My current build consists of BBQ, Pop, Whispers, and Tinkerer.
I experimented with Pop and Oppression, but found the cooldown to just be too much to be worth a perk slot.
For awhile, I used Shadowborn but didn't want to get addicted to it.
Before his pallet break buff, I used Brutal Strength but I find it to be somewhat unnecessary.
Devour and Undying or Thrill is a very nasty and scary combo.
Ruin and Undying is still oppressive as hell, but nowhere near as strong as before.
Monitor and Infectious are pretty good together given Blight's mobility and ability to down people once mastered.
-
Legion has a lot of short-comings while having strengths that aren't particularly amazing.
- He has no mobility. If you use Frenzy, you actually lose distance. So that's out the picture.
- Mending sucks. Legion is a slowdown killer, meaning he has to make people mend. And mending is literally just M1 holding without so much as a skill check.
- Legion has very little interaction. You straight-up cannot counter Frenzy in most cases. Legion is too fast and pretty much ignores looping for the initial hit. After that, he leaves to chain hits. Your skill as a survivor was irrelevant and now you're mending.
- Nothing in the 1v1. He is a very generic M1 killer with no downing potential. This is true for Wraith who is much less reviled, but Wraith at least has the urgency that a stealth killer naturally warrants. There are no fun gimmicks to play around.
- Deep Wound is a joke. Sure, mending is boring, but that's it. Just boring. There is little to no sense of real danger, making it more annoying than anything.
- Legion in Frenzy isn't terribly fast. 130% is enough to get a single hit in, but not enough to get a mass chain going if the survivor runs in a straight line away. All it does is contribute to Legion being seen as a joke to the community.
- Legion STILL has the brutal 4-second cooldown. Idk why, but it's still a thing. He's punished more for misses than the Nurse.
That said, he's still probably my favorite killer.
-
I mean, Legion is a slowdown killer with a poor 1v1 chasing potential so you slow the game down to buy yourself time to go on chases and get hooks and whatnot.

Well... being as the explanation was so overwhelmingly simple, one could assume you were trying to make a point with all of the contentions you were raising (i.e. comparing unique properties of her lunge, etc, etc), all of which are predicated on the fact that she is slower than survivors! You wrote a 3-page essay which could have been asked in a single line, and responded to in the same way.
With this game? I've learned not to trust the simple explanation unless it's explicitly stated.
-
This is a bit harder than it might seem at first glance.
Billy has great mobility and once mastered, can curve around most loops and make survivors have to sweat their balls off.
Bubba is a bit simpler but still pretty damn effective. He lacks the mobility, but has more control of his chainsaw, is easier to use, and has a shorter charge time.
It's also worth mentioning that Bubba is less affected by maps such as the hospital. Make no mistake, it's a bad map for both of them, but Bubba's control and shorter charge time make it a lot easier to land chainsaws while Billy's neutered pretty heavily.
It's... a hard choice. They're very similar in strength and you could easily argue for one or the other.

You're forgetting one simple point.
Every single one of the killers you mentioned can literally chase a survivor down, their movement speeds are 110%+
Nurse cannot chase anyone down if they run in a straight line, she's literally slower than survivors. So the only way for her to get an attack (outside of the survivors running back into her, etc, which isn't something you can rely on) is to blink and then attack. And it comes with heavy penalties if she misses (fatigue is worse than weapon wipe because she can't see where they're going, and she has to wait for blinks to recharge, as well as being accurate with them in the first place and not having them swallowed, etc).
By ignoring the obvious difference between Nurse and any other killer in being able to land a hit, you've undermined the entire credibility of your point.
I see you're also missing an important part.
I wasn't advocating making Nurse's blink attacks count as special attacks. I was merely asking for an explanation.
-
@TAG said:
Does the Nurse's M1 have different properties when coming out of a blink compared to when she normally does it?
From what I've been told? Yes. But I'm hearing contradictory statements since opening this thread, so hell if I know anymore.

