I like playing against him as long as he doesn't bring Tombstone Piece or the Infinite Tier 3 addon. I've went against enough of those already.
-
I hate going against him only because of the Nightfall mechanic. The sounds in Nightfall make me feel like I'm going to have a panic attack and/or just irritate me. Other than that, he's really fun to face.
-
I love Overcome and I've been using it a lot more lately. Sure, Dead Hard and Sprint Burst are way better, but Overcome has gotten me out of chases faster than any of those 2 perks. And the killers tend to leave me alone when I bring it, so that's a plus.
-
I'd put him in A tier. He has map mobility, temporary stealth, and an anti-loop ability. Basically everything that makes a killer good.
-
It could be brightened just a little bit.
But I think the sounds need to be changed or have a toggle to disable them . That's the main issue I have with Nightfall. I hate feeling like I'm going to have a panic attack every time Nightfall occurs.
-
Yep, I've noticed that new lockers have been added to Coldwind, MacMillian, Ormond, and Dead Dawg. Probably because of the Dredge, but it also indirectly buffs Huntress and Trickster.
-
I get confused about where the map ends, too. Especially during Nightfall against the Dredge.
-
Wait, Maurice is gone? He needs to come back, he made Father Campbell's Chapel actually worth playing on. :-(
-
I like it. It shows where you can actually vault, which is good because sometimes there's places that look like vaults but aren't.
-
I have kind of the same issue. I have really bad sound sensitivity and the sound in Nightfall really bother me. The whispering and chanting irritates me (The same thing happens with Plague's whispers, which is why I don't play her as much) and the screaming and crying sounds in Nightfall trigger my anxiety, so I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack every time Nightfall is active.
There needs to be some sort of toggle to lower the sound of Nightfall or just remove it completely. I hate feeling in distress every time I go against this killer, he would be very fun to face otherwise.
-
It seems fine to me. The map is super small with barely any good loops aside from the main house, so I think there should be at least a couple of strong loops present.
-
Yeah, her cosmetic selection is very disappointing. I hope it's not an exclusive thing, like with the Prime gaming nonsense that happened with the Artist's green rarity skins.
-
I saw this and was like "Are you serious?". Thankfully it's a bug and not intentional.
-
They're just a waste of time and make strong loops even stronger.
-
Mainly because I have no idea how it would work or how it would fit into the game.
-
He's a little scary when it comes to jumpscares, but other than that not really. Him glowing like a beacon in Nightfall doesn't help either and kind of gets rid of its whole purpose.
I think if the Nightfall thing gets fixed he'll be a lot more scarier to face.
-
Yeah auto aim is awful. A survivor could be right in front of me and auto aim will lock onto the air beside them instead of the actual survivor and cost me a hit. The same things happens with walls and corners. It's ridiculous.
-
Mostly Coldwind Farm, MacMillian, and Crotus Prenn. All the time.
-
I have 20+ of my survivors P3'd and a few of my killers P3'd as well.
-
It can guarantee kills at the end game, even when the killer plays poorly. It rewards bad plays.
-
It's not interesting enough for me to buy with money, so I'll just get it with shards. Not really excited, but I'm interested in The Dredge and it's power so there's something.
-
A large, yet embarrassing amount in both cosmetics, Rifts and DLCs.
-
Just to gloat/be toxic. That's why I don't go to the gate at the end game.
-
It's sort of balanced, excluding the main house since there's a few strong windows in and near it.
-
I unlocked every teachable survivor and killer perk on console already, but on PC it would be: Pain Resonance/BBQ/Overcome/Detective's Hunch.
-
I never expect anything good when it comes to reworking perks.
-
I was first introduced to Silent Hill by the movies. The first one was ok and the second one was garbage.
I also went and played the HD versions of 2 and 3. Compared to the originals (I watched gameplay of them), they weren't really good remakes. I wanted to play the first game too, but I don't own a PS1 or a disc.
-
I just hope it's good and it keeps elements and story from the OG RE4. I don't want it to turn out how the RE3 remake did.
-
It used to be Self Care, but Inner Strength is way better because it only takes 8 seconds to heal and it ignores the new hemorrhage effect.
-
Garden Of Joy or Macmillan.
-
I miss it because I loved the aesthetic of it and it had really unique loops. Though idk if it would be best to remake the map considering it was really unbalanced.
-
The same can be said about NOED. Both DH and NOED reward bad plays.
-
I don't want Map offerings to be removed, simply because I hate playing on the same 3 maps every game and RNG loves to give me Coldwind, MacMillian, and Crotus Prenn constantly.
Map offerings should stay, but the chances to go to that map should be lowered to 50% so the map isn't guaranteed. That way the offerings won't be as easily abusable.
-
They must really be running out of ideas.
-
Honestly it really is map dependent and what type of players you get.
-
Blindness doesn't do much and only really effects Solo Survivors. It needs a buff or a rework.
-
Old Ruin only really effected new players and experienced players could just breeze through the skill checks. New Ruin rewards the killer for guarding gens, which is way better imo.
-
Gideon Meat Plant and RPD. Also the Nurse and Legion.
-
Pretty much. And Nurse.
-
It's just one of those dumb and unnecessary things added to perks. Kind of like how Agitation increases your terror radius when carrying a survivor.
-
Almost never, unless I'm injured and the killer is near or there's BBQ.
-
Yeah, I agree. It's literally that Dwight challenge from one other time all over again. The only way to complete this without throwing the match is to get a two story map and hope the killer is near enough to gain progress.
-
My Solo games are awful. Usually one or all of these scenarios happen:
- Teammates sacrificing themselves of first hook.
- Teammates DCing on their first down or because it's a killer they don't like.
- Teammates bringing the killer to me while I'm on gens or healing.
- Teammates body blocking me while I'm a chase.
- Dying on first hook because teammates decide to do gens and crouch around the map instead of helping.
- Camping Bubba's
- Basement campers
So yeah, solo survivor is not a fun experience for me and that's why I often play selfishly, unless my team has proved they will be of help. I very rarely get compitent or good teammates.
-
Nurse, Bubba, Hag.
-
Because every survivor should be able to use their exhaustion perks under any circumstances. /s
But in all seriousness, I have no idea why they removed that addon. Other killers have exhaustion addons, so I don't know why Clown's was the one chosen to be removed.

Huh? How does bodyblocking counter camping? Do you mean when there are like three of them trying for an endgame unhook? You hardly need that. A bit overkill, but I guess if no one has borrowed... If anything, bodyblocking makes face camping way easier.
Yeah, I meant like when the whole team body blocks. Very situational, but it can still work regardless.
-
Ok, then there should be punishment for camping also. Body blocking is fine and is a legit strategy, and one of the few counters to camping/tunneling/etc.
-
Old maps, character models, animations, and the thick fog. Also old Hillbilly and old Freddy.
-
You have to really know how to play her well to get the most fun out of her power. Getting bird snipes across the map is very fun once you learn how to do it.
