Lol it does not need a nerf. It is fine as it is. Also you do know that's the whole point of using this perk right? It's to slow the game down a tiny bit. Stop with this bait thread.

This is an edited post. The OP posted the link to a video where the guy was using stake out to bypass ruin, but the OP didn't notice stake out and assumed the perk was bugged, the title was thus sarcasm.
