I think this curse is same as with Deliverence. You pick it and your chance of being first hooked is increased by 99%.
Literally the exact reason why I stopped running Deliverance months ago

Okay, 1, title made me concerned yet curious. 2, they should probably look into that (the devs) kinda like the inconsistency with bloodwarden timer

Yeah, I agree with this, the reason why I made this post, been seeing other people posting that she's just overpowered, even though the range add-ons are the only issue
I agree that she isn't op at all. The comments love to just pitchfork stuff to oblivion atp
-
I've been saying her add-ons are problematic. She'll be fine if the add-ons get looked into and her second blink is a special hit so expose isn't that strong on her
-
Legion is the most annoying for me solely because I hate the deep wound screen and how dark it gets while my eyes already suck with glasses

Okay just because I did that one time for Spirit's adept 🙄

This could've been countered by forcing her to leave. Atp, you're allowing this to be prolonged

Wouldn't be the DBD forums without fifteen threads a day breathlessly whining about tunneling and camping by some vague description.
I just...cannot. I understand both sides deal with a lot but to make posts about gameplay imo is just kinda trashy

I went up against this AMAZING dredge. He hooked this nea and instead of camping at 5 gens he actually went and hit my friend, but then he did the big brain play and instead of downing my friend teleported back to hook after her save to tunnel her and ignored me. then i give him a hook because i aint playing that game so he hopped in a locker to camp me waiting for someone to save. I have found peak dredge skill.
On a real note, Ive calmed down a whole lot less on killing myself on hook. but if someone is gonna play this way from the get and no one wants to do gens and split pressure I dont think anyone should stay, and if my teammates did it id totally understand
I get be annoyed at tunnelling and camping but to make a post of the forums about it? Yikes

It's a heavily unbalanced perk. You can recover at any time so it's like an infinite Unbreakable at the cost of being injured all game. But don't worry, with Self Care you can heal yourself! If you choose to stay injured all game you are 50% quieter. It's Unbreakable and Iron Will in one perk. Most OP perk in the game.
I hope you're being satirical. Cause if you aren't, you're objectively wrong

1. Causing DCs early game by playing Spirit/Plauge.
2. Escaping with a Purple Medkit.
3. Escaping that one killer who overcommits way too hard.
4. Chases in general.
5. Being bmd by Doctor specifically (Do NOT ask why)

Hangman's Trick is the equivalent of This is Not Happened. Weak af perks that, even with some sort of buff, still will be weak somehow

I dont have a problem with this Challenge personally. Just some ingame-Notification would be nice so that you know when you can start doing something productive for your team. It is just the typical type of challenge - Survivors always get some Challenges which require them to do stuff which is not just their Objective. And often enough this means that you have to be less than optimal when playing.
The No Mither-Challenge on the other hand is a bad Joke. Playing with No Mither and other Perks would already be a Challenge, but having it No MIther-Only is just stupid. DH-Only was alright, because it is a very strong Perk, but No MIther-Only is just a Joke.
I wanted to die. The only reason I got the challenge done is keys are still strong for wall hacks assumed the killer isn't stealth based

I think the only thing I miss about old DBD would be Old Ormond graphics. Everything else, I'm glad to leave behind

If we could stop the whole "survivors are toxic only" argument, that'd be great. Killer mains act like you guys aren't going out of your way to miserable as well. Last time I checked, survivors can't kill the killer (camping them until they die just to kill that one survivor)

Playing as Spirit honestly makes me feel complete. I've yet to use the sweaty add ons

It absolutely was. Carrying a Boil Over survivor was like trying to drag them through a hurricane it was so bad. Good luck getting them through a doorway in less than 3 - 4 seconds on a map like Lery's or Midwich
I've literally done it on both those maps though. it's not exactly impossible to do

It is. That can be argued to be a good thing though. Run the jungle gyms correctly or else. Learn to take the first hit to get to the next jungle gym. And use pallets correctly/when you have to. On top of the size of it for any killer that doesn't have mobility. Maps should NOT have a crazy amount of pallets. To the point you can't even burn through even half by the time gens are done. I actually think it's what maps should be. But that's just my opinion.

You aren't wrong tbh. Gideon Meat Plant is already guilty of this sort of thing and it's disheartening to play that map.

