You are guaranteed a MoM stack when taking a hit:
- whilst attempting to revive a downed team mate.
- whilst healing another teammate.
- When the killer is carrying someone to a hook and you’re attempting to body block them.
- While unhooking a team mate (which probably means you should also be using BT)
I have done this, gotten protection 100 off most of them so I died instead of getting any stacks

For real though, if you guys want it, it's totally possible. We've been turning a lot of the in-game cosmetics into actual clothing that you can wear on your actual human body. If there's enough demand for it, I'm sure we could figure something out.
