Your conspiracy theory is that all these Jasons clogging up the queues for their instawins are BHVR bots boosting queue times to such an extreme degree that real people won't even want to wait to play killer, while survivors also lose most of their matches? Logical business move.

I didn't ever say it was Jasons I said there were multiple lobbies of killer bots so that queue times for survivors wouldn't jump through the roof when killers quit en mass, which did happen for quite a bit of time, excuse me for having hundreds of videos of proof you could easily pull up on Youtube. But who am I to argue with somebody who will completely disregard evidence to benefit their argument. 🤯

  • Before I left, the amount of pallets alone made me tunnel, I wouldn't even consider it tunneling but I had to chase a dude across the map 2 times getting all the pallets I could out of the way because it's just pallet after pallet after pallet window hop to another pallet rinse and repeat. God forbid I don't run the flashlight perk now I get stunned when I finally get a down and hey 4 gens popped.

Jason on release I expect was a return to how old DBD functioned, now he's getting nerfed again no surprise there. Ever since the mass nerfs that took place killers have been in a bad place and tunneling is likely to ramp up as time goes on. Moving forward we either need a return to what made killers viable to even make me consider coming back because it really just wasn't fun, I don't come to a game to sweat every match, I left call of duty for this exact reason. I come to have fun, games are meant to be fun, in it's current state DBD isn't fun, to me at least.

  • @BloodBehemoth said:

BHVR doesn't really have a reason to do anything. Player numbers are higher than ever, queue times for both sides are acceptable. There's no reason to even drop balance patches apparently, because that's how well the game is currently doing.

You can enjoy low tier killers, you just shouldn't expect to win.

"Don't expect to win" In a game that's suppose to be competitive haha great advice

  • When they nerfed Wesker a little while back it literally killed him as a killer. Sure the bugs are probably an issue but the nerfs really killed that dude, I noticed it while I was playing him, on top of the announced nerfs I'm almost certainly positive they shadow nerfed him because I wasn't able to keep up with survivors the way I use to. Welcome to 'balanced' DBD, just got emailed Jason got nerfed big surprise.

  • I remember when I started and learned that you try not to drop multiple pallets back to back because it creates a dead zone, there's so many pallets now that dead zones genuinely don't matter, I can't remember how many times I decided I'll hard chase a survivor after experiencing this specifically with a pallet destruction build to create said dead zones in larger capacity to combat the pallet density update only to be lead to an infinite amount of pallets while 4 gens popped simultaneously and rather quickly, Gen speed is definitely an issue, pallet density is definitely an issue.

  • Congrats, how many times have you queued with a killer bot? I was running into them frequently before I quit and I assume it's actually bhvr implementing them because they don't seem to get banned, killers have given up playing the roll myself included, how else do you fill the void so queue times aren't 30 minutes? You can only write off player experiences for so long before you have to face the facts.

  • Because of the mass cheaters in basically every mp game I've recently engaged in, I've gone solely back to single player games for the most part. I'm not saying every player in every single game is a cheater but it's quite frequent and lead to mp exhaustion. In this game specifically between the blatant cheaters and buffs/nerfs on the other end of the spectrum I just honestly didn't find the game appealing anymore.

Took a multi year break from genshin impact and recently went back, I was quite impressed with the amount of story content they added, f2p also is an added benefit, jumped into some telltales walking dead, always loved those games, after that I'm thinking of jumping back into Until Dawn, loved that game too back in the day. Biting my time until the new Hell Raiser game drops cause that game looks amazing. Not gonna lie Resident Evil: Code Veronica looks fire too.

the 1 in 7 was merely an estimate - like I said I am sure I misdiagnose some cases and fail to recognize cheating in others - but that does not answer my core question about how ppl can blatantly cheat (when it does happen) and get away with it. For reference- where I mentioned the 3 stacks of pwf (15% haste) + the 2 stacks of blood lust (10% haste). How does one run in a mostly straight line, outrun me w/out using vaults, pallets, etc and have the anticheat not immediately see that as cheating? Yes they did use sprint burst but everytime I would get relatively close, they would suddenly get insanely quick again

It's blatant cheating and with all the buffs survivors have gotten you'd think they'd ease off, I remember one game where a survivor said of course we're cheating that's bhvr's fault for making killers too op, dozens of killer nerfs and hundreds of survivor buffs later and guess what, the game is unfun for killers, boring for survivors and the cheaters are still cheating, who could've guessed?

