I'm now waiting for half n hour and my lobby still isn't filled. Considering that the game will only last 10-15 minutes if i am lucky it's a total waste of time. Not happy with the change at ALL.
Edit: my lobby has now been closed due to an unknown error. Nah. Guess i'll wait for my friends to swf =_= waisted near an hour of my life to play a game.

I know and I get you, trust me. I personally think this whole Server issue could have been avoided if they had better Servers but while we rage, get pissed and what not the devs try to fix it (if we believe the news). Try telling your friends It's going to be fixed and they should try it out with you at the Start of next week when everything (hopefully) is just working like it had been on the 6th.lyric said:

Yesterday i could do 3 survivor rounds which got me to 7 magaritas. Now i cant even get past the Start menu without getting error codes or being kicked. But oh Well. I wish you guys best of luck
until the Servers for PS4 and xbone are fixed i'll just play something else

Play another game until the Servers work again. I know how you feel - playing on ps4 myself but there are plenty of other games besides dbd. Try no mans sky - the last Update made it really great for multiplayer

What if 5 offerings get burned and 7 special gens exist. You still only get 5 point after finishing 5 gens, right? I ask, because usually the unrepaired gens also start running, once 5 gens have been repaired.

If all 5 players throw one each as an offering you"ll have 7 gens and 7 hooks.
As for the hook - as soon as you hook one surv on a bbq hook you get one chop. Doesnt matter which hookstate. They dont even have to Die on the hook

Well my friends and I could play 3 games - two of them with a killer who wanted to farm (didnt complain) and one where we didnt wiggle for him to get us to the special hooks after getting our special Gens. But since then either it takes extemly long to find a game or we cant connect at All - swf or Solo doesnt matter. But seeing the other thread with people complaining about hook sabo and gen Camping im not very keen on going back. And now that dbd is free to grap for the month on psn i truly question why i bought it on playstation...

The devs tried doing something about Camping but survivors abused it. Just let them Camp and do Gens.

It's such an up and down with this game. It's actually hilarious. Everytime you"re at the point wanting to just enjoy stuff something else comes just around the corner.

You aren"t yes but roughly half of our so called community is. Maybe they are pissed because the last Match was full of toxic survivors? I noticed people - sadly including myself - often hold a grudge against a specific survivor. For me it"s claudette. Just live with them Camping. If you want a solution to Camping first find one to stop bodyblocking and toxic survivors - then think about making them stop Camping -
Although I agree Killers need to be buffed and on a second thought your idea seems pretty neat. -
Make a killer that shapeshifts as a survivor until his chases start. If the killer works on a gen progress goes back. Wouldn't that be scary? Just think about it - that suspicious Nea could be the killer - or maybe that Claudette lurking in the shadow.
Bats coming out of the basement at random if you walk into it as a survivor, thunder, random Owl sounds and most importantly - make Killers scary again - buff them! It's making a huge difference if you're up against a Michael with good addons and perks or with nothing. Killer should be strong without them! While I agree it takes skill and there are some players out there i would be scared by even when they play with no perks i often am just not.
But then again... I must say the rank 14 Michael i had yesterday was scary as #########. He was always creeping up behind someone when they didnt expect it... We only escaped because He let us. I wish He had killed me - He would have deserved it -

I literally put aside money purely so I could buy the DLC and the $60 Auric Cell pack for a bunch of cosmetics. Money I think will be spent elsewhere now.
We're getting the shard cap released 9 days after Xbox. 23 days after PC. If BHVR would have uncapped the PS4 players at the same time as the XBox players, I'd probably already have 10,000 shards. Instead I'm capped at 1,000 for more than a week with no shrine because everything costs more than the allowed maximum.
I understand that they had issues getting it certified with Sony. Totally get that. But for them to come out and essentially say that their way of giving thanks for everyone sticking around is that PC is getting an extra event for getting it 2 weeks ahead of XBox and a month ahead of PS4 is laughable.
Their lack of transparency throughout this entire process has been absolutely atrocious. Glad to see that they followed it up with further piss poor customer service.

As someone only playing swf on ps4 (and Solo on PC) i agree with the idea of two Killers vs swf if that would keep people from dodging 80 % of the time. Or even disable ranked for us swf players.
I have seen so many people getting mistreated by swf groups it sickens me - one of my buddies and I even encountered a swf Team so toxic we agreed to not use specific perks while playing swf. This includes self care, adrenaline, anythingelse healing related, Sprint and ds. (obviously because we can heal and help each other when needed)
We also agreed on not revealing perks if someone dies (although we often laugh and tell the others of our Group that they are dead if specific things are used by the killer ex: mori, nobody escapes death). I just hope more swf groups would play more fairly and less toxic to make the game more fun for All of us!
And by the way: thanks to All Killers on ps4 Not dodging our swf lobbies! You guys are often the most fun Killers of them All and we are glad that you guys take up the challenge against a Team! We love you :chuffed: -

While I totally would be happy about that - i dont believe a word of it.
Playing on PC since Release has shown me to be patient. Until the Update finally Drops for ps4 i'll just have to play dbd on ps4 with my buddies for the fun of it - not to Grind.
Which in the end is the purpose of it - for the fun i mean... -
Played as Trapper and I was bored so i just downed someone and walked away looking for someoneelse. Did that a good 5 Times. When i hooked the first not one gen was done (why ever) . Second ran into a trap so i hooked him too. The other two survivors didnt try to unhook them and I was on the other side of the goddamn map. Caught one of the remaining - hooked. The last one finally tried walking to his buddy only to walk into the same trap number 2 had. Got called the n Word and funnily - a camper. I had a wonderful laugh and 25k.