All 3 have drastically altered speed and distance thanks to their powers. Two of them increased, one decreased. Based on how they designed Blight, Pig and Legion, that more than qualifies as a secondary attack.
The attack has no unique properties. The only thing unique is the lunge range due to the speed (Hag being still and the others being faster), but this can be replicated by simply using PWYF.
Nurse, however, is a complete exception.

I totally get what you all are saying. I must have been in the locker for maybe 2 seconds longer than I should have. My bad... I Have played as Legion, and I do know how he works, but I have also gone up against Legion killers that are just plain toxic... they frenzy and stop frenzy and then continue to follow you and down you right there, without using their frenzy properly. So yes, it is definitely possible for Legion to be cheap. I am not a cheap Legion, when I play him. But I will take all this feedback into consideration. Thank you all :)
There's nothing cheap about that. You Frenzy, get your free hit, and then chase normally if no one is around to chain or if you believe you can down the survivor in a timely manner. If the person is already injured, well, DW makes the screen darker and makes it so they can't sit still, so it's still advantageous.
-
That makes most killers moving at 5.2m, the same as Legion. This would be horribly imbalanced, even as a hex.
-
If I did the math correctly, 4 people could hypothetically do a gen in less than 10 seconds.
It's better that Prove Thyself does NOT stack.
-
That Dying Light suggestion is just WAAAAY to complicated. Just rework the perk entirely, because my lord, that is far too much.
Furtive Chase doesn't need that. Just remove the "in a chase" condition.
DMS can backfire. Remember, gens that are blocked do not regress either.
-
Spirit would probably be my favorite in terms of design. There's just something about her floating limbs and facial expressions that strike me, and the retracting katana is just awesome.
Following her would be her granddad, Oni. What's there to explain? Everything in his design is just pure awesome.
Coming third would be Blight. I just love his feral/inhuman features, yet his clothes and cane serve as a disturbing reminder that this WAS a man once, only to turn himself into a monster.
-
My previous statement was more rude and condescending than I initially realized. I apologize

@DBDude said:
No I don't mean have 4 killers in one match, I mean like switching through each member similar to how Freddy got in and out of dream world back then. And with this whole thing Legion cannot be at for places at once, just one.
Alright... so you mind telling how you expect them to rework Legion's entire customization system then? That's.... never gonna happen.
-
No.
We have a killer who can be in two places at once. You remember what happens? Mass camping... let's not repeat Twins
-
People claim she's easy due to the belief "you only need a good headset."
There is some truth to this. Getting good at Spirit relies heavily on your ability to track by sound, and against most survivors, this is enough. It'll be like lambs to the slaughter. There's also the standstill crap, but I'm going to assume you're actually using your power.
Against some of the better survivors? Things get tricky. They'll bring Iron Will that silences or muffles them (depending on if you bring Stridor), they'll start juking with the scratch marks, bring Spine Chill to know for a fact where you are looking, they'll crouch making them seem further than they are to throw you off and burn through your brief duration, and then punish you by making distance during your long recovery.
It's important to not burn through all your duration in a chase. You want to keep your phases brief so you don't eat the long 15-sec recovery. Eventually, you're going to need to start predicting the better survivors before letting your ears guide you. otherwise, you'll probably get the hit, but combined with the recovery, it'll take too long that a good team will beat you.
She's not easy, but she's not Nurse or Blight levels of hard/complex. It's a bit like Doc or Bubba where you'll chew through bad teams, but against good ones, you'll need some practice.
When all is said and done though? Congrats, you're the 2nd best killer in the game. Enjoy the frequent disconnects!

So I just played a game against a Ghost Face without any perks or add-ons, and he was able to expose us immediately upon stalking, how long does it take to expose? Is it instantaneous?
For instance, the moment I saw him, he went to stalk, me and another survivor were marked immediately, then he one shot us down.
I'm aware of how expose works, I looked it up. I'm just wondering if there's something afoot here? I'd rather be informed then report wrongfully
Stalking from 0 to 100 (meaning Marking a Survivor) takes 5 or 2.5 seconds depending if Ghosty leans or not.
However, what Ghost Faces do is 99 the stalk instead. They wait until they get close before marking you for the insta-down, making it seem as if you were marked instantaneously.

