Because for starters she didn't need add-ons be be good!
If you could play nurse properly you could crush anyone in general as her, the only thing they nerfed down was how quickly he could catch up to survivors using her blinks making it 2 blinks, then 1 blink if not fully recharged
Now she is able to be countered easier

So I am getting all killer perks on him unlocked

My survivor side: She really did need the base kit change as after failing to catch up the first time she could easily re-catch back up without the survivor being capable of getting out of sight, OMEGA blink nurse is no longer here if I am correct so I am fine with it and I won't get po'd at the fact that I didn't see where she arrived at
My Killer side: Meh, she needed it

F13 was spiraling downward (its last dlc was 2 months later) and DbD got LF, Freddy and this back to back.
Halloween&Christmas 2017 are the most nostalgic DbD times for me.
I hope the menus&music this year are as good. The rumored archives music is even better imo.

As in I mean you could learn lower tier killers more and get better as them, causing you to win more matches as every killer can be played in red ranks without perks if you learn them well (I know what I said) you did have bad perks but you can still win without ruin or other perks
