What were they thinking?
What the hell were the devs thinking putting in a perk that adds 20% movement speed on top of sprint burst lithe and balanced landing? Seriously with fixated they move faster than demogorgon plus any speed boost from exhaustion perks catching up to survivors is damn near impossible imagine sprint burst fixated and vigil ffs.
ok so I know it says walking speed but it seems when I’m killer it’s also working on sprinting speed.

Nope, just walking speed. It doesn't do anything to your sprinting speed overall, except to let you know about the scratch marks you leave behind when you run.
As for Sprint Burst, Lithe, and Balanced Landing, all those perks have exhaustion timers that don't recover when you're in a chase due to the Survivor running from the Killer. Fixated does not boost these perks in anyway....
How about just reading properly before complaining?

Did you check after the game to make sure they were running it? Did you notice a difference between a survivor that ran it and didn't? I haven't seen any issues with it, but bugs do happen.
It is only intended to make walking speed a bit faster as well as seeing your own scratch marks. It's not meant to add to sprint burst speed or anything else. So, if it is aiding in something else I'd say that is a bug. Which can happen.
Also if you are playing Demogorgon ( who is awesome btw good choice :) ! ) There's a little trick you can pretend to use your power, some survivors will start "wiggling" or squirming around trying to "juke" it and when they do that gives you time to catch up.

Nope was playing legion after hitting bloodlust 2 popped frenzy still couldn’t catch up to them.
