Shoot I forgot about that sorry, like the moment I make this damn post I realize I didn’t put that in. I usually like the stealth oriented types and have taken a liking to hit and run play styles
Wraith sounds like your cup of tea.

So many people are making these that I don’t know which path is the best to follow.
-
Everyone put an F in the chat.
-
Not sure if people want to play Hag so many times to get Ruin and Devour Hope. She’s already boring enough to play one game of lol. Guess we do have the shrine though.
-
Some of these challenges are so terribly designed. You should be able to do it if you put on Nemesis or Furtive Chase.

He’s a very cool dude and sets a good example for the community.

I can't be the only one who thinks she looks like Lilu from The Fifth Element in this outfit?
She kind of does a little.

I honestly keep forgetting the rift isn't a new thing and I've played far longer with it than without it.
I only care for it if one of my mains gets a cosmetic.

I felt this way about Hillbillies Tome One skin. Glad you got what you were looking forward to too OP.
I definitely wasn't around when tome 1 was out so I missed that Billy skin as well.

She's honestly strong enough that she doesn't even need compensatory buffs. The one patch that broke her sounds and you could hear where she was while phasing was actually awesome; she was still strong because she still has the speed and the mega lunge, but you're not completely guessing as the survivor.
I don't think I gone against Spirit during those times she was bugged so I don't know what it was like to play against. I do know that it gave survivors something to work with which was awesome.
-
@HaunterofShadows said:
because it would be hard to without putting her in the ground. People want spirit to give information which is what she is exactly not supposed to give you.
Not really. She’s strong enough to where if they gave her counterplay with buffs to compensate then she’ll be fine.
-
Damn I forgot the next tome was out. Thanks anyway though.
-
Elodie. That woman is painful to listen to.
-
Legion. It doesn’t take much to learn how to spread pressure with his ability. He may be super weak but that doesn’t justify how little of a skill cap Legion has.
-
This is such an unpopular opinion but I vote Spirit. Hag doesn’t really take skill she takes more knowledge and I think of a player understands where survivors go, has good game sense, and knows how to set up a 3-gen, Hag can become inevitably easy.
-
I love running Surge on Deathslinger. I honestly wish the cool down wasn’t so long though.

Happy Anniversary to the DBD forums #1 resident Yui fan!
For all it's flaws, DBD is one of those games that I feel I've got my money's worth and then some. Truly an experience I'm glad to have been apart of. The game at its core has only gotten better and not worse, still a lot of work to be done though as there always is.
I hope you continue to find many more hours of enjoyment with the game.
Thanks man. I have certainly expressed my passion for Yui around these forums. I will continue to do so as well.

How do you get to 1k hours within 1 year?
I have been playing this game before spirit came out, and I'm still at around 800 hours.
Do you never feel like taking a break?
I've taken some minor breaks. Also, I'm not quite at 1000 hours yet. I'm currently at 967.

Thanks man. It's been a great one year ride of DBD and I'm blessed to be a part of this community. Can't wait to see what year 2 has in store for me.

Thanks man. I definitely hate the game as much as I love it but I’m glad to be here!

A walrus is a particular species of seal that has those big tusks that... Well, to be perfectly honest no-one really knows what precise function they have, they just seem to be really useful for breaking through ice, defence, and occasionally predatation. They also have the sensory organs that look like a moustache, hence the term and fashion feature "walrus moustache".
I spent about 4 hours researching seals a few days ago. I don't know why. Also, elephant seals dive ridiculously deep for more than an hour.
Ah ok that makes more sense.

i think its meant to be a seal not a walrus ;-;
Honestly, I have no idea what the difference between a walrus and a seal 😂 Anyway, still love those seals nonetheless.

Neither does Lery's or Hawkins, two indoor maps which were already remade or are not going to be remade.
I think they just aren't in indoor maps.
The only outlier for this indoor map thing is the Game, which is still bad even if all the breakable walls were removed.
There’s breakable walls in Midwich and The Game though.

