Actually in a lot of the posts we use him as an example of a straight canon relationship (not character) and while it's entirely possible he could be bi, or gay, having confirmation of a homosexual relationship (not character) to equal things out would've been nice, but good way to completely misinterpret our arguments!

What I dont seem to understand is people hanging on that fact that one of his exes is a woman. Gay men generally dont pop out of the womb and scream at the top of their lungs that they are gay. It can take a long time to find out what/who you are into. Personally speaking as a gay man I have had a girlfriend in the past and that relationship made me relize I was in fact gay(we are still friends but we like to joke that she made me gay) The point is that throughout life, people change and learn more about themselves. Not to mention that depending on how you were raised(like a lot of closeted gay men in the bible belt) at a young age, you are forced to learn certain things that are expected normal. Sometimes certain families take it too far and in turn those men who are too afraid to come out end up staying in the closet their entire lives.
TLDR: Maybe he was experimenting or maybe the ex was before he found himself out to be gay? People change my dudes.
Oh no I'm entirely with you on this; it took until literally today for me to have been in a gay relationship that's lasted longer than a straight one (and I'm massively gay). Was just correcting the comment that said he'd never had one- honestly I think this'll make his story more interesting.

IIRC they're there to represent the harsher struggles of lgbt+ poc (mostly black and mixed people?) and to help show that despite the issues within the community at large (with problems like racism, transphobia, and aroace exclusion being pretty massive for a community that's based on inclusion) they are noticed, valid, and accepted.
But I could also be majorly wrong so if anyone knows for 100% sure and can correct me, please do.

Also @ everyone "they turned an existing character gay" there are a couple of things:
Firstly, his sexuality was never explicitly confirmed. We knew he was in a heterosexual relationship in the past thanks to the tome, which insinuated he was straight, but this was never told.
Secondly, gay people can be in a heterosexual relationship. Shocking, I know, but it happens all the time! People discover themselves at later stages of life and that's perfectly okay lol.
I'm gay, probable obvious, for those that don't know- I officially came out in 2019. It took until literally today for me to have a gay relationship last longer than any of my straight ones.

It's actually much closer to a fact that positive representation helps children's and teen's mental health due to helping reduce social stigma and ensure they're more accepted by society as a whole. Just look at a lot of people today compared to the 1980s/1990s and before.

Balance department = does the balance things
Lore department = does the lore things
Lore department making a decision to create an lgbt+ character does not affect the decision of the gameplay department to create Circle of Healing, or of the balance department to think that Boil Over was a remotely good change.

For example, I was accused of harassing and bullying two people last week on PSN when I shut off cross-play. I was playing Insidious Bubba and I camped both of them. Now, when you turn off cross-play, you are more likely to get matched with the same players over and over... I don't pay any mind to user names so I failed to notice that I went against the same two people for 2-3 matches in a row. Their claim was that I was purposely trying to bully and ruin their experience. I even inboxed them saying that I didn't notice their names and even apologized. Both of them went on a tirade and tried to get me banned. At the end of the day, they couldn't prove anything because I was camping everyone and once again, bullying was not my intent. You can't just accuse someone of being homophobic without actual proof because it downplays the seriousness of real homophobia. Maybe you just got tunneled. I mean really... do you think a Killer chasing you in real life is going to care about chasing after you and giving you a break? The Killer has no obligation to stop chasing you in-game just because you don't want to be chased.
And if this is the case literally nothing will happen I don't know what's not clicking here babes

It's a charity founded by lgbt+ people, who have lgbt+ volunteers, who help lgbt+ people get jobs in major firms- I think there's a larger percentage of people than just one on-board.

That's literally not what they said.
If you specifically target someone because of the pride charm and target them and nobody else across multiple games, making it clear in the chat that it is because of the pride charm, it is bannable. If you do not do that, and you simply tunnel someone with the flag once, you are in no danger.

Whilst EU definitely has a LOT of VPNers, Russia isn't one of them. The two servers in Europe are London and Frankfurt; anyone else in Europe that joins will just have a high connection because of this. It's not a VPN, it's just server placement.

Tbh. I think spirit needs 2 things. Mostly add ons. An add on that disables chase music. Bring back fathers glasses.
As someone who is damn near deaf. It's impossible for me to use her. Since I can't hear most things you need to hear when playing spirit.
Fathers glasses gave me the chance to use her semi decently. And I think an option to get rid of chase music so it doesn't drown out the sounds I CAN hear would be a welcome add on
I spent about 3 seconds thinking of this but hear me out:
-Survivor grunts of pain are no longer audible to a Spirit who is phasing
-Survivor pools of blood can be seen while the Spirit is phasing
Iron will is no longer a counter, it helps people who have hearing impairments, and is no different from facing a Spirit currently without Iron Will; what glaring issue did I miss out on that makes this idea flawed?

Probably not; it's impossible to do so.
It's a 4 v 1 game. The 1 has to macromanage and micromanage everything because they are the sole person on their team. Nothing BHVR can do can change this while keeping the fundamental aspects (4v1) of the game the same. Survivors are the 1, in a team with 3 others who they can (in theory) rely upon. They don't have to be the sole person to micromanage and macromanage everything in the game.
By defitinion of a 4v1 game, the 1 will always have the more stressful game experience. Even with absolute bots, a curbstomp as killer will be more stressful than a curbstomp as survivor because that's simply how asymmetrical games are. It just can't be fixed.