One survivor perk space of which they have 16 that will be used multiple times and is stronger in swf builds its not fine its one of the strongest perks in the game underutilised criminally.
If Prove Thyself became common, you'd see a sharp rise in Discordance.

"Bro please stop saying gen rush, my perk that literally makes me do gens faster is for points only bro please"
If 2 people are on a gen, Prove Thyself saves.... 6-7 seconds. The effects are noticeable until 3 people are on a gen, which is a pretty risky thing since the killer will be pressuring 3 survivors if they find you.
It's fine. Leave it alone.
-
1. Never use Frenzy for mobility. You lose distance due to fatigue.
2. Legion's power maims but doesn't kill. Use it to injure people, stall for time, then finish as a normal M1 killer.
3. KNOW WHEN TO CANCEL. Just because Killer Instinct shows you someone doesn't mean you can reach them. Cancel, walk as a 4.6 killer, get close, then Frenzy again.
-
I'd rather have DS be like Nemesis and not create an Obsession unless used.
Otherwise, have being the Obsession mean... *something* if they'll exist every match.
-
Honestly? Yes. Add an FoV slider.
Will people having a higher FoV have an Objective advantage? Yes. But there are people who cannot play due to the terrible killer fov, and they shouldn't be forced to run a perk to make the game playable.
-
I have a better question: WHY are 4 people together? Why didn't they scatter when they heard the terror radius? HOW did they stay close enough to be downed once Bubba has started revving?! Just go in a straight line away! Even if he can catch up to a sprint burst, he can't catch all 4 of you.

I see so many people claiming that Billy was nerfed to oblivion and that hes un playable or not viable anymore.
Anyone who says this is either just jumping on a bandwagon, or you were never a good billly player to begin with.
The only major change that actually affects anyone whos good with him is the change to addons. The "overheat" is negligible for anyone who could even be close to being considered a good billy. "But but but.. I cant just facecamp and rev my chainsaw anymore!!!" Right. Doing so was stupid and nothing about it made you a good player. The heat goes down fast enough without addons that its literally ignorable, unless you are chainsawing across the map 4 times before finding anyone, which should never happen except aagainst maybe the scaredest blendettes in existence, and at that point the games an easy win anyway.
"But but but.. my instasaws!?!?!?!?" Again, not necessary in the slightest and they were an absolute crutch for mediocre billy players. Thats it. Nothing more.
"But but but.. I cant curve!!!!" Youre just bad at curving then. Nothing about curving has changed other than the speed addons being slightly more difficult to use, but again, they are not needed and any good billy can land curves without any addons. Yes, they helped. But much like instas, they were a crutch.
"But but but... he roars and its stupid!" Oh. My. #########. God. Damn. Get over yourself. You can dislike the roar, thats fair, but it in no way affects his gameplay. Not in any way at all.
"But but but.. animations!" Oh no. He looks different when performing x,y,z action. Again, no change to gameplay mechanics.
In short, you can still fake rev at pallet loops. You can still curve. Instas were never needed and have always been a crutch. The overheat is laughable to anyone with any competence.
Billy is fine. Hes not gutted. Hes still A tier easily. If you cant play him, thats fine, but it doesnt mean hes bad in any way, shape, or form.
Edit.. "I never see billy so he must be trash now" or something similar.. ok.. how often do yall see nurse? Blight? Both are considered very strong yet rarely played. Just because they arent common doesnt mean theyre bad.
Hop off the bandwagon and dump out your koolaid please. Open your eyes.
Oh, Billy is a solid killer. There's just not much reason to pick him.
Want mobility? Play Blight.
Want an insta-down all the time? Play Bubba.
Want to snowball? Play Oni.
Want a Jack-of-all-trades? Sure, but be warned, the add-ons are terrible and we've restricted the use of your power... the power that requires/encourages experimentation because reasons.

