Premonition is an ok perk in its current form. It could be better, but there are a bunch of perks that are in a worse situation and need a rework more.

Ok, thank you. I thought maybe they weren't safe but I have done it over and over I just couldn't see me doing it that many times and them not being safe.
Thank you again.
No worries, let me know if you have any more questions.

Breakable Walls are out, however, they currently only spawn on the new Map, Dead Dawg Saloon. They look pretty similar to Pallets and can be broken by Killers just like Pallets. They generally open new pathways around the Map or shorten a loop.
Killers such as the Hillbilly can break them swiftly with the Chainsaw, just like Pallets.
The Devs announced their plans to make Breakable Walls available on all Maps, however, they still haven't shared an ETA with us.
They also told us each Realm will have its own iteration of Breakable Walls.

The quality of your headset does play a role in the quality of DBD's sounds, but they are a bit buggy at times.
Regarding changing your player setting files, there are some files you can edit for a better sound quality. However, I don't recommend doing so due to the fact that you can get banned if you edit some files, so if you wanna do it, make sure you know which ones you can edit without getting banned.

In case you unhooked 4 Survivors safely in the same Trial and it still didn't register as completed, then the challenge might be bugged. If this is the case, I suggest you report the bug at https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/bugs.
I also recommend you check if all the Survivors you unhooked in a Trial were unhooked safely, watch out for the Safe Unhook Rescue score event.

so what if it happened again and again and again? and don't see how it would be random if it did it again? if a dealer at a casino kept giving out the same winning card to one person that many times or more, would they say that was still random? 😃
Yeah, RNG/randomness, you never know.
-
I don't know, there isn't a whole lot you can do. Also, chances are you'll be done with the Rift if you completed all challenges (you earn RF from the XP gained too).
Maybe you could get a fragment bonus after you complete Level 4 of the Tome?
-
I don't think it is broken. Keep in mind the intensity of the Generator auras only change while in Feral Frenzy, so if you were coming up to the Generator normally, there would be no difference.
Also, the Auras of the Generators start off white, indicating they weren't touched yet, and when the Generator is about to get popped, they are dark red. When the Gen is about 3/4 done, the Aura will have the same color as it normally has.

By each Killer will have their own rating, do you mean that I would have individual ratings for each of my Killers? Or do you mean each Killer player?
The Devs announced they will introduce different ratings to each Killer. You would have individual ratings for you each your Killers, yes.

7 times, though!!!??? really?
It happens, sometimes you get the same Map over and over again, it's just the RNG factor of the game. It's not a bug. You can throw a Map Offering the next game to assure you won't get Léry's if you want to.

@bomb1720
the new matchmaking system
The new system will be an MMR (matchmaking rating) system most games use. Your rank will become obsolete as far as the matchmaking is concerned. Players will be matched together by their skill rating.
skill rating (Survivor)
A survivor's skill rating will be determined by how well they do in a match and the rating of their opponent. Doing good against a Killer with a higher rating than you will award you more points than doing good against one with a lower rating than you.
skill rating (Killer)
A Killer's skill rating will be determined by the rating of the Survivors and how well they do in a match. Doing good against Survivors with a higher rating than you will award more points than doing good against ones with a lower rating.
Each Killer will have their own rating.
extra infos
- The Emblem system will determine how well you did in a match.
- Doing poorly against a Killer with a lower rating than you will make you lose more points than against a Killer with a higher rating.
- You won't be able to see your own rating; other Players won't be able to see your rank in the Tally Screen or Lobbies anymore.

It's not a bug, you're just getting lucky/unlucky. I played with this Add-on combo last week and got Haddonfield.
I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as a set of Add-ons determining the Map you'll play on, even as a bug.

Does it stipulate this information about the survivor FOV anywhere?
Unfortunately, this info is currently not available on the Wiki, although it might be added sometime soon. The FOV is approximately 103° according to what I found and what I measured myself. The Killer FOV with Shadowborn, which increases its default value by 15°, seems to be almost the same as the Survivor FOV.
-
The Survivor FOV is similar to the Killer FOV (87°), it's approximately 100° since Survivors have a third person camera.
You can find infos on the Killer FOV at https://deadbydaylight.gamepedia.com/Monitor_%26_Abuse.

Here's a Google Translate for all the non-french speakers out there.
Hello, I think it is time to clarify the question of which is much more advanced both in terms of perks and special abilities. Survivors or killers?
Please answer sincerely, hoping it goes back to the developers.
A few delayed changes would not hurt.
Are the killers too advantaged or the survivors?
Now, I have no clue if this is asking which role is more complex, or if the game is killer/survivor sided. I'm going to assume it's asking which role is more complex though, since that's the first question they asked.
I think they are asking if the game is killer-sided or survivor-sided. Playing Killer is definitely more complex though.

