Eh not really. Biggest problem with the perk isn’t even being addressed. Just another cheap bandaid that hurts actually good perks and builds. Now sprint burst is the top dog EVEN MORE. Other ones were good for quick usage during a chase, not get out of jail burst. And, vigil is basically alley trash now
As quirky as you are... you're very wrong.
Don't say things are "just a band aid"... just because everyone else says it. Sprint Burst is supposed to get you away from a killer. That's the point.
However.. running shouldn't allow you to regen that 40 second burst again... it's just bad. Now, people can't do that. It really balances out a strong perk, and at the very least will force people to shake up their 4-6 perk setup.
Vigil does need something done to it... I agree.
This nerf to all exhaustion perks is a good start. It might be too strong for tryhard survivors but we'll have to see.

The days of using a sprint burst to get to a pallet... loop like a tryhard... tbag and then get sprint burst just in time to go the the next loop/pallet are over.
Adapt.
Killers had to adapt for about 1 year worth of bullying and SWF nonsense.

We're 17 full days past the date in which it was sent.
This is extreme.
Why didn't it come out together or a day apart from XB1. THe process couldn't be that much different.

PS4 didn't have the update for the official tournament... now we might miss out on the double bloodpoint event? Which only happens like 2 times a year?

The stream was well done.
Outside of PS4 failing certification (probably what has happened) everything has been fine.
The ideas, future changes are great. My only complaint about what they've done in the game would be no hatch change yet.
I thought the change was good.

If this update doesn't come for the 2x Bloodpoint event for the 2 f'n year anniversary.... i'm going to be seriously pissed... and might grind for things I planned on buying.

Sabotaging is very balanced. What are the chances an entire team is sabotaging hooks? Unlikely.
I mean it sucks... and I'll usually tunnel someone if i see it, but it isn't a problem.

The game isn't "that" out of balance.
It is unbalanced and survivor slanted yes, but people act like it is insanely unbalanced. And it isn't.
It's a 60/40 survivor based game at the moment. It isn't that far from being balanced.

They should just increase gen time by 5 seconds to start, and go from there.
It would slightly help with Ruin.
ALso increase Dull totem time by 2 seconds and hex totems by 4 seconds.
All this helps gen rushing.

I'm thankful that they let us know something. I would of liked this friday or yesterday, but I'm glad we got a heads up.
It's not good news for me as I'm on PS4. I'd say Xbox will get it this week for sure.
PS4? Probably next week and that is really really disappointing. If they don't get the new patch to us by the blood point event... it will taint my feelings towards this game and the devs.
I literally waited about 10 days before I even got wound up. I somewhat expected it to get released today... after 14 days.
So I'm officially upset and wound up. I get that it isn't their entire fault, but man... the wait is pretty annoying. I was really really hoping for today or at least this week by Friday. Now it seems next week at best... what a shame. I bet it comes out during the 2x bloodpoint event. That sucks.

I would be fine with Tuesday as the drop date for console. That would make it a full blown 2 weeks.
Which honestly is the limit I'm willing to accept anyways. I'm not over the moon with my frustration just yet. I'm just a loyal, anxious customer who loves the game.

Very simply.
-Reduce dream state transition from 7 seconds to 5 by default.
-Remove slight reduces speed on ultra rare add on Red Paint Brush (no ultra rares shouldn't have downsides)
-Remove downsides on green block (slightly increases chances in dream world etc)
-Either make Blood Warden have multiple uses (every hook = 40, 50 and 60 seconds and the time is stackable) OR.... give Freddy one shot capability during the 1 use.
-Give Fire Up! a 2% buff across the board.These are logical, and simple changes for Freddy. At the very very very least, the icon should notify when someone if on a gate. It should light up when the gates are open and it is active AND go off when the timer stops.

Survivors are more toxic than killers. THe power game isn't on the killer side really.
I understand there's 4 survivors to 1 killer, and in total their will be more chances that we all encounter an annoying entitled survivor, but killers just want a fair shake, and it truly seems like we're getting it with the perk reworks and the patches.

I really do feel like consoles get the shaft. Not just because of this rare and 1 time delay on a patch... but overall.
I would like something exclusive for us. Like a different version of legacy?
Something. Yeah PC brings in more money probably, and PC has more people... and it was released on PC as well...
But I've spent just under 60 bucks in total for Dead By Daylight. I'm a loyal customer. Just because I play on PS4 shouldn't make me any less.
I do feel like console players are afterthought. Oh well. I still love the game.
