DCing is very popular because there are no consequences for doing it. Problems like this won't disappear on their own there needs to be harsh penalties for doing it and I don't mean allowing 50 dc's per month either that's laughable.

Disconnecting requires punishment or it will continue to be abused. Like anything, kids push boundaries until they learn there are consequences. When there are no consequences, you have chaos. Welcome to DBD.

there's pros and cons, what if the killer is chasing someone and doesn't injure them for a good period of the chase?
That's very unfortunate for the killer it's also situational but yes in this instance alert would shine should a pallet get broken.

You can get hit through windows though that's a thing now just learn to create more distance before you commit to a fast vault.

I can speak for anybody who has ever made a report in this game or provided blatant evidence to support inappropriate/insulting/harassment/ bad behaviour. They don't actually read the reports or watch video evidence supporting such claims and generally just couldn't be bothered doing the right thing by the community in any way shape or form. Basically the parents who let their children drink from the glue bottle. It's wild west in this community and the care factor from the devs are zero which is why you can say absolutely anything to anyone in the game without consequences.

You should change the "Rules to successful chilli counter" part... Since it doesn't counter 100% of the time, since the killer can move, believe that or not.
lol you're not very bright are you? the chilli aura comes immediately upon hook it does not change according to the killer's movement AT ALL!! I love the cocky sarcasm but you just made yourself look really stupid.

All legendary movies but none make sense for dbd where it is today. Furthermore we have enough killer's with knives and machetes as it is, Trapper, Pig, Myers, Clown and Nurse. I mean if we want to go about having something licensed and unique we could flirt with the idea of Jeepers Creepers but devs already said they attempted a flying killer before and failed and would not do it again. Ghostface is just another killer with a knife so that makes no sense I mean if we want a ghost like killer there's the poltergeist but I don't know if that will work. Basically we have exhausted licensed killers at this point and I don't think anymore will be introduced.
There's also Candy Man, Leprechaun, Chucky, Wishmaster, Pumpkinhead, the Alien, the Predator, Pinhead and Jason.

This sounds more like an idea of a power for a new killer. You have the start of something interesting but you should know devs won't reinvent the wheel on this game. Scrap the mode idea I think use this creativity to conjure a new killer. (you're on to something)

Scream has not and never will be worthy of legendary status like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, SAW, Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street those are world's apart from a trashy 90's horror that fell on it's butt after the first scene had finished. Granted these legendary horror movies do have crappy sequels but the originals will always remain at the top of the food chain.

Thunder, Lightning crashing, Heavy rain in the darkness, whispering winds. Ambient rework is key here, also add spookier maps that include graveyards and tombs.