Yeah i just see gg as a sign of good sportsman ship. Why i normally say it and than follow it up with good luck have fun everyone.
That or a personal thanks, when the killer gives me the hatch. Since they didn't have to do it. Yet did it anyway. For a bit of good will and sportsmanship can go along way.
Agreed.
-
Sending a "gg" in the post-game chat regardless if you won or lost is a nice gesture.
I also went against a Killer trying to do the Grabbing Challenge of the Archives, I noticed he was trying to do it, and let them grab me. They then started farming with me, gave me the Hatch, and we started playing SWF together.

Somehow I feel like this would mean strong killer perks would never be seen in the shrine again.
Agreed.
-
I don't think the player should be forced to spam space bar. This is in no way fun and interactive. Just making this automatic would make the struggle phase fine.
-
It contributed towards removing hatch stand-offs from the game, which is a good thing.
-
The Rift isn't a big deal for me. Sure, the Charms are nice, but I won't farm to get more Charms.
-
All Killers are affected badly because M1 attacks' hitboxes are weird under bad ping.
-
It's the most game-changing Perk of the three.
-
She's fun to play as and go against and her perks are decent.
-
Don't think it'll happen but we can still speculate.
-
Yeah... I still main Quentin though.
-
I don't drink coffee, but if I had to, I'd drink it at room temperature.
-
DS and Object of Obsession are somewhat annoying as Killer.
-
I think they should focus on what's already in the game and on the various bugs in the game right now.
-
I never paid attention to the "Entity Displeased" and "Sacrificed" sound, it's quite subtle. I think it's good as it is.
-
Both Trapper and Wraith have their upsides and downsides. I particularly think both are good in their own ways.
-
Clown needs to get some tweaks. He's not fun to play as/against and his power is relatively weak.
-
It would be very nice to see this, but such data is hard to gather since the outcome of a Trial relies on the Map, on the Killer, on the Perks being run by both sides, on the individual skill of each Survivor, etc. It'd be very interesting though.
-
For The People is a very fun perk to use, and it is by far the strongest Perk the new DLC introduced.
-
@Blister987 said:
Rotten Fields ins't the strongest survivor map lol, that's Ormond. You dropped a pallet? that's a shame, the closest one is 1.5km ahead.
There are a lot interconnected tiles with Pallets on RF because there are no Pallets in the central areas of the Map. Jungle Gyms are relatively close together too. However, since the Map is very large, "close" is a tad bit further than on other Maps.

Jane was the last Survivor I purchased with Iridescent Shards.

The biggest issue with the Coldwind Farm realm by far is map size.
Agreed.
-
It plays when you're downed.
-
If you mean there is a delay between the time when you hit the button and the time the red pointer of the Skill Check stops, then it isn't a bug, it's vSync, a feature. The delay shouldn't last for 2 seconds though.
As for the darkness when you play it on TV and if you are experiencing lag in other scenarios, then my best advice to you would be to report it at https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/technical-issues or https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/optimization so that people at BHVR can help you.
-
I personally don't know. Bloodrushes differ from Bloodhunts in that they introduce a 1.5x BP modifier, but have a longer duration, in this case 3 weeks. Bloodhunts normally have a duration of 4 or 6 days. You don't need to play as much to get the bonus Bloodpoints when a Bloodrush is up.

Agreed, removing Perk tiers would great decrease the Grind.

well sure, it currently is a situational perk, this would make it slightly less situational, im not saying it doesn ot need a buff after this as well.
Im merely saying it would make sense if it had an effect for the deathslinger.
Yeah, it would be interesting and make sense, but it's not a change that would encourage people to use it, you know what I mean?
-
Rotten Fields is one of the largest Maps in the game, and thus highly disadvantages low-mobility killers. There are a few issues with RF, but I think this is the biggest.
-
Both effects make BBQ as strong as it is, it helps tracking Survivors and helps you grind BPs.
-
I do dailies while playing Solo Queue and SWF, there isn't that much of a different for me personally.
-
Unless the Devs nerf her severely, The Nurse will keep her status as the strongest Killer in the game.
-
It's a good perk, it prevents Survivors from getting insta-downed against a camping Killer for instance. I don't think it's too OP since the rescuer must be within the Killer's TR.

I meant on TOP of what it does now, it just makes sense to me, it totally fits the name and what the perk is about.
Idk. Creating Perks that counter a specific Killer power (like Slippery Meat already does to some extent) makes the Perk situational and not worth a perk slot.
After all, you can use some Perk that you know you'll be able to use, not some killer-dependent perk. It would be surely interesting, but I don't think it'll change much.
-
Spirit and Plague have both very good Perk sets, but I think Spirit Fury is more meta than Corrupt Intervention.
