I really appreciate Visionary's info a lot more than I thought I would. It lets you triangulate the killer since you know they're going to be on gen defense at the latter part of the game. It's definitely one of the more comfy ones.
-
I got my Adept with two games of The Blight. I'm doing triangle attacks where I pick two points and hit them then zoom in on the survivor I'm hunting. He's a short boi but I like how when you can't really use his power he's still an M1 killer so as long as you know the fundamentals he's solid.
-
I'll accept it.
-
I'm gonna miss the old generators.

I have several books in queue to be read right now, but just added your series to the queue.
That's very kind of you! I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did creating it!

Ah! Graphics looking much worse on Switch....

Those don't seem too bad.
-
It is time to zoom and be upper class stylish.
-
I'm going to be using the combo along with soul guard to be tanking hits and keep my team from going down.
Oh great, the killer's plague again isn't it?
-
Its fantastic

To Kill a God series?
Yes sir. I'm proud of my work thus far. I'll probably keep the series going until I die.

That's awesome. Hope it works out for you. Myself, i have a bunch of ideas just not the patience and drive to actually follow though with them. Maybe one of these days ill grow up! 43 btw
Lol it's okay. We're all meant for different things. I spent from ages 20 to 28 I think just trying to hammer out the storyline and how to do all the things. It's a whole pie. But if you are doing something, believe in me who believes in you.

My charms must glow brightly enough for the killer to see my survivor across the map.
Unironically. My presence shall blind all.

I did a lot of editing on the scripts and was part of the team that had to keep Duncan's timeline straight for flashbacks, especially in the later seasons when we started showing the dates for them. My first episode with them was in Season 3, Take Back the Night, which also introduced the female Celtic immortal: Ceirdwyn.
My 20-year-old daughter is named for her.
I loved the show, and worked on Seasons 3-5. It's a shame that Stan Kirsch (Ritchie Ryan) committed suicide this past January.

Well said. Coming from someone turning 48 years old on Christmas.
That's really cool man. I'm a fantasy novelist (type Heartbound in author search on Amazon) and I'm completely failing in advertising. When COVID stops being a thing I'm going to try to do book readings and all that jazz. It's not easy being a creative type.

To be blunt I know a lot of console players are going to switch to Playstation 5 and whatever the Nintendo and Xbox equivalent to that is when the next gen comes out. PC players playing on a toaster will probably need to upgrade.
"I shouldn't have to upgrade my PC to play a game."
Meanwhile Microsoft keeps beaming heavy updates to your computer which eventually slow it down as its bogged under "security updates". In truth the game was rigged from the start. Bill Gates demands all of your money, and only a beefy graphics card can save you.
-
There's Community Manager too, but I think Peanits is the only one using that tag.
I'm pretty sure trusted comes in two flavors. It's a new user on the forum so they're marked as trusted when they're sure you're not a bot that spams stuff to shill a product on their forums. (It happens.)
The other flavor is if you're a helpful member of the community they'll give you the status back and it'll make the icon of whatever forum avatar you're using red. I don't think they use it too often but it just means "hey this person might be helpful if they don't decide to troll me today in this PvP game".
-
It's just like a killer hooking a survivor in the basement and blocking entry, or someone in thompson house hooking a survivor on the roof hook and blocking the staircase. Since they'll eventually die it's not holding the game hostage.
I think it's a boring way to play but the only way you could do anything is dead harding past the killer and borrowed time unhooking your friend. If the killer is a potato he'll hit your friend and let your friend slip by and you'll take his place unless you've got some serious spins or a styptic.
-
Some days my right mouse button decides it's not gonna cooperate so sometimes my Deathslinger/Huntress will put down their projectiles when I'm lining up a shot. Jesus is protecting some of you.
-
Survivor hitboxes are actually vertical pills. You don't need to be that accurate so long as you're more vertical than horizontal with your shots.
(Bonus if a survivor is self caring you can shoot above them and still hit them)
-
I'm really hoping his power is intuitive. I know he's very susceptible to loops, but I hope getting his adept will be easy. Kinda nervous about him but I'll add him to my roster if not release day, the day after.

The hill bug is supposed to be gone tomorrow with Blight's patch. Rejoice!

Guess I'm an ######### because I would literally be like I know he didn't go into that locker, then open and hook him
lmao
-
I'm rooting for ya. Just remember when you're all mighty max red, matchmaking may put a default rank 20 Dwight in your lobby. When you see him slowly getting into that locker your next action will determine the kind of person you are deep inside.

