Flip-flop, Tenacity, Power Struggle, WGLF.
Though in a swf me and my mates devised a plan. 2 people with No Mither/Soul Guard/MOM/Dead Hard, two with Breakout/WGLF/For The People/Desperate Measures.
The plan?
Someone gets downed and picked up, preferably one of the No Mither lads. The other No Mither lad takes a hit. Both of the other two heal them up quickly with WGLF/DM. They take a hit with Soul Guard, then another, going down again with 3 MOM stacks. Here one person uses For The People, or another quick ass heal, getting the No Mither lad up again. Now he takes a hit with Soul Guard, and again with MOM, before he goes down again. All this time, breakout is working its magic. Rinse and repeat; the Impossible To Hook build and it doesn't even need saboteur.

The achievement was actually released with the Twins/Elodie tbf.

No offence but out of everything currently in this game that's broken, this isn't exactly... pressing. Probably something lost in translation between French and English.

"you get a stack when you blind the killer whilst the survivor is on their shoulder."
Exactly. That's the whole reason I made the post to begin with. I'm stating that it's not working properly.
We're Gonna Live Forever states: "Blind the Killer to rescue a carried Survivor."
So if I use a flashlight on a Killer and get a stack from WGLF and the Survivor doesn't get rescued by the flashlight, that means there is a bug. The original post stated this. Please go back and read the original post to understand what we are talking about.
Literally. Go into a custom game. Test it out. You blind the killer too early and don't get the rescue and you still get the stack. You blind the killer mid-hook animation and they're not rescued and you still get the stack. I cannot make this clearer that I use this perk religiously, alongside a flashlight, so I have plenty of experience with it.
This is in your original post:
The flashlights narrow to what would be a full blind, I get a stack + sound notification from We're Gonna Live Forever, and then the game acts as if the Killer isn't fully blinded and they get to hook. I noticed the issues immediately after the flashlights got "fixed".
This is what happens when you blind too quickly. You mistimed the save.
I'm double checking at the end of matches to make sure there is no Lightborn when I receive false positives for full blinds. I doubt this matters though because why would I get a stack from We're Gonna Live Forever if I can't blind the Killer?
The killer is blinded. You just did it early. You still get the stack.
Go into a custom game, try it out. If not, I'll do my best to record a clip of it and send it to you tomorrow to prove it.
It's bugged to give you stacks when it shouldn't- I don't honestly see an issue there but whatever. If that's what you want to complain about, go for it. Just know you ######### up the timing of the save. It's on you.
Sit down before you make more of a fool of yourself.

Dude, you didn't read the original post at all. How am I miss timing the flashlight if I'm getting successful We're Gonna Live Forever stacks? We're Gonna Live Forever gives you a stack for flashlight saves. If I'm getting the stack that means I successfully blinded the Killer and the dying survivor should be dropped by the Killer. Please read the post before just assuming you know what ppl are talking about and just bluntly blurbing out rubbish.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1828490#Comment_1828490
Okay so I'm not the only one. I'll put a post in the bugs section then. I really wish flashlights would just work properly for once. They're bugged in one way or another every other patch/update and when you try to talk about it 75%+ of the time ppl just auto say "You did it wrong". Like no it's not me if We're Gonna Live Forever is registering it as successful, the flashlight animation (Which btw is super easy to notice when it works or not by the animation alone) shows the full blind, and the game just doesn't register the save for the Killer so they still get to hook. Flashlights aren't that hard to use. Ppl act as if its brain surgery or something.
Dude, you didn't read the original post at all. How am I miss timing the flashlight if I'm getting successful We're Gonna Live Forever stacks? We're Gonna Live Forever gives you a stack for flashlight saves
Incorrect, you get a stack when you blind the killer whilst the survivor is on their shoulder. Go into a custom game and try it. Blind them early, get a stack. Blind mid-hook animation, get a stack. I know this because blinding mid-hook animation is literally how I farm stacks.
Please read the post before just assuming you know what ppl are talking about and just bluntly blurbing out rubbish.
I did, and I applied my own knowledge to answer your issue. You're mistiming it, it's that simple, and take this from someone who uses WGLF and a flashlight literally every single survivor game. Please, learn how the game and it's perks work before blubing out rubbish.