Boil over only got a nerf because apparently it's a problem to console players especially on in door maps. If it's like that then I think it needed a nerf just like it needed a nerf when It made it impossible to. Hook on certain maps
Honestly, it wasn't even that bad on console. I have no clue where that idea came from

I actually think shelter woods is one of the more balanced maps. It's big enough, but unsafe enough. That whoever plays better should win
I kid you not, that map can somehow spawn less than 10 pallets. It's depressing tbh
-
Yeah I don't think a Nurse buff is exactly what we need. Woman counters everything and anything. Pallets, Windows, walls in loops, multi levelled areas, basically almost all the survivor perks except for Meta, while having strong add-ons and an iri that gives her a 3rd blink
-
In fact, I don't get to see Jill's in general unless I specifically play as her. I just want more Jill's in my life
-
I used to hate Meg mains as survivor cause my god, they're basically a second killer in game. Nowadays I despise Mikaela mains solely because not only have I been personally victimized, but they've become worse than the average M*g

If I'm playing to win my solo build looks something like -
Windows, Bond, CoH, Dead Hard
Normally I play for my challenges (nearly done all of those unfortunately) or I'll just have fun, but MMR has started forcing me to "play rough" more often.
Solo cue has forced me to run DS. I used to be an anti DS advocate but these days, it's almost Garaunteed cause farming off hook still exists in 2022

I still think "The Game" is the most survivor sided. I think there are a couple more like Fractured Cowshed, Eyerie of Crows, Disturbed Ward, and Badham you could make an argument for; but "The Game" is definitely the most braindead out of all of those. No looping skills required, just drop god pallets and you are golden.
Plus your hex totems aren't exactly hard to spot on that map. I gave up on Ruin and switched to Call of Brine

You're not wrong. I don't get annoyed at it but at the same time. It is a ######### map
That map and shelter Woods (mostly shelter Woods) have this problem of being horrible for both sides somehow. Most killers have to trudge their fat cankles just to try and create pressure on the large nap and the area is basically dead zone for survivors with looping

I said nobody deserves to be treated that way in a video game, including survivors, I can't be more specific.
That's not exactly the full truth here. You also kept saying how survivors needs to be educated on killer tactics and how they aren't toxic (which I get it) but you only argued 1 sided toxicity as if the other side isn't malicious themselves

That's because lerys, rpd suck in general. Corn blindness is real. Swamp can be impossible to track on.
I just named 8 maps right there that most nurses don't want
Pale Rose is the one of the worst maps I think no one really wants to play atp

This.
Anytime I see a thread about someone complaining "I lost to <insert killer>. This is unfun and needs a nerf!". My first question is "Did you ever stop to think you just suck at the game?". That usually eliminates 9 out of 10 complaint threads. That's why Im glad bhvr hardly ever looks at this forum. Too many whiners who just want to win instead of actual game balance.
People won't be satisfied until the killers are not allowed to down a survivor and have to basically be a standing dummy

Cenobite is one that never made sense to me. He's fun to play against if the team knows what they are doing.
It's because a lot of survivors refuse to solve the box before chain hunt activates then they get salty that solving the box is difficult

I wonder if people who complain about this alleged "killers getting the best new perks all the time" even understand this game's perk system for killers. It's the exact same thing as the survivor perk system: You have to unequip a good perk to equip another. Killers don't get to stack additional good perks on top of their 4 perk slots, which is what these people make it sound like. And these perks we're getting are way worse than they make them out to be. "More new gen defence?!" Yes, but who uses Eruption? "More new Exposed perks?!" Yes, but who uses Starstruck?
Starstruck Nurse on Midwich is nightmare fuel. Especially if that woman has Tinkerer's. I've been abused by this and have some Nurse PTSD

This guy gets it.
Survivor Mains act like Killers get AMAZING new perks every patch. Listen, just because Killers use new perks does not meant they are meta. It means they are not chained to the same six perks. You could ban TWENTY perks that I could not use as a Killer, and I'd still put together a fun build.
Ban just five perks for Survivors - Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Iron Will, Decisive Strike, and Unbreakable - and watch the entire Survivor Main community have an absolutely freaking meltdown.
I wouldn't mind those perks getting banned, I just don't really want to deal with Jane basically enjoying getting injured

Coldwind actually received layout changes. It made them even worse for killers. Cowshed is the most survivor-sided map in the game right now.
Its so disgustingly op if the killer isn't at least high B to top 3. So many loops you can chain while almost every pallet is hard to mindgame
-
So what I'm hearing is solo cue is perfect in every way despite being left on hook to die after looping for quite a bit, teammates refusing to heal you and lead the killer back to you, or straight up sandbagging to oblivion? Got it

Yeah, killers are totally angry at people wanting to have fun with "friends" they met on steam and not the trash tier balance that ignored it for 6 years and the advantage you get in a game designed around 4 clueless solo players.
Nah.. its just plain jealousy that you have friends and they don't. That must be it.
I don't think you really want to argue balance for this game when it's been miserable at times for both sides

Well there's Object of Obsession, Kindred, Dark Sense, (Rancor for killer technically counts), Buckle Up (it sucks but you can see the killer), Babysitter (See Buckle Up), Alert (Underrated af) and probably some others if I'm possibly missing some.
