Instead of buffing their base ability, you buff their addons. Recharge is awful, stun after the Frenzy is awful, vaults speed are awful, duration is still too short, missed attacks penalty when being in Frenzy is awful, losing power after getting stuned is awful, losing power after hitting someone with basic attack is awful. Are u gonna even change this?

Perhaps you're the worst killer in the game, played 3 games so far with Legion and had 3 4ks. Get gud.

You get 50 meters out of it, as opposed to the ~32 meters you previously had. Of course, since you're so much slower, that might be an issue.
EDIT: I just did the math, if the survivor runs in a straight line from exactly 10 meters away or more, you will not catch up to them, assuming you're not running any add-ons.
And do you think Orion that survivors are just a bots that don't move?

Buddy, if I would stop playing the Legion, because some salty apes are whining to me, than I would need to completely uninstall this game. Choose the perks which you like and just play! You can also close this useless chatbox, so you will not see the other player's messages!

I spent over an hour adding all the perks one by one, so it's definitely possible. Add-ons might be a bit ambitious, though. That's ~20 per killer alone.
