Hex: Ravenous Bloodlust.

Killer starts the match, and permanently remains in Bloodlust Tier 3 until the relevant hex totem is found and cleansed.

That makes most killers moving at 5.2m, the same as Legion. This would be horribly imbalanced, even as a hex.

This perk would be so unfair, there is a reson why movement speed perks are so hard to come by and have so much requirements. Also you could combine this with Beast of Prey for basically unlimited stealth and with Undying for longer duration.

Beast of Prey needs a rework anyway...