Bond/Alert/Self Care/Kindred.
It was my baby build so I could learn/watch how other people played while I shook my baby rattle in solo queue. I still like it when I'm feeling super boosted that day.
-
I've had a lot of matches. They can all be pretty spicy in their own ways.
Yesterday we had a facecamping ghostface and I lured him away just long enough for the other surviving teammate to grab the hooked person. Then I swooped in and took a hit so the unhooker didn't go down, then I jumped through a window and used lithe to run to the open exit gate with the killer nipping at my heels.
I went into spectator to see the other two opened the other door and made it out safely. If anything went wrong there one of us was gonna die.

In Soviet Russia, iri hatchet deletes you!
-
Yep. "I have over 1,000 hours" doesn't sound too great now does it? Heh heh.
-
We have Ace, don't we?
-
I always had a giggle when scratchmarks appeared on reeds and bamboo. I say rip the grass/reeds/whatever out as survivors run by it and leave a trial of debris to follow. Help the colorblind and what not. (In before survivor 360s and causes a tornado of debris)

Sole Survivor, No Mither, Self Care and Fixated
-
I...I thought the console players were designated victims? How could they possibly be toxic? Aren't we satan incarnate?
-
I'd be for it. The more goofy stuff the better.
-
Red ranks are overrated btw. Don't overthink it. Just hit them with everything you've got, then do it again.
-
Don't be afraid to mix it up though. Literally any perk is fine. Goof off. Mess around.

you only die to a console player if you're playing like one.

Bring Dead Hard and on the second blink prepare to use it. Abuse line of sight. Run like a potato in a predictable loop but as soon as she does her first blink and you're behind cover go the other way, then run off to another tile and do it again. You do not want to be out in the open against nurse. Pretend you're claudette bush even if you aren't.
-
I use Borrowed/Soul Guard/Botany Knowledge/Self Care when I'm trying to rank up. It lets me play a tank build. It's not a sit on gens build though so you'll be tanking hits for injured survivors in chase so they don't go down quickly. You can swap out Borrowed Time for Tenacity if you're absolutely sure you know how to do safe rescues without the killer sniffing your booty.
-
I haven't, but that's mainly because I already have cosmetic pieces I like on my characters. Unless I get utterly bored of what they're wearing I probably won't buy anything new.
That said I have all the characters so my wardrobe is bigger than it sounds. I just change my flesh too.
-
Eh. My matches blend together. Sometimes it's hard to remember who I've even hooked this round or not. Eventually "I 4k'd" will become "I killed 30 survivors tonight."
Survivor side if I'm bored of that match I'll go run the killer. If he kills me great. If not and I end up escaping, great. The only time there's pressure to survive is if I have an event medkit or flashlight.

I wanted Devotion rewards too. P3íng character isn't that hard. I wanted some reward for getting higher devotion, something to compensate you for playing so much.
Auric cells for devotion. Gimme a reason to buy the mechanic Dwight.

Survivor: To get that winning rush I have to have been the runner that match. Nothing feels better than running a killer for multiple gens and finishing with your team bodyblocking for you out the exit gate.
Killer: Killing the survivors isn't enough anymore. I have to kill them and be stylish while doing so.
-
As someone who uses Inner Strength on some of my survivors, if you cleanse my dull totems I expect some loving from my team.

Lol that sucks man. Personally trapper is the the killer that makes me so anxious to loop. If there a trap here? I hope not.
Trapper's the only killer that does that and I love him for it. Really you just have to taunt him at the start of the match so he's chasing you instead of putting traps down. If you wait til later he's got a bear trap web set up and it's harder to fight him. Of course he's still an M1 killer so basic rules apply.
Plus whispers makes him anxious to put traps down even if you know darn well you're not gonna go over there and disarm it until he's like 50 meters away...also I may be guilty of the DS/Head on combo. I'm also playing Yui lately to pick up pallets after smacking killers. I think sometimes I'm playing this game wrong.
-
Estimated queue times in the main menu so I know whether to pick survivor or killer for fast matches.
-
Yes. Many times. One of my favorite was BMing a Trapper for 3 gens. I ended up getting hooked and later in the match stepping in a trap, only to immediately get free and step into another one. I didn't even bother struggling I was so done.
-
Knife go slap
-
No Mither. (...or is it the BEST perk?)
-
She's a pretty good killer, but play against her survivor side where red ranks just pop gens like it's going out of style and you get the same effect. Getting to all the boxes in time when Pig is chasing a survivor around a box is downright infuriating. You will get head pops and you will have had nothing to do with killing them. Trust me.
At her core she's basically an M1 killer. Trapper speed without traps. Wraith stealth without invisibility if that makes sense. She's a lottery killer and you didn't win the lottery on those head pops so she feels weak. Keep pullin' that lever. (but not when I'm playing oh god I hate RNG)
-
Sachiko Shinozaki when? Corpse Party is a Nintendo IP. Go go.
-
iirc the Entity started out French since the game's from Canada. I don't know enough about French mythos to give you more than that lead though.
