#Comment_2102101

What do you suggest then? If one insta-down hatchet is too much, how would you change it and still keep it worth 7000bp. it's a pink addon, it's supposed to be powerful.

Hmm.. how about the hit survivor's aura can be seen until they are healed? I'd take killer aggro over an instant down.

  • I like the idea, but it would need to be paired with borrowed time or have something with the perk that prevents the killer from knocking them down again. If it unhooks them in front of the face camping killer then it won't really benefit them that much without protection.

  • I've always wanted a reverse roles mode just for fun and laughs. :D The survivors hunt the killer and the killer has to do the gens. Not sure how it would all work out but it seems like a funny thing that isn't all about the pips.

  • I love this idea. I've had so many situations where I was trying to tell another survivor something but the hand motions just couldn't get the point across. It would need to be done in a way so as to not devalue the maps but yea survivors need more ways to communicate throughout the match. Just little things that help give more information on a situation would be nice.

I get that you are giving your opinion. I am not begrudging you on that, even though I disagree with it. I am begrudging you on the dramatics of saying everything makes you want to stop playing. Like, damn. If there are that many things that make you want to stop playing, just do it.

The second thing is stop saying it is a miserable experience for SURVIVORS and that NO ONE enjoys it. It is YOUR opinion, not everyone's. Personally, I like stealth killers because they actually make me nervous. I don't like Huntress because I don't feel threatened by her, even with iri heads. She announces she is coming, and unless they are a top tier huntress, I can usually dodge their hatchets. I have never thrown a fit because a huntress had iri heads. It makes her easier to loop. Normally, I have to make her miss five hatchets.

Well please understand that often times I am super frustrated and my emotions are elevated when I'm talking about something I don't like about the game. All that aside I do believe there is a fair and fun way to balance it all out that makes the experience great for both survivors and killers. I want less matches where I feel like "I can't wait for this to be over..." and more matches where I'm enjoying the survivor experience and having fun. I do have those. There is just a lot of frustrating matches in between that ruin that fun. I do realize that some survivors like the challenge of playing against instant downs but I have played with friends and talked to several people after matches that agree the instant down powers are really frustrating to play against. Maybe if they didn't cause the matches to end so quickly it wouldn't be so bad.

Okay but hillbilly has an instadown chainsaw that he uses right on your ass and so does leatherface, and ghost face but they do that 24/7 huntress DOES NOT and has to aim at least to hit you

Hillbilly's in my experience has been far easier to dodge than a huntress hatchet. Leatherface's instant down is something I have never agreed with. It doesn't even need an addon to instant down. I think being able to hit multiple survivors with the chainsaw is enough. I don't know exactly how ghostface works but can't you break his instant down power by looking at him or is that for something else? For me the frustration level depends on the killer. For some its more annoying and for others not so much, like hillbilly for example.

  • @BastardKing said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2102101#Comment_2102101

You have said a lot of things make you stop playing the game. Everything you post is about not liking something killers can do. Actually stop playing the game, or stop saying everything makes you stop playing. BTW, you can dodge these. It is like, really, really possible. It's not a Deathslinger. She can't instantly pull it up and shoot you based on her precision. It is an interaction where she first has to have the skill to make the throw, then you have to lack the skill to dodge.

Also, you are doing something called projecting. You do it a lot. This is a horror game. I like to feel afraid of the killer.

That being said, I disagree with the assessment of the add on not fixing what is wrong with Iri head. Like you said, OP, she is ALL about throwing Hatchets. Iri head requires the pinnacle of that; one shot, one kill. Miss and fail. A ranged instant down is scary, but it also means I know that once she misses, she cannot get me again until she reloads. I just never heal, and deadhard the hatchets, or make some sexy dodges. There are still BETTER ways to fix it. Requiring a certain range or max charge. But it does fix it being brokenly OP.

No. I'm doing something called giving my opinion in a feedback forum. Yes, there are a lot of things in this game that I feel need to change. Again, that is my OPINION. This forum is here for feedback from both survivors and killers. If I want to give my feedback I will. I don't have the power to change anything in the game. I can only tell others how I feel about it based on my experience. I actually don't want to stop playing it. That is the point in case you haven't realized that yet. I've played the game for nearly 1200 hours. I've bought a lot of cosmetics. I like to buy new survivors I find interesting and customize them. I play with friends when I can. I want to keep doing all of that but I also want my experience in the game to be as fun as it possibly can be. Instant downs I think are probably my most disagreed thing about the game I talk about here besides camping and tunneling. Other than that I don't think there is much else wrong with the game.