I mostly play on controller since making the switch to pc is so much of a time investment. that's why I don't list blight, or huntress as they are completely different creatures with a mouse and keyboard. Nurse is the only person I ignored my rules with. Even if im not good I can visually and verbally understand that the very nature of her power makes her the strongest since she destroys traditional looping which is where most people consider how strong a character is.
I play on PC so that doesn’t apply to me. I do see how playing on controller can be a miserable experience though.

You could most likely be right. I just think when people make tier lists they should recognize if they are particularly bad with a killer they probably dont have the most fair perspective on them and their power. I just wanted to remove any unfair bias in my personal list in how I see killers. I would say I agree with you on hag as I recently asked for builds and advice for her and have been playing her quite a bit.
I totally understand that. Blight is an amazing killer but he’s so hard to master that there will be very few master Blights. I would consider myself a damn good Blight and I can win most of my games with him but I’m pretty lackluster with Nurse so she would seem like a bad killer to me even though she isn’t a bad killer.
-
Let me rank the killers that are in the “not sure” tier:
Plague - B
Doctor - B
Huntress - A
Hag - A
Blight - S
-
Yui is top tier.
-
Bruh there is no way in a billion years that this could ever work.
-
I can’t remember the last time I got 8 hours of sleep in one night so I’ve had those moments where I almost collapse in the middle of a game.
-
I’m super excited for this chapter. I do like RE a lot and I have played RE 2 so I know the map pretty well but I can understand how people will find it confusing.
-
I said it before in a past thread, but Nea and Quentin.
-
At this point, it’s uncertain whether or not the devs will actually fix her. It’s such a shame because I really love Spirit and would like to play more often like I used to without feeling guilty.
-
I think I might have ended the debate.
-
Moving posts to feedback and suggestions makes it easier for the devs to gather the feedback. Sometimes they move posts that don’t really give feedback and are just regular discussions which does get annoying but it makes sense why they do it.
-
Spirit is my girl, I love her a lot. However, in terms of gameplay I’m one of the people really wanting her to get changed. She’s just too easy to play for how strong she is.
Meanwhile with Dead Hard, I hate this perk so much as good survivors will be able to make it to a pallet or window after I already outplayed them by just pressing a button. It’s incredibly frustrating.
-
It definitely needs a nerf. There are way too many times where survivors get outplayed but then they press E to get to a pallet or window. It's super frustrating as killer.

You want an 'I win' button. There isn't one for any killer. How do you counter a good nurse? You don't really.
That’s not what anyone is saying. People want their skill as a player to be relevant when playing against the killer but it isn’t against a Spirit. Why can’t you people see that?
-
@Lucent said:
It's not a perk. I play her on occasion and people always try to mind game. Don't. If she is standing still on the other side of a pallet run away to the next loop. Learn to double back on scratch marks as well. If you are protecting someone just run across their scratch marks. Also if she is standing still, drop pallets early.
If she’s standing still at the other end of the pallet and you leave the loop, she can just follow your scratch marks and sounds while you have no idea what she’s doing. She moves at 176% by default when in her power and her power lasts for 5 seconds so she has plenty of time and movement to consistently catch you while there’s nothing you can do except maybe try to throw her off a bit. That hardly ever works against good Spirits though.
-
@Lucent said:
The issue is you are lazy. Let's be honest, you don't want to learn how to counter her because it's inconvenient for you so you whine and complain. She is simple to play and simple to counter.
What’s the counterplay then? It better not be a perk.
-
@Sluzzy said:
Survivors need fixing before Billy. Billy with certain perks is still completely broken and a free win.
I think you're running out of fresh things to say.
-
Ormond is certainly better than it used to be but it’s still far from perfect.
-
Flashlights shouldn’t even affect Wraith harshly anyway. A perk shouldn’t be the only thing that stops it.
-
How did I get Nurse at 1st? At least Blight was 2nd as he’s my go to.
-
Because she’s fun to play? Also, she’s always been my favorite killer in general regardless of gameplay, so that’s part of the reason I used to play her a lot. It’s been 2 months since I’ve been serious with her but I’m starting to play her a bit recently and I just really enjoy her despite being unfair.