When will it be possible to get past rift items?
"A minimum of six months after their debut."
Right now, we have Nurse's Fluid Nightingale outfit in the store, from the first rift, as well as Clown's Mr Puddles and Feng Min's Demon Slayer from the second. There's rumours of Claudette and Trapper's outfits also making their return in the New Year, although bear in mind nothing has been confirmed.

Ahhh okay. Idk if I buy the idea of you're doing it out of good nature to get it nerfed when you guys apparently swapped last second, have a "tbag macro", and BMed the killer on the way out through the hatch.
I understand that you can go out of your way to "gen rush", just like the killer can go out of their way to bring Spirit with meta perks and all that stuff I mentioned earlier, or Huntress with Iri head and Moris. Both sides have the power to do dumb stuff like this, its just the nature of the game. They're introducing the Trial Warm up thing eventually so that should help with the early game.
tbag macro i have as a joke for customs, this was the one time ive used it in a public game. the last second switch was to avoid franklins, a mori, or a dodge (this was obviously before the mori and ormond changes). the guy who bmed just wanted to be toxic, i guess; that wasnt our plan. we just want the ######### nerfed so we want to prove how busted it really is.
killers having op things doesnt mean survivors should and vice versa; both should be nerfed into the ground.

This is a huge strawman considering that the four of them went out of their way to complete a gen as fast as possible by bringing all gen related perks, all of them were on comms, and the killer was a baby while using a low tier killer. Sure, gens can go by fast, but they now have no looping or rescuing perks. If I was this Michael and I had normal add ons, two or three people would've got slugged right at that first gen.
While they have the power to bring an overkill amount of gen stuff, the killer also has the power to bring Spirit with the best perks, add ons, and a Mori. That's the biggest flaw with the game, both sides have the power to completely make the game unfun for the other side very easily.
That's literally me and my friends lol. We tried our best to make gens go as fast as is physically possible. When we get together in a 4man, this is what we do, because we want this ######### nerfed. It's not fun to face, and it's not fun to do. Genrushing, when people want to do it, is an issue, and a large one.
Don't believe me? It's @BigBrainMegMain, @hahadrillgobrrr, and @ClaudioFrosty, though obviously 2 are banned and can't back me up and the other very very infrequently visits here.
-
This is what happens when you mistime it. Either too early, and they don't drop, or too late and they're already mid hook prompt.

Forced Penance:
So according to google, penance is "punishment inflicted on oneself as an outward expression of repentance for wrongdoing.".
So basically, Forced Repentance.
With that in mind, here's my ground-up rework.
Those who stand in the way, must repent for their misdeeds.
Every time a survivor stuns you with a pallet or a locker, gain a token. Your lunge distance is increased by 20%. Each time you hit a non-broken survivor with a basic attack, they suffer from the broken status effect for 60/70/80 seconds.
Any offensive action removes one token of Forced Penance.
It sticks to the name (you force them to repent for their misdeeds, the repentance being they become broken & your lunge being increased by 20% and the misdeeds being stunning you with a pallet). Keep the original spirit of hit=broken but make it a lot easier to pull off.
deathbound:
Okay, okay, okay hear me out.
Those whose lives are intwined in darkness are destined to suffer together.
Finishing healing one survivor one health state when outside of 32m from your current location will activate Deathbound. For the next 60 seconds, the survivors are linked.
When any survivor first becomes linked, they scream, revealing their location. Linked survivors will both become exposed when outside of a range of 32m/28m/24m. If a linked survivor is put into the dying state by any means during this time, all survivors who are linked to that survivor are also damaged for one health state.
Deathbound can only trigger once every 60 seconds.
So, deathbound, they're bound for death. Therefore if they leave a range they become exposed. Easy. I made the range rather... forgiving because oh my would it be awful to deal with in solo otherwise. I made the concept of linked to help explain it easier, and also to add it to more things later if they wanted (like powers or other perks :D). The real kicker is that if one of the linked guys is downed the other one is damaged for a health state. This would obviously encourage healing, buying a hell of a lot more time on gens and removing the downside of them just... not healing because you wouldn't want to be injured vs this. Obviously they could not heal to counter the perk but then they're all one-shot which is definitely a plus. Stick it with thana and it becomes deadly and encourages survivors to stick together to avoid the exposed, making looping harder and also gens less efficient (if they split up on gens, pain. If they don't, happy days). Then I stuck it on a cooldown because- I mean rn Deathbound is on a 60 second cooldown anyway, this just keeps it the same. Also means you won't be screaming all the time, and if you're playing together two people could take the sacrifice of healing to give them deahtbound and you can then get the chance to heal others without them being linked to you. Plus it'd make For The People/Blood Pact meta lol.