  • My problem with instant downs is how fast they end matches and how much of a power increase it gives killers. What is the survivor play against instant downs especially if we don't even know they're playing them until they use it. They can see our items but we can't see their loadout or even know who were going against until the match starts. Dead hard is useless against instant downs unless you're injured and most of the time when I go up against instant down killers I can't even use dead hard because the killer is super focused on the instant down. There needs to be balance if they're going to keep them in the game. I feel like people have no idea how mood breaking and frustrating it is to want to play the game then get into a match and see someone of yourself instant downed.

  • Nope. And the change isn't enough. The mere fact any killer has an addon that makes anything they do have an instant down is overpowered and not fun to play against. Seeing a huntress down 3 survivors in the first minute or 2 with an instant down hatchet is not fun. It causes lots of survivors to leave the match or give up on first hook. Its a miserable experience for survivors to go up against instant down hatchets and I have NEVER and I mean NEVER once enjoyed or had any fun whatsoever against a huntress that used an instant down hatchet. In fact it has caused me to stop playing the game more than anything. I can't tell you how many times I closed the game out after an instant down hatchet huntress match. Its just not fun to play against and makes people hate the game. The addon needs to be entirely removed from the game or completely changed into something else. Its too much power even if it will now just be limited to 1 hatchet. Every huntress will just reload after a down, then hook and rush after the next survivor.

  • @Clevite said:

It's just a game, why take it so seriously. I mean, perhaps it's a bit of BM, but in many ways it's a compliment.

And, if you did indeed make the game hell for the killer, sabos, 2 gen loop, wiggled off, can you blame them for trying to make sure you die? At that point the game was lost, you wanted their attention and they gave it to you.

Either way, I don't think we need to be punishing anyone for playing a game within the rules. Even if we don't always enjoy their methods.

I don't blame any killer for trying to make sure someone who's basically carrying the match gets eliminated from it but there are better less toxic ways of doing that. Its one thing to patrol the area around them and another to just stand in front of them and hit them on the hook over and over. THAT is a problem and in my opinion is unsportsmanlike. Certain things in this game need to have more things present to discourage it from happening. Camping, tunneling, slugging... it all ruins the game.

The point was regardless of the new mechanic people are still going to leave matches one way or another that they don't want to play.

And they will be punished for it, whether it's because they DC and get a penalty or be recorded and reported because they went AFK. 😋

I've got 1200 hours played in this game and honestly you're the first person I've ever seen that has been so upset about afkers they threaten to record and report them for it. Strangely enough in all that time I've played I think I've seen maybe 2 survivors afk after being unhooked. There is also this thing of possible real life emergencies happening where someone has to quickly leave but who cares right? Record and report them anyway! Those rotten afkers! They must be punished! RAWR! 👺

  • @Yords said:

Or you could just not let it affect you

You miss the point. I wasn't the one being toxic and certainly didn't do anything to deserve it. The problem with killers who do this is its going to deter people from playing this game. I can handle it because its happened to me enough to where I just see them as sore losers who can't be a good sport about it. Others may just decide they don't want to play a game where they're being face camped and smacked on a hook all the time. This kind of attitude in the game ruins the fun for everyone which is my biggest problem with this. No one wants to encounter a toxic killer just because they played the game.

  • I like this idea. I have so many items that I never use and only have because they blocked off things in the bloodweb I wanted. I always thought it would be cool if we could trade them in for BPs or exchange them in some way.

  • But... AFK Shape plays though. :( I've actually seen some killers pretend to be afk and use it to their advantage. Sometimes its funny. Sometimes its annoying. If a killer afks the entire match then yea I think survivors shouldn't lose addons or offerings.

  • @TAG said:

Feel free to AFK, I have no problem recording you after you are rescued and reporting.

You're just a pro at missing the point aren't you? 😄 The point was regardless of the new mechanic people are still going to leave matches one way or another that they don't want to play. And again, as I've said I don't know how many times now, I do this so infrequently that for me it'll never be that big of a problem. I just simply disagree with the penalty for it unless its being abused. Not sure why you decided to hate me for disagreeing with you so much that you threaten to record and report me in a game. Sounds like you're being a bit dramatic over opinions on something in a feedback forum. Either way, its a good thing I don't afk in matches right? 😏 But keep up the good work! I'm sure you'll find one eventually and grin big thinking its me. 🤣

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2093433#Comment_2093433

All that matters to me is that the DC penalty punishes those who leave matches and the struggle phase changes make it harder to circumvent that. So enjoy dem penalties.