When unhooked - survivors should absolutely be able to take an endurance hit. The issue is though that INCREDIBLY often survivors that were just unhooked will bodyblock a survivor from chasing another survivor - either forcing the killer to either hit the unhooked survivor (inflicting deep wound) and chasing that survivor (tunnelling) OR try to wiggle around the bodyblocking survivor - though this is often impossible.

My fix would be that when a survivor is unhooked - that the unhooked survivor loses collision soley w/ the killer. The killer can still hit them if they want to, but the survivor can no longer stop the killer from chasing another survivor and force a useless hit.

This would be a win-win for both survivor and killer b/c 1. this prevents survivors from being body blocked by the killer waiting for the endurance timer to run out 2. it still gives the killer the option to tunnel if they want to OR it allows them to not tunnel and go after the other survivor

The 0 collision w/ the killer should only last as long as the endurance does

This is funny because I tried to fall into the mentality that you shouldn't tunnel as it's deemed unsportsmanlike but then when I try to chase the unhooker I get body blocked from doing so then when I tunneled because they abused the mechanic they complained in the end game chat, this is one of those situations where either way you can't win, you try to be nice by not tunneling and get rewarded with body blocking, you tunnel and get rewarded with end game chat flare, it's sad to say but this community is extremely weak minded in this regard and many others if I'm being honest.

We gotta stop pretending these are the olden days where Dead Hard ruled the meta. Now survivors gotta work harder than killers for wins. Look at the win rates. BHVR balances to make sure killers are winning 50%-60% of the time.

"Survivors gotta work harder than killers for wins" Is the most out of touch quote I think I've read in a while, as a solo que survivor I ran a multitude of killers for 4 gens on repeat, image what I could do in a swf, when I played killer after a single good game all I got were matches with swfs and surprise surprise, it was a nightmare, isn't this a game where the killers are suppose to be the ones whom terrorize? I felt more terror coming from swfs and overpowered survivors ever since the killer nerfs where before the killer nerfs I actually felt like the horror icon the game was designed around. L take from an out of touch player.

  • This mentality is the reason why I quit the game, nerf every killer that gives you a challenge but buff survivors to no end so that swfs can abuse you repeatedly, it's people like you who make the game unfun and the game is going in a horrible direction, every single killer feels it, have fun when there are no killers left and you have no game to play I guess.

  • Pallet density update, happened a few months back, I also agree it's beyond discouraging as a killer, your best bet to counter play pallet density is to play killers that hit through pallets, prime example being pyramid head, others like nemesis and xenomorph are basically all you got otherwise you're going to be pallet stomped out of existence. Your other option is insta kill killers like ghostface or the chainsaw guys, the game for killers since the pallet density update is actually horrible and not fun at all. It's literally every game you get somebody running the windows & pallet perk or a lot of the time they don't even have it, there's no dead zones they have a pallet and two windows plus a shack and jungle gym area in every section of every map. Bhvr hand holding at it's finest.

That's what I thought as well. Maybe it's an RNG thing, to avoid "muscular memory"? I wish someone from Behavior cloud clarify this for us. My ping is always the same, around 18~28, but the feeling I have is that I have to hit the skill check 1 to 2s before it hits the mark, it's absurd.

They won't ever admit it, but yeah that's what it seems like, it's even more frustrating because you time it right, sometimes it clicks and sometimes it registers as a fail even though it should've registered properly. Lot of wonky stuff going on lately in their attempts to see what does and doesn't work. As a killer though this is beneficial because survivors were just running through gens so fast it was ridiculous though as a survivor it feels extremely bad.

see I don't like that mentality, Going next people complain about all the time in regards to survivors but this is the killer equivalent of going next no? (Hackers aside as that's a sperate issue that devs should address with better anti cheat checks)

If survivors could see the killer in the lobby, they would most likely dodge the lobby if they don't like the killer rather then load in and dc and eat a penalty. would we rather survivors leave in the lobby rather then going next when they see its a killer they don't like?

Both sides need to be prepared to play the game or be prepared to get matchmaking penalties, I think that should also apply to killers who lobby shop because of items they see.

