I got all the perks on The Unknown during the event and he is a blast to play as! I highly recommend using Monitor and Abuse on him as you can get closer to Survivors and have a better chance of hitting them with his power.

And there is a good reason why nobody uses this Perk - it sucks. Simple as that. Of course there are some people here who want to claim that it is a strong Perk, because that what they do with every weak Survivor Perk. But the reality is that the Perk is outright bad and not worth taking.
And with a below 2% pickrate, this should be a good indicator that it is not really a strong Perk.
I actually do see it once a day, despite what nightlight says.

My usual build is Surge, STBFL, Rapid brutality, Surveillance/Whispers.
This build is decent and quite fun to play on Skully, Singularity, Doctor, Clown, Freddy. (Surveillance as info)
Doctor has kinda inevitable hits but it can still take a while, so STBFL and Rapid brutality helps a lot with that aspect.
I don't really know about Blood points farming, I use Legion for it....
I don't consider him that difficult, it's all about timing.

Because look, at the end this is about the money ive put into the game. And while sure i dont believe the servers will be up for 60+ years because every game retires some day, its a completely diffrent thing when we just get ripped off of our accounts who have a ton load of money put into them, because of a false bann.

I finally leveled up my Huntress. She now has all Killer perks unlocked at Tier 3, over 100 anniversary cakes and a bunch of add-ons.
I played a handful of matches, without add-ons, just to practice my hatchet throwing (I can't get the bots in customs).
If I go into a trial trying to get the Survivors to help me, I have to wear her default clothes. Nobody trusts me in my Baby Yaga cosmetic.
I'm getting better but still need more practice.
What perks and add-ons do you recommend as I'm just beginning?
Or is it best not to use add-ons until I get her base winding up and throwing speeds down?

No way. When the party totems light up in the event, I get as many as possible, distortion hides my aura when I'm claiming those bloodpoints!

- Dark Devotion transfers his Terror Radius to the Obsession on hit. This includes his Static Blast.

When a chase brings you to the outside area on the east side, blast away and you’ll typically hit one or two, depending on what gens have been done.
You can make a whole build of it, too.

My SoloQ teammates all get killed by her because they don't use the tapes. I find it hard to believe the amount of people I find that become condemned. I also had a teammate give up against her last night and just point to the hook.

I rarely play a game where all 5 players bring one. I just had a match a little bit ago where only me and the Killer brought one. It's been hard to grind without my teammates offerings stacking.

I just went against a Lethal Presuer Huntress. Luckily she was only there to farm bloodpoints. Long live Distortion and it needs 4 tokens. 3 is not enough anymore.

I had a really awful SoloQ day, couldn't even earn more than 60,000BP match after match for hours.
I decided to take a 30 minute break, relax and then turn the game back on with a positive attitude. After all, the next trial will be better, right?

I refuse to use perks I think are overpowered, which is why I also didn’t use pre nerf adrenaline, FTP+ BU.
Aura reading builds are only very good on like 8 killers. The other 20+ killers will get cooked if they use full aura.
I was thinking of you just now, as I was being sacrificed. Lethal Pursuer + BBQ.
This Is overpowered. You'll notice my Distortion stacks are gone too.

It is absolutely mandatory in solo queue and if you're playing solo without it, don't ever complain about the state of solo queue. You're part of the problem.
Make the perk show only the killer aura, maybe with a bigger range or extend it to work on downed survivors as well.
Yes. My friend plays in SoloQ all the time because for some reason the game kicks him out every time we try to play together.
Anyway, he gets mad that sometimes nobody comes to save him. I told him that if he doesn't use Kindred that he should expect that.

disagree. The killer aura isn’t the big reason everyone who uses it does. It gives very useful information but people often bring it for the sake of randoms making better plays
I don't enter a match without it. It protects my teammates by letting them see the Killer aura, seeing that I'm being proxy camped tells them to go away so my AFC bar will fill up faster.
Just left a match on Lery's with a Myers in Tier II patrolling me on hook. If a teammate had come he would have popped Tier III and got them before they got to me.
This kind of stuff is why I use it.
I appreciate your opinion though and hope we can get something but I'm not expecting it.

I want it basekit, but not with the concession of the aura of The Killer.
I think a lot of Survivors think that if you give up the Killers aura, there won't be as much blow back from Killers about it being basekit.
If anything this will only make things worse in SoloQ as nobody will find the perk itself worth a slot and nobody seeing the aura.

The PS5 generally hits 60FPS during gameplay, but it performs pretty horribly in menus (especially compared to PC). The PS4 improbably averages 45 FPS.
What I’d reckon is buying the game when it gets discounted on PSN and then trying the game on PS4. You’ll get the license for both the PS4 version and the PS5 version.If the PS4 performance doesn’t bother you, stick with that. If it does, maybe think about getting a PS5.

I never win against him in a SoloQ group. Once the first Survivor is downed after being marked, he just snowballs everyone. I am trying to play him myself, but I always get caught stalking !

Oh wow, that's crazy that with over 5,100 hours on this game that I didn't know that.
I'm reading the Syringe description now and it says that the time required is modified by perks, items and add-ons that affect healing speeds.
Which perks could affect the syringe if one survivor simply taps another with the syringe, how would any perks come into play?

I didn't know that.
So, for example, if another teammates injected her with a Syringe from a purple med-kit you're saying it would take effect faster than if it had been a brown med-kit?

Are you sure you actually downed her and she didn’t tank the hit with OTR (which she had)? If she went down and got healed out of the dying state by Second Wind then that would be a bug.
Did anyone else have a syringe that they could’ve used on her while she was downed?
I downed the Yui after she unhooked Mikaela but Mikaela was still hanging around trying to get a pallet save for Yui so I hit Mikaela again and she instantly went down as she never healed from her 1st hook.
I don't know about their add-ons unfortunately but a syringe would take 16 seconds, correct?
She was up incredibly fast. So fast that I turned back around to look at her running away when I saw it on the HUD instead of picking up Yui.

Don't get me wrong though, the perk is still too niche to be of value in 99% of builds, but at least I found something.
Also, even after weeks of experimenting, Still Sight and Mirrored Illusion are still too terrible to seriously use in a build. I'm still desperately trying to make Still Sight work, but am failing to do so; while Mirrored Illusion is just crap to be blunt.
If I'm feeling lucky, I use it to Serenade the Killer.
I have escaped several times with this. I even get my whole team out sometimes.
We were getting absolutely steamrolled by this Alien 👽 in the photo below. I made a little distance after a pallet stun and rolled the dice 🎲
Last night in SoloQ, we were getting absolutely steamrolled by a Huntress and the Jill on our team played some music and all ended well… except for the Survivor who died before she played the music 💀

I would have hoped her Ritual to just be placing 4 reverse traps on Survivors.

When it’s last two the best thing to do is throw yourself at a window and get one last good chase that you will eventually lose.
I always offer myself up for the sacrifice. I'm usually with my SoloQ teammate and I will spam crouch, set down my item, and point 👉 them to go in the other direction. I then go find the killer and surrender.