Because its going to be so hard to tab out or go afk if you want to give up on hook. Its probably going to cause unhook problems with people going for unhooks for someone that may be afk because they did want to give up. I can see an option being added to give survivors the ability to give up on hook if they choose. We'll see what happens. Either way, my point this whole time (which it seems you've blatantly ignored and don't care to see the reasoning behind it) is that for those who don't leave matches often should not get a DC penalty for when they do. It'll be a time thing where if you go ever so long without doing it then you won't get the penalty. However if you leave multiple times a day then you get the DC penalty. That seems fair to me. You're also probably going to see many more disconnects if there isn't an option to give up on hook with the change. Often times people giving up on hook do it for the same reason people leave matches at times which is the match being considered not worth playing due to toxic things going on. The point is, if you abuse it you should get a penalty. If you don't, you shouldn't. Simple and fair.

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2092082#Comment_2092082

Means you can't just insta-leave the game to bypass the DC penalty. Gotta either tough it out or eat a DC penalty. So you're welcome. ;)

I still don't get it. If you're assuming I give up on the hook to avoid the DC penalty then all I can tell you is you're wrong (again) and I can't remember the last time I actually did that. As I stated above, I have left probably less than 10 matches this entire year so far and the ones I did I literally left the match. I didn't wait to be hooked so I can leave with some points and no DC penalty. Shows how much you know about me. Also from the looks of it even with the struggle change it looks like if someone wants to give up on the 1st or 2nd hook all they literally have to do is put themselves into 2nd and just sit there a few seconds. Sooo yea, this is no favor to me. As I stated above in a previous reply I actually love this change and its something I wanted to happen since the first day I started playing DBD. I personally would be fine with removing the skill check altogether and just making it a passive thing. We'll see how they go about it as feedback comes in.

  • Campy killers should have their power disabled for a stacking duration depending on the continued camp and shouldn't be able to grab or down survivors with the debuff. That would stop most camping I think. That or make hook regression stop.

Ah :D 10 times in 4 months is not that bad at all... I imagined you took DCing as a good way to deal with any unpleasant situation. I guess I read too much into it :) At this frequency, the penalty shouldn't bother that much at all imo.

Trust me I have a LOT of unpleasant situations in my matches but sometimes I reach the point of super frustration and just want out. When the game is simply not enjoyable for me to play I don't want to keep myself in that state of mind and its better for me to leave the situation then just keep that anger growing. The reason why the penalty still bothers me is because I feel like I shouldn't have that penalty given I'm not a constant leaver. I think it would be fair if you've gone ever so many matches without leaving then the next one you leave invokes no penalty. If you leave 5 matches an hour however thats a different story and you probably aren't having fun anyway with the game and need a break from it.

Well, good thing they're changing the struggle system to inconvenience people with that mentality.

How does that inconvenience me? That's a thumbs up from me. I never liked having to spam press a button over and over in the struggle phase. Its one of the things I always wanted them to change about the game. Thanks for letting me know they're doing that! I like the game a little more now. :)

"Most of the time I play it out but if I am in a match that is literally causing me to hate the game and not want to play it, I will leave."

Cool, then you are not as good of a teammate as you think you are. Good teammates don't ragequit.

Sorry but you're wrong. I am a good teammate and yes I will "ragequit" any match that I don't want to play most probably because of a toxic killer. You can define a good teammate however you want but like I said I'm not going to torture myself playing against toxic killers. I'm trying to enjoy the game not be annoyed by it.

Don't expect the devs to agree with your opinion. If someone who wants to leave matches at their own convenience and at the expense of others is claiming they'll play the game less and less, that sounds like a positive thing for the DBD players.

I've left I think less than 10 matches this year so far. You're talking as if I constantly leave every match that isn't the best match ever for me. Most of the time I play it out but if I am in a match that is literally causing me to hate the game and not want to play it, I will leave. I consider myself a good team mate because I actually do try to help my team survive the best I can. I go out of my way to unhook survivors. I take protection hits like crazy. I throw myself in front of killers to prevent a tunnel or hook all the time. I literally go for saves that I know will result in me dyeing so someone on my team whom I've never met before can escape. I collect dropped items from franklins and return them to the player that lost it. Now if only everyone else played like this more matches might go better. There is also of course the main problem with this which is toxic killers. Don't think I leave every match I'm not having a perfect run on. Like I said, I play out most of them.