OK so I enjoy playing spirit. My build is corrupt intervention, pop, stridor and either bbq and chilli or sloppy butcher. The amount of survivors who say
"spirit requires no skill just a pair of headphones" obviously don't understand how difficult it is to track someone when you are completely blind relying on sound for the most part, and also the managing of her phase timer. She is a 110 killer when her power is not recharged she is weak af. Knowing when to save your phase, when to use it and for how long affects the outcome of your downs tremendously because use too much phase and go too far you're waiting a while for it to come back. Not to mention the guessing games when you are blind.
"stridor spirit you're a try hard, why use it" oh because at least one of you in red ranks is running iron will and i will touch on the fact again I rely on sound to get my downs and track you. Why wouldn't I use a perk that compliments my power?
Now at LEAST every game I get one teabagging little idiot or flashlight clicker, but when I am unfortunate enough to go against a 4 man bully squad they do everything in their power to intimidate and bully me being as toxic as physically possible in game and end chat. Now i dont tunnel, i dont camp, i dont play toxic, until the survivors start it on their end. I dont understand the bad manners at all or why it's needed.
Roll over to end game chat... If they all die its
"its only because you play spirit you have no skill blah blah"
"you're trash"
If they win its
"GG easy baby spirit get good"
"Got wrecked playing spirit, when that should be a free win"
when I've gotten a 10 hook game and 2 kills and didn't tunnel or play toxic, but the way they were playing is completely obvious that they were on comms. Cuz that's not unfair in itself...
If I lose I know and accept its on me,not blame the survivors or their perks.
Now the worst I've had is, "you deserve to get abused and bullied, because you play spirit".
Why do i deserve to get bullied and abused end game for playing a killer that i enjoy? Can someone please enlighten me on why survivors get so nasty? I'm a survivor main myself, and the only reason I get salty is by intense tunnelling. If I get outplayed fair enough, but what is it about spirit that makes survivors such whiney little bitches? I love playing against a spirit, its fun as heck, especially if she don't rely on tunnelling or camping to get her kills. Tip... Run quick and quiet, double back, make yourself hard to predict..... Throw in dance with me and lithe and damn it's hard to track you. Survivors queues are getting longer and longer and i believe it is because of the toxicity and bullying towards killers. No one wants to play killer if they just get bullied and abused for doing so. They wouldn't even have a game to load into if it weren't for the killers
You bought her. You like her. So play her.
Anyone who says otherwise can go take an L.
-
Yes. Botany is a simple but decent perk. Lowers a 16 sec heal to 12, which is pretty good. Even counters Sloppy Butcher/other mangled add-ons.
Only killer it's bad against is Plague.... all 4 of them.

The downside to iri hatchet is extremely gratuitous and unnecessary.
The downside has to be impactful if the Huntress can theorically have infinite hatchets without needing to reload.
Tombstone piece - That... is pretty useless.
How so? You can grab survivors on the spot which saves you a lot of time.
Tombstone - will never happen due to the existence of the Evil Incarnate.
Still possible if you stalk everyone clean and it's way more fun on both sides.
Iri Coin - .... who is even complaining about Iri coin?
No one, the add-on is underwhelming so I made it more stronger if used correctly.
Just reduce the max capacity of hatchets or slightly increase the reload time. Reload each hatchet individually is just a headache because you're going to miss at least a couple of hatchets.
Tomb Stone Piece is useless because it saves maybe 6 seconds. i mean, it's a nice convenience thing but not really worth an add-on slot when you can just use a stalk add-on to get out of T1 quicker or better yet, a duration add-on to make your T3 last longer. Not really deserving of being a purple.
The reason I say Tombstone won't work is that to be able to feasibly get the achievement, you need to combo this with infinite T3. With the suggested change, you can't stalk because you're in T3 meaning you can't get the achievement. It's "technically" possible without infinite T3, but so mind-numbingly difficult that it might as well be impossible.
In regards to Iri-Coin, you're following your habit of giving the add-on a severe downside. Tell me, why would I run this over Warden's Keys that lower it to 2.25 secs which is basically nothing, or double reload for 1.75—both of them having 0 risks and lessening the punishment of missed shots, while your add-on worsens it.

