mending will never become a healing action due to nursecalling. it would be totally ridiculous.
No it wouldn't be. It might potentially come in the near future.
''With this change in mind, we have considered classifying mending as a healing action. This would mean that all healing perks, not just Nurse's Calling, would affect mending. Mending will not be considered a healing action for the PTB, although this is something we can experiment with in the future if it is deemed necessary.''

Every match should have a timer from the beginning. Nobody likes a 20min match of mostly nothing happening
That will put even more pressure on killers, they sometimes already have a hard time time based.

More than enough reasons to complain as a survivor. I just generally choose not to do so.
Especially here, if you do, all the killer mains will come out of the woodworks saying that this clearly overpowered thing on the killers side, it not overpowered and that I am just a whiny survivor main that needs to learn how to play the game. (Generally meaning, relearning how to stealth.)
I don't see what survivors should have to complain about. Ofcourse it isn't all perfect but looking at what survivors already have and are able to do I'd say survivors are in a very good spot.
-
I love playing against Hillbilly. He makes the best sounds.
-
Though it's not like survivors really have any reason to complain right now.
Despite that I do think there are more killers that moan about survivors and how they caused the nerfs, instead of making actual useful topics with suggestions and get support from other killers.

Without a doubt, I expect people will play Pig in the PTB. People want to see how the End Game Collapse works with using her traps at the end with an end-game build.
As I exactly thought ; People play with the killers that had no changes made to them.

Can we Survivors get Mettle of Man buffed too? Not asking for a lot, just want to bully the killer more with my SEF squad on voice coms calling out every single thing the killer does. Then when I get downed I am entitled to an escape so I DC and tell the killer to git gud.
You describe a certain type of survivor, but make it sound as if every survivor is like that. Pretty annoying.
-
I didn't see as many people love this killer before, but now that changes had been announced and the PTB is live it's as if half of the killer community suddenly were massive Legion lovers lol.
-
Or maybe people nearby are hiding and the survivor points to let teammates know from what direction the killer is coming. (That's why I do it atleast). I'm sure it's also used as a way to say ''Back off''.

What's the purpose of this thread? I don't see killer buffs or survivor nerfs.
*sigh...
-
I sometimes use BPS and get tunneled like crazy, ending up with only 3k points. It sucks but happens.
-
Everytime I play the PTB people just play with the killers that have no changes made to them at all, like how people play Huntress when the PTB for a new chapter comes out for example. So, I'm not interested in playing the PTB anymore.
-
Ew, out of every killer they would add Scream?
Though, it's nothing more than speculations.
-
If you're scummy enough to gain unfair advantages by lagswitching, exploiting or whatsoever then you have absolutely no right to get upset when someone asks you if you got banned yet. Mentioning consequences of someone's actions can be a way to learn, and make them think twice next time.
I do somewhat understand your curiousity, as it seems like many people still get away with bannable offenses.
-
I have much respect for those who can endure the toxicity of their opponent. (This is especially for killers)

Can you direct me to where they said this? If they did then that is.... interesting. 😐️

Are you saying the survivors will start repairing gens faster if the killer camps? That would good!
If they are somewhat using their brain, yes.

As i said... whats the point of tunneling someone throught 3 hooks, when you can just hook him once and then mori him?
Not every killer brings a mori. You cannot always tell that you're going against stronger survivors in lobbies.
-
To cheer you up ; There's a upcoming Bloodhunt event so it will make the grind easier.

Hex: Ruins... Just to slow a game just a little bit.
Also... whats the point of tunneling? Just use memento mori.
In certain ranks people can work through ruin really well and still get the generators done fast. Tunneling gives the killer more pressure, especially when the person is on death hook. It's a unfun way for survivors but sometimes crucial to get people sacrificed.
-
No cosmetics for Kate :(
-
Crutch perk?
I have seen nobody who actually got carried by this perk yet. I think the perk is absolutely fine. I'm sure if MoM wasn't in the game, people would find a different perk to moan about. Certain killers are weaker in certain ranks, and changing MoM wouldn't make any big difference against it.
-
What I'm experiencing as survivor quite a lot lately is that the killer has no option but to camp or tunnel. I don't agree with all situations of camping, but in most I do agree with it. Plus the survivors have the chance to push the generators fast.
They should make changes (such as increasing generator repair time) so that killers don't have to camp or tunnel someone but have the time to go for someone else without regretting and losing their match.
-
Make it easier for yourself and go for the ''Adept X'' achievements when rank reset happened.
-
Wait til you've tried playing on the PTB atleast before jumping into conclusions.
-
It takes time to get good at something and acquire enough knowledge to play your matches more optimal. It's not just something you easily do.
-
Dwight and Meg. Seeing Kate quite often too lately.

No matter what the surprise is, we are going to get a ton of information (via the PTB) on the mid chapter patch tomorrow! :)
But we wanna get the good stuff like bloodpoints.

All previous comments are the reason why I believe ruin should be standard for killers. I dislike the short games as survivor anyway, usually just black pip from it :|

@JoannaVO It's gotta be SOMETHING good.
@jackkn12 Precisely. That's the suspenseful part.
I don't have my hopes up too much because it never worked for me when I had to wait for something :P.
All we can do is speculate.

@BBQnDemogorgon said:
@JoannaVO It likely will be. Pesnits described it as small.
True but I can still appreciate the small things. It doesn't always have to be big :]

@No_Cluie_Louis said:
yeh but on the original post it says surprise on forums / social media, doesn't that mean that it's not an in game surprise, or is that just where we find out about it?
That's where you find out about it.
-
These topics don't help with the waiting :P.
Hope it's a nice bonus like extra bloodpoint events or an cosmetic.

It's totally overpowered and I'm an idiot :D
Only the last part of what you said is true.
-
Makes it easier to recognize the real killers on the forum
-
Lithe + Dance with Me can sometimes help to confuse the killer and potentially lose you.
I mainly use Iron Will and it caused the killer to lose me multiple times, especially against Spirit. Would definetly recommend this.
-
Atleast it wasn't a ebony so it wasn't too toxic :]
-
Thank you!
-
Wait... surprise? Where?

@JoannaVO ok maybe it was @Orion instead. Seems like this has happened a few times lol
Maybe it was the same 3 survivors who DC in both games maybe
It's hard to tell. When this happened Legion got just introduced to the game and people disconnected more than ever :')

@JoannaVO NOED was timed based a long time ago (120 seconds).
Which should have stayed like that (or a slight increase) so that NOED can apply a lot of pressure but doesn't give you an easy 4k just because you weren't able to catch all four during the trial.
-

@JoannaVO think we found your legion lol
Lol yeah potentially
-
On the positive side ; People who play Legion actually can play against 4 survivors now who do not instantly disconnect.
-
No doubts Kate
-
You won the award for most stupid topic of April.
-
No thanks. Would screw killers over. In some situations they would benefit a bit longer from the effect as it takes away the possibility for survivors to instantly cleanse the totem. But then, there's TOTH to keep your totems up longer and defend them more so survivors having to cleanse totems to get rid of the effect is much better. All they need to do is improve totem spots.
I do think NOED should be a time based perk though.
-
Dying Light. But it sucks that you have to tunnel the obsession down and get rid of them as soon as you can to benefit from the perk.
-
The craziest DC situation I've been in so far was when Legion just came out, and three people disconnected after one of the people got hit with Frenzy mode. Turned out they were 3 friends playing SWF. Too bad the killer had no mercy for me :P
