It's not a particular streamers outfit. The twitch shirts are available on all original survivors (Jane, Kate, Dwight etc.).
They're given to content creators who are a positive influence in the community and who tag their streams with #shirtmysurvivor at BHVRs discretion.
There is a person that’s only playing as Jane Romero, has Jane Romero as their name and wears the twitch shirt. It’s the only person that does that.