I love how every time a nerf Bubba thread comes up, this squad of people just comes in crying how he's fine, doesn't need a nerf, just use windows and other stupidities like that.
He is the ONLY killer that has a multi hit instadown at will. That's pretty much the entirety of the BS behind him. When Bubba gets a single hook somehow, they can just saw through the unhooker and the unhooked and even mostly catch up to a sprint burst if the unhooker used BT. So now he has two survivors hooked. Repeat twice more for a typical Bubba game. Either that or slugging everyone because what are you gonna do? Get away? When he can catch up to sprint burst? Yeah good luck. Even if you manage to get into a locker and have him hit it and throw a tantrum, you still have to make a VERY precise exit to even have a chance of getting away, otherwise instadown.
"Oh, but Oni can multi instadown with his power too!"
He can do ######### all until he charges up his power. If you find an Oni at the start of the game, the worst he can do is M1 you. With Bubba? He can instadown you right then and there. Heck even Myers and Ghosty need some prep before they can actually attempt a multi instadown and that's about where the list of instadown killers ends.
"Oh, but you can stun him out of a chainsaw!"
Personally whenever I attempted it, either I got hit even though I dropped it or he destroyed the pallet right as I dropped it. And if you have to be so absurdly precise with this and even a locker tantrum then you're completely disregarding all players who don't waste 27 hours a day practicing the timing with their friends and just want to play a game or two casually.
Where do I begin?
1. If you're grouped up against a Bubba and get downed, that's your own fault.
2. If he's face camping, let the person die on hook and do gens. Sucks to verse but you gotta deal with it.
3. Locker teching a terrible idea. Stop trying unless you know his timing like the back of your hand... or have Head-on.
People defend him because everyone who screams "nerf Bubba" almost always mention how he camps or how he can down multiple people, both of which are the survivors' faults for enabling.

Fixated shows you your scratch marks.
Have poised? No marks. Killer running Predator? You see them tighter.
So yes, you can watch them fade away faster. It takes ten seconds to completely fade away but realistically, it takes 7 before they're nearly impossible to notice. Lightweight lowers that to 7 and 4.

There's this conception that Spirit doesn't take any skill to play while Nurse is notoriously the killer that has the highest skill floor.
I think a lot of this is due to the lack of feedback Spirit has. Is it a good Spirit who predicted your movements without even needing to use her ears? Or was it a mediocre one that tracked you down with Stridor and burned through almost her entire power gauge? You have no idea. You don't even know when she started phasing. It's a mix of a feeling of helplessness combined with the lack of distinction of good/bad plays unless you're seeing things from the killer's PoV. What ends up happening is she is widely written off as a skill-less killer who only requires a headset and Stridor to win.
With Nurse, you're arguably even more screwed if the Nurse knows what she's doing. Thing is, you SEE the Nurse. You break LoS but she still gets you? Damn, you should've doubled back. Do you do that? Damn, she saw it coming and now you're on the ground. You see what the Nurse does so you know what you could've done instead. She feels like she has more counterplay despite arguably having the same amount or even less than Spirit. You can also tell the difference between a good and bad one easily as bad ones you have an easier time juking blinks, while good ones... you're on the ground before you can even try.
They're about the same levels of strength and have about the same amount of counterplay, but Spirit is reviled due to the lack of feedback she gives while Nurse still gives feedback... it just doesn't matter once the Nurse is good enough.
-
Here's what I tell everyone who suggests this.
BBQ is one of the few perks that not only incentivizes the killer not to camp, but also not to tunnel in order to get the double BP.
Now, how would changing this perk benefit the health of the game? What's stopping it from simply being replaced by Thrilling Tremors or another slowdown perk that survivors hate?
I'd advise not to touch the perk. It's fine as is.
-
- Revert his Fatigue back to 3 seconds by default
- Increase his speed to 135% (5.4m)
- Rework Frank's Mixtape to instead deplete the DW timer for every chained stab.
- Rework Stab Wounds to reveal the aura of a mending survivor within 16m.
- Basic Attacks no longer deplete half the power gauge.
- Missing Frenzy now ends Frenzy without depleting the entire gauge
- Revert Frenzy's recovery back to 15 seconds instead of 20 OR have recovery begin during fatigue instead of after... or both.
- give Legion something in the 1v1 chase. Idc if he gets passive buffs for every survivor injured, give him a second ability, or what. He needs something to help in the 1v1, because right now, that's his weakness and his 1v4 doesn't compensate for it enough, imo.

