I'm considering Calm Spirit to be nerfed. Technically the buff did do some things in addition to the silent screaming but once you consider all the drawbacks to the perk, calling it a buff feels like a stretch

I think you might have missed the part where I am intentionally using Bond to bring the killer to my team mates so he will hit them, triggering my other perks and allowing me to self care only half of my health back.
And guess who's getting left to die on first hook.

May I suggest investing in being stealthy. If you hear a killer coming be as stealthy as possible and wait for them to leave then resume the gen. It makes the killer waste time and you can get progress on the gen
I'll try this but if I get another open map, I'm virtually throwing hands with the entity.

Yeah I understand. I try and make builds that help in multiple aspects of the survivors game and not in just one but to each their own
I would love to use perks like hyperfocus but I'm not exaggerating when I say this, I'll touch a gen for like half a second and then I hear the killer approach
-
This is a bit ironic, but if I see a Nea, Meg, Claudette, rarely Fengs, I let them live.
-
And this is the part where I just...blush in the corner while playing killer

Its not really a full healing build for self care its just two perk combos that also happen to work well together.
Stake Out and Hyperfocus
Self Care and Botany Knowledge
This build is good for both healing and gens. It's a double win
That fair but I'd rather use perks that give me an advantage to get distance in chases than gen based perks. (It's a bold assumption for me to believe I'll get to touch a gen atp)

Ah so what I'm getting here is someone ran a perk you don't like in game and you have the audacity to insult them and talk about respect? This is what I like to call, The Tru3 Talent effect

But if others make the same suggestion, they get upvotes.
Got it.
You literally got upvoted. Why are you whining?

If I actually wanted to use self care, I'm only using it with Botany. I'm not running a full healing build when I can just run 2 and have the other 2 perks ones I need. (OTR and Lithe)

"You can't escape it" bruh , spread out to different gens , just hold W while he is suffering from the 3 seconds cooldown , hold W if legion is chaining hits / 99% your mending all the time and just finished once you about 2 seconds left / dont be cocky while getting chase because legions is still a M1 killer when trying to go for downs so play smarter and safe, and there you go a insanely poweful counterplay for a killer that isnt really strong really , dear lord people have to learn that the only power of legion is Injure people and nothing else 🙄 , no anti-loop , pretty much no map preassure , a decent medkits completly destroys legion.
however the purple addon that increases mending to 14 seconds is boring thats for sure to use and go against. but other than that base mending takes 10 seconds . jeeez people overreact for no reason

I feel the same , but seeing how freddy was reworked this scary me a bit.
Yeah I've come to the realization that Legion is only annoying to face because people play in odd ways that make him a nightmare to face
-
The problem I have with Legion is he feels like the same concept as Wraith. A killer that's only punishing in solos cause apparently the concept of doing gens is lost to people.
And also the fact that every release of a new killer, the first match is always Thana, Ruin Legion.
-
As someone who's internet does get choppy without warning at times, I can safely say your ban is very fair. The ban ramping up from 3 minutes to 24 hours means you've disconnected so many times consecutively while screwing over other people in the process

You're right, but the thing is... I'd rather let the random decide the map, rather than someone from the lobby. Waiting for maps balance is somewhat unreachable. It's gonna take a year or more.
At least for now, I think they should remove such offerings, they're not going to hurt the game at all.
I mean that's a fair point. Random chance would be better than forcible hell.

Since Feng is one of my 3 mains, I am aghast at that profile! haha
Im sorry friend but oml Feng has been getting on my nerves lately. It almost feels like it's Meg but as a Gamer
-
Not exactly. I profile Mikaela players as Feng in Meg's clothing but with a witch hat. Basically I call her the spawn of Meg and Feng Min
-
I feel like these challenges aren't really well thought out in terms of gameplay. It's basically the same challenges like "hook survivors in basement hooks 6 times in 1 game" or "Escape a chase with No Mither and Escape the trial" level challenges. They sound simple on paper but on practicality, it's a nightmare to deal with
-
I feel like the problem here is not the offerings themselves. The problem is map balance in general so getting rid of the offerings does absolutely nothing if the maps still aren't changed as well. It's a bandaid fix

Ok, so we keep rewarding camping, tunneling, slugging & farming killers, and also whenever the game is bugged (every Wesker game I play) and cannot move, it´s ok for us to wait 15 minutes because of that?
I know I´m not the only one with the idea, that´s why I made the post, the fact that I am a player gives me the right to communicate the game´s faults, so you don´t worry about it and keep being a conformist, go ahead.
Notice how quick you were to call other people "conformists" when you're out here basically being entitled over things you don't like in game. This is exactly why it took so long for changes like the perk nerfs. The entitlement ramps up so fast
-
For starters, the odd time with the bloodwarden tiers. How it jumps from 30,40, to 60 instead of 40, 50, 60? I do not know. The other is the Spirit brown add-ons being like barely 5% weaker than green and yellow rarity which makes it feel like I'm being robbed, and the fact that Green Keys exists in chests.

