I fail to see how in anyway this would be a buff to freddy as either
A. remove a survivor from the game allowing no hits on them
Or
B. Remove both survivor and freddy from game allowing other survivors to gen rush without fear

@MegsAreEvil Its because nurse can still activate it, but still has enough speed to down them afterward, other M1 killers do not have the speed to catch up and down the survivor like nurse

@Tru3Lemon You are literally healing yourself out of the Deep wounds state to injured, and Nurse's calling states that
The Auras of Survivors who are healing or being healed are revealed to you when they are within 20/24/28 metres of range.
Meaning you can see people in the Dying state getting healed to Injured, so your entire point is thrown out the door with the "Healing to healthy state"

@Tru3Lemon Yes, but if he get close to the locker throw yourself out, forcing him to push back, then get back in, he will end up using his chainsaw and you can continue the chase, you just have to learn how to go up against Hillbilly to know he is not OP whatsoever, in fact, even Pallets are his weakness as if you have good timing you can stun Hillbilly with it, several counters, Top tier, no where close to OP

@Tru3Lemon If you mend yourself it should be considered healing, why, because you are healing yourself out of a health state for one, and two all feral frenzy does now is give out a free hit then its a M1 chase for the remainder of the chase