Pyramid Head shouldn't be able to move the same speed while dragging a trail along with him. It just allows him to be able to use the long range attack mid chase from behind you and still catch up with the killer movement speed. Along with not being slowed down while dragging a trail, he doesn't have much/ if any of a cooldown from dragging his sword, Using the power in a no brain matter doesn't have any consequences for them so it just promotes brainless hitting strats that require no complex thinking from the killers mind.
Incorrect.
While dragging, PH moves at 110% AND has severely limited turning and is unable to strafe or moonwalk. While charging and canceling his M2, he moves at 92% speed and is almost completely immobile after using PotD for 2.25 secs.

Excuse me, what the *** were you doing with clown when trying to rework him to come up with such useless lame lazy rework?
Freddy:
- Slowing survivors stronger than default clown slow and does not need to recharge his power
- Sends survivors to the dream world where borrowed time does not work and makes it harder for survivors too see him coming and to see his red stain while looping
- Able to teleport to any generator on the map
- Has addons to slow the game
Clown:
- Slows survivors
- Needs to recharge his power which slows him down and takes some time
- Has no mobility whatsoever
- Has useless yellow bottles which also accelerate survivors
- Has only one reliable addon: flask of bleach (the only playable on red ranks vs good survivors)
Now let me ask you something:
How do you balance killers? What is wrong with you. Clown was weak and ######### and now you gave him an insane second ability. He is the only killer now who can also help survivors, thank you, devs.
Can you already fire your balance department for releasing ######### perks, ######### addons and giving us ######### reworks?
- Incorrect. Freddy and Clown both slow survivors by 15% using their power. However, Clown does have an add-on that slows survivors by an additional 5%, bringing it up to 20%.
- Freddy's slowdown add-ons are... pathetic. It's 8% and 4%, the former of which being variable due to it relying on people falling asleep. But in the best conditions, what is it stacked? 91 secs rounded up. That's lower than Old Thana. It's annoying when paired when Thana and DL, but those two perks are always going to be hell to face together. Freddy's add-ons are an insult to injury.
- Clown has more than just 1 good add-on. Mangled add-on is always reliable, Reload Movement Speed add-on cuts the distance lost from reloading by almost an entire meter than if you just kept holding forward as a 4.6 killer. He also has a 16m aura reveal add-on, similar to Old Compound 21 which is just... busted. Purple Ether is still there and isn't bad.
- Freddy is on the list to get nerfed, so making the comparison feels kinda redundant atm.
And don't be confused. I hate Freddy and I think he's just a better Clown. I just felt those points were worth mentioning.

Go on and use it.
It's better to discipline yourself to not go for hits you're not guaranteed to land but as your learning what distance is/isn't a hit and getting into the habit of baiting DH before swinging.
Also, you're going to lose. A lot. Even when you think you've learned Nurse enough to be decent, you'll still have very bad games where you feel helpless and can't land a single hit. It's completely normal and we've all been there.
Good luck