Gen rushing is when survivors split up and do the gens by themself. This would be like blood favor where it's teaching the survivor to play right.
Cool name though 👍️ we need more phobia names
This ^
It'd actually be beneficial to the survivors to bring it into the game.
I'd suggest it being the opposite; the survivors' fear of failing causes them to group up and ensure a generator is finished the first time round.
Generators now take 95 seconds to complete, reduced by 5 seconds for every other survivor also on that generator.
That would counter people splitting up on gens, but would also make Prove Thyself an even stronger perk if this perk ever became meta. I can see this, with RuinDying, being absolutely atrocious to deal with though, so maybe it's best if this stays in the drafts.

Well, I have it but I guess it's due to the fact that I replaced perk icons with customized ones as well as character portraits. Although it started to happen more frequently now. I remember that when I first replaced them, I didn't get the error code 4 after every patch/update. Sometimes you just update the game, play one or two trials and then in the middle of another trial you get a notification about this error. It is indeed annoying but I like my icons so I have to deal with that (¬_¬ )
That's weird; I have custom perks + character portraits and it doesn't ask me :/

I don't see why they would need to change all the killers perspectives just to fix the camera on Plague. It shouldn't be that hard. You have each camera value assigned to different characters. The perspective shouldn't change the model in any way. Why would you bind the perspective of the camera to the avatars actual head? Just bind it to the model and adjust it accordingly. Even if it is bound to the head, why would changing the camera perspective effect all the other killers? The hag has a shorter camera doesn't she? You mean they bound the code to ALL the cameras of every killer instead of a camera to each individual killer? Victors perspective is alot shorter too, is his camera bound to all the other killers as well? If the animations are bound to the camera,
And the animations? Bind those to the camera too, that way all you would have to do slide the camera up and it would go with it. It's not like they bound the perspective animations to the model too..... did they?
[DO NOT QUOTE THIS COMMENT BECAUSE YOU WILL LIKELY GET A RICH POST ERROR]
1) Blight
2) No, they're changing only the camera height of the Blight.
3) They need to rework all first person animations for the Blight (the Blight alone and only the Blight).
I explain it better in my previous stream summary (find it here)
Here's a screenshot of the section:
If they were to just raise Blight's camera, his arms would vanish.

2) Twins are ass to face because the majority of them love to Victor camp.

My biggest grievance with new autohaven are the jungle gyms. Is that a challenge? Bet. I'd love to try it out against you, win or lose. To be clear, I said that because I find him pretty easy to loop anyways. His attacks are linear in it comes to rite of judgement. I spent 1 - 3 whole minutes running from this PH because he kept letting me loop him at pallets instead of just breaking them. He spammed the shmt out of ROJ and trails.
Even though I was hit with torment, I escaped all chases. I'm no god but I'm pretty sure that if I face off against you, you'll do better then them but feel free to keep that same mentality. I personally have no idea what I'm getting to but I won't deny a challenge you make one.
