Some obsession perks are pretty weak, shouldn't they be slightly stronger than normal perks?

The only good Obsession perks on the killer side are STBFL and Rancor and while the other obsession perks are Ok they are not used because their isn't a main stream obsession perk worth running. As for obsession perks on the survivor side they are actually all decent and are used by themselves for the most part. What i want to accomplish here is making certain obsession perks better and when used together decently strong.

  • Dark Devotion is neat but mediocre at best
  • Dying Light simply takes too long to become worth running mainly because it doesn't effect the obsession.
  • Nemesis while itself is fine isn't good due to a lack of good obsession perks
  • Play with your food is the same as Nemesis
  • Remember me is just it's own perk but isn't that good when their are better choices like NOED.
  • Then there is Furtive chase and Dead man's switch both of which are honestly trash.

So my suggestion is to completely rework Dead man's switch and Furtive chase as well as to slightly change the others but the point is to make obsession builds decent from these two perks. I also think Dying light should effect the obsession but it needs some clarification.

  • Dead Man’s Switch: You become obsessed with one Survivor. After hooking the Obsession, Dead Man's Switch activates for the next 20/25/30 seconds. While activate any generator repaired above 70% will become blocked as long as this perk is active.

Affected Generators are highlighted by a white Aura

  • Furtive Chase: When hooking your obsession you gain a token up to a max of 4 tokens. For each token your obsession’s aura is revealed to you for 2 seconds when they are no longer in your terror radius. When you have 4 tokens your obsession becomes exposed after 120/100/80 seconds of being the obsession. When your obsession dies you lose all tokens for furtive chase. Whenever a survivor unhooks the obsession they become the obsession.
  • Dying Light: Your Obsession gains a 33 % Action Speed bonus to unhooking and healing other Survivors. Each time you hook a Survivor that is not the Obsession and the Obsession is alive, gain a Token. If the Obsession is alive, all others Survivors get a stack-able 2/2.5/3 % penalty to Repair, Healing, and Sabotage speed for each Token. When you have 5 or more tokens the obsession is also effected by the stack-able penalty and loses the action speed bonus to unhooking and healing other survivors.

Both These perks now provide a strong effect, Furtive chase can find your obsession, switch them around, and at it's peak can even expose them after a very long time and dead man's switch stalls the game. Combined i think this could be a pretty cool build as for Dying Light I think that at one point it should also effect the obsession it's not a major buff but it makes it slightly stronger later in the game. As for slightly buffing the other obsession perks this is what i think should be done.

  • Dark Devotion Resets if active if you hit your obsession with a basic attack again.
  • Play with your food now gives 1 token for hooking your obsession.
  • The other obsession perks are actually fine and don't need any buffs

I think with these changes obsession builds could be pretty fun and I don't think any of the changes here makes any of them too strong but a full obsession build could be actually good.

  • That Dying Light suggestion is just WAAAAY to complicated. Just rework the perk entirely, because my lord, that is far too much.

Furtive Chase doesn't need that. Just remove the "in a chase" condition.

DMS can backfire. Remember, gens that are blocked do not regress either.