It's not invalid. I don't even think any of those killer perks see play in tournament outside of maybe on Nurse or Blight. There's a counter to all of them, btw. Unlike survivor perks where they just get 80 seconds of invulnerability.
The counter to that is to literally hit them. Either they disable it on their own or you can physically deactivate it yourself. Also it's odd how you failed to mention the perk deactivates in endgame which is literally counterplay

It’s an interesting topic, I just like seeing how dedicated some players are to their mains, have seen a lot of high 10s and early 20s so far. Even saw a 42 Jane once being the highest I’ve seen in the wild fog, that was insane.
Well I probably would have a higher prestige but since Ada and Rebecca are taking my attention, my Jane is p17
-
I'm sorry but avoiding a 3 gen is incredibly easy if you aren't rushing them on 1 side of the map. Realistically if you split up on different gens, you less the chances of getting a 3 gen so long as you actually move across the map
-

The devs should have known that adding a mere 10 seconds to the gens wasn't going to make the current gen regression perks OP. I get that they wanted to shake up the meta, but they made pretty much every top killer perk a shadow of its former self, and the top survivor perks are still in use because they weren't destroyed like the killer ones. Gen regression is still dead, and second chance spam is still alive.
Excuse me what second chance spam is still alive? Most of those perks get deleted the second you finish the final gen. OTR isn't always that helpful if the killer has a way of getting hits in a faster manner (including Legion). The more you speak, the more killer bias you show and it eats at your logic. Also last time I checked, DMS + Pain Res exists, Plaything + Pentimento exists, Overcharge+ Call of Brine exists, Discordance, Thrilling Tremors exists, and other gen info/slowdown. So you're argument is completely invalid.

It's not that much of a stretch. Survivors like getting escapes, especially through hatch which is free. So they want more free stuff to help them escape, so instead of playing around Pop and Pain Res and all this other stuff, the devs will just change it for them. The Pop nerf from 60 seconds to 45 was ridiculous enough, now it's gonna take off like 5% of a gen depending on the progress. That's not balance; that's just ridiculous.
See now you're trying to come to an entirely different conclusion about the perk nerfs. The devs themselves nerfed the perks Bec of the gen changes. That's all. The meta itself got gutted since all you needed to do on both sides to win is bring the strongest ish possible and go from there. Also you can't exactly speak for what survivors want. (That's called an assumption) So realistically, you're getting upset over literal rng unless you're referring to offerings force spawning hatch which I'll agree with you there.

People hatch escaping doesn't hurt my ego. It just denied my points and partially my win. What other game out there says, "Sorry, you're not allowed to make more points than this"? But I think the hatch is very much responsible for survivor entitlement in this game. The game gives them a free escape for playing bad, so now they expect that, and they're gonna expect the devs to balance the game so that it becomes a reality. Pop Nerf, Pain Res nerf, Wraith nerf, Pinhead nerf. We've seen it play out.
K but youre trying to make an apples to oranges comparison. You're comparing literal rng that can spawn the "free escape" in front of the killer to perk changes that were only nerfed because of the added seconds on the gens. And really, the nerfs aren't even as bad as you guys make them out to be.

Well that's very telling for how fragile survivors' egos and willpower are, if they'd give up so easily just from that. Maybe it's just me, but I keep trying to win from beginning to end, even when it's pointless, and I wouldn't expect pity points when I refused to do so.
You don't really have a right to call out other people for having a fragile ego if the idea of a hatch escape angers you so much you create a whole thread in the forums to complain about it.

Unfun? Sure. Nemesis is always ######### to face regardless of bugs. Unfair? Not really. You can still dodge him, it just takes more skill.
I feel like you're actively trying to be ignorant and create a strawman argument. The person is saying Nemmy should get kill switched (I don't think so as a Nemmy main) because of a glitch that doesn't show him pull up the tentacle or make a sound so he stands still in running animation while having 0 indicator of using his tentacle

This is just a step towards a camping meta. Thanatophobia encouraged killers to patrol and injure as many survivors as possible and keep them injured instead of sitting by a hook and only getting 1 value out of it.
Killers were already camping hard even with the Thana buff

What do you mean about the bloodwarden timer? It gives you 60 seconds of extra playtime if you hook a survivor when the gate is open right? right? right ?!!?!??!
The timer slows to half speed whenever Survivors are in the Dying State, on a Hook or in a Cage of Atonement
So, if the person is on hook, thats really 30 secs (25% of total time) needed for a full bloodwarden wipe.
It's actually impossible to ever get the full 60 seconds from the perk.
Oh by inconsistency I meant how tier 1 Bloodwarden is 30 seconds, tier 2 is 40,and tier 3 is 60 when it should really be 40, 50, 60.

"Four survivors refuse to take the time to find the original Undying totem because they have to go through 2-5 totems"
Undying nerfed to effectively work as the bare minimum effect (two totems).
"One killer can't afford to keep going back to snuff the same totem infinitely"
Devs make a perk you have to equip to stop it, but all it does is stop that one spot, making killers have to take the time to find 5 boon spots to shut off the perk.
So... FOUR survivors can't be asked to deal with 2-5 totems, but the ONE killer has to sacrifice one of their 4 perk slots (versus the survivors' 16) to get the WORST POSSIBLE RESULT a survivor team could've gotten through bad luck.
Shattered Hope is a complete joke.
That's honestly a very fair point now that I think about it.