Hello and welcome back to reworking perks. For today's complement I just want to say your shirt looks absolutely gorgeous today nice job.
I feel Solidarity is lack luster and doesn't seem to help full so I'm going to buff it to make it better.
Solidarity
Sharing painful experiences has the power to heal.
While injured healing another survivor without a medkit heals you at 100% conversion rate.
Solidarity has a cooldown of 60/55/50 seconds.
I think this helps make it better and saves a lot of time. I put the cooldown in order to make it balanced. What do you think?
Cooldown would be difficult to implement.
Currently, if you heal someone halfway, then you get 25% of your gauge healed. If you're interrupted, you can go heal another soul to full and have 75% of your gauge filled. Its a simple charge conversion.
BUT for a cooldown, the charge conversion would have to work on the duration of that specific heal. What I'm trying to say is imagine this: You try to heal Nea after unhooking her. You start healing but she accidentally moves, ending the heal. Congrats, your perk is on cooldown and did nothing.
100% conversion rate would make the perk alright. I don't think a cooldown is necessary.
-
Because it's not particularly amazing?
To pop the T3, you have to stalk a ton which is difficult enough. You're going to need to bring at least 1 stalk add-on if you want a chance.
And you pop a T3 and... what? Congrats, you can one-shot people! That's it. I mean, Legion gets everyone injured in seconds, making you a one-shot the entire game and we all know how threatening he is. It's not even that powerful of an add-on.
If you're that worried, just give him every pallet. He's still an M1 killer with no power besides his slightly longer lunge. He has to break it and you can just go to the next one until the gens pop.
And if you somehow manage to get him to pop his infinite T3 and go through every pallet and the gens are STILL not done, then... I dunno what to say. Your team was not very productive.

1. Legion - There's just something about repeatedly stabbing survivors that's just a lot of fun. Plus, his ability to injure people makes him a psuedo one-shot killer, which is great. Chases never feel too long.
2. Spirit - Jumpscaring people with her phasing will never get old.
3. Blight - This speedy boi has shown me that I have a love for pin ball I never knew.
4. Pyramid Head - He's just pure awesome. His chase music combined with his power just gives this feeling of being an unstoppable force of punishment. Plus... Silent Hill.
5. Bubba - I used to main him when I first started playing. He'll always hold a special place in my heart, and after his rework, he's never felt better.

Normally, I'd argue...
However, WGLF is technically not a hook perk, similar to Adrenaline. Given there is already a "safe uncage" score event, I don't see the harm in it.

Actually, Ruin 2 has exactly the same rate.
I'm aware. I still find that number more reasonable.

I think 150% regression rate would be better. It's lower than Ruin, but still pretty good.

Does... it really matter?
Sure, the nerf was pointless, but the debuff before was only 5% making a gen go from 80 to 84. Don't see the reasoning behind this change but again, the previous effect was so minor, who cares? She's getting an add-on pass soon anyway.

I... huh... Usually there's something I Object to but this is pretty good. Unusual. Well done.

Impossible.
The reason the button to switch from killer to survivor and vice versa was removed is because the game now automatically assumes survivor players are in a swf (even if solo). It's why if you're on ps4, your profile will read as you being in a party if you play survivor.
As such, there is no distinction between a solo q player and a swf, meaning this addition impossible even if you were to disregard any potential problems it may have.

this is my new series im making where i see who would win in a 1v1 fight. powers included. so who would win in this one? huntress or deathslinger?
Huntress.
Her weapon has greater range, she's pretty damn built while Slinger is a cripple with a leg brace. Slinger's technology advantage is rendered moot by the fact Huntress ambushed and killed World War soldiers who had fire arms with actual ballistics rather than a harpoon (that was modified to be *non-lethal* btw).

So I've played a lot more recently and tried spirit again since I last played her when she first released (and not even played her a ton) but the two games I got I 4ked and the second I got 3 iridescent emblems and a gold emblem. I used 2 of her green addons (i believe both were movement related). I played against green rank (so not the best but still not push overs).
This is all to say that even though I had hardly any experience with her and having just a basic understanding how she works that she seems very easy to do well with. Im inclined to think she needs a slight nerf that doesnt allow a player to just try her for the first time and do very well with. It was easy to punish survivors waiting to use pallets, easy to track survivors, and easy to exploit survivors errors super easily.
Thoughts?? I play a good mix of killer and survivor and I generally think survivors are favored in the game just to clarify.
I think the issue isn't how easy/difficult Spirit is. The issue is the lack of transparency she has, so survivors never know ######### to do, meaning they're easy pickings.
