Double blood points shouldn't go live until the patch goes live on the ps4.
Would be unfair if that happened as alot of us have saved our points for the new killer etc.
Or giving the ps4 players an extra day or two of double points depending on when the patch gets released would be good as well.

If the update is delayed, the double bloodpoint event will be delayed (on PS4 only) to the upcoming weekend after the 2.0.0 PS4 release.
For pc - the normal time
Xbox and ps4 users.. every week without the patch should be an additional day.

The thing that's annoying is that they can release the patch right now but they rather wait for the DLCs to hit the store.
Hopefully us PS4 players will get the double BPs next weekend if the update takes much longer.
Yup, it has been 3 weeks and one day since PC release.
I stream every night with my friends and family and this update is a big chunk of our nightly conversations and frustrations .

Actually they can't do that and that was already explained why as well since the store is part of the patch.

No they’re not. Sony already said they had the go ahead for the patch. They purposefully refused to release it because clown wasn’t out. So just another stupid decision on bhvr’s part

But clown is part of the patch that got certified which is why I said it's on Sony's end similar to Microsoft for when it passed and Xbox had to release it. The clown and store etc were all together and BHVR alreadys aid before they couldn't be released separately because of how it was linked. That is unless that changed in the last week ro so when that was all posted about by both BHVR and Sony.
They literally already released it separately on Xbox. They CAN TOTALLY do that.
You're fiancee should understand the importance of this and delay the wedding. Double BP events are so rare...

The patch and store update are not going to happen at exactly the same time.
Probably just messed something else up with the DLC at this point.
Not_Queen has just posted that the update will come out on july 5 at 1pm
but at least we will have the store as its not on dlc only the update

the update has the store and the perks
@JP_Cloud We originally wanted to do that but finally got the information that it would require another patch which would add more delay for the 2.0.0 update. We ruled against that solution to get the content out ASAP.

The auric cells are technically a DLC, you will only be able to purchase store stuff with shards until the 9th if in US.
(Good thing shards have been capped for a month)

Yep, and then she stated why that was not possible. She did not know at the time it was not possible, this one is on Sony. Accept their kind offering to provide us with a second Double BP event in August as an apology because if it was down to me I'd have just you excluded from both events.