The reason it's more fair for killers to do leave is because they'll be replaced quite quickly whereas if you get a killer that leaves the game after witnessing 4 survivors with flashlights the game ends, recently I played as the Onryo and had one person leave immediately then the entire team up and quit, I would much rather have them leave in lobby than in game, so if survivors could see me they would actually create playstyles around my killer ability, that's the difference.

I can't effectively create a playstyle around 4 survivors abilities except run the meta perks and possibly throw on a flashlight perk. The reason I leave is solely because of cheaters and the other factor is I don't want to waste what little perk slots I have on an anti-flashlight perk (lightborn) so yeah I just up and leave, you get a killer back immediately anyways no wait time, the only time I actually leave in game as a killer is when I'm convinced there is more than one cheater aka running faster than me no matter what even with 3 tiers of bloodlust.

  • Usually internet is the culprit but I have been noticing this way more often, it feels like it's intentionally coded into the game because at one point I was able to hit consistent great skill checks back to back now I'm finding it extremely hard to time just one.

  • To be fair, I'm not getting flashlight bullied by 2-4 flashlight survivors, I'd rather just leave the lobby, wouldn't you rather me just leave the lobby than the actual game itself? At least I can prep with lightborn but even then I watch survivors with 4 flashlights finish gens so fast it makes me wonder why I even play the game. Either it's cheaters or the game is broken and I'm heavily leaning towards cheaters because when I get into a game with non cheaters it's actually enjoyable and gens do immediately pop nor do I get flashlight stunned by off camera survivors even if I'm directly facing a wall, sorry not sorry, if I see a pc flashlight user even if it's 1 I dip out the lobby, sorry not sorry, cheaters ruined it for you.

  • Cap, ever since chucky got nerfed his turn lock crippled him, 4.6 would be fair for chucky, his undetectable isn't even fair to call undetectable because he laughs like a little weirdo and everyone knows you're there unlike ghost face who gets guaranteed downs. When I play chucky which I don't at all anymore all that happens is people run windows and run pallet to pallet and I'm forced to break each one because it's not like I can power through them my turn rate is complete and utter trash. This causes me to lose to so many games it's the literal reason I stopped playing chucky, the only people I can see actually have fun with chucky are the hackers who have wallhacks and subtle speed hacks either that or the people I'm constantly going up against when I'm chucky have subtle speed hacks it's honestly sad like everyone is using speed hacks and it's just ruining the game and it's obviously why BHVR is having such a hard time balancing the game. Fix the anti-cheat first and everything else will fall into place.

  • I'd rather have a legitimate Onryo player in my 2v8 than the mass amount of cheating Billy's and Oni's not gonna lie.

as much as I would love the play vecna and vecna^2 in 2v8 it’s probably not gonna happen unfortunately.

Vecna^2 fails on 2 accounts of Bhvrs established killer criteria. First survivors don’t like playing against him but that’s a low blow. And second the actual reason, worldbreaker.

Similar to Freddys dream world and dredges nightfall, worldbreaker would keep him from being added.

Plus there’s the always the issue of licensing getting in the way.

I don't see how licensing would matter, he's already in the game, you're telling me you need a license to add him to another game mode? No, I'd argue that's completely absurd. Worldbreaker wouldn't even be that much of an issue in 2v8, more players would be able to slowdown his power making it completely balanced, cooldown on undergate by 50% would make him more viable in terms of speed and gain actual benefit out of the character.

  • I don't even get killers who run slowdown perks, whenever I run a slowdown meta my gens get rushed regardless but if I'm a survivor and go up against a slowdown meta we rarely get a gen done, solo queue in a nutshell.

I would argue the Oni should be removed like there should be no plausible scenario where Oni is allowed in 2v8 and none of these other characters would be allowed it just doesn't make sense. I'd much rather play as The First than the Oni simply because you'd get better case use out of The First and 2v8 would actually make him fun to play whereas with Oni I'm just getting stupid cheaters with an instant down character, hell even the Onryo would be better, sure she can teleport to TV but she still can't one hit down, Ghost Face is fine because he can't run faster than survivors even with sprint burst in 2v8 like the Oni can.

  • @Slurp_Ramen said:

apparently they had an engine update in the background.

But yeah I agree it’s silly the update is so big when very little of substance was actually added.

Ah, the only thing I saw that was added aside from 2v8 was the little arrows on the gen progress bar, find it hard to believe that was 47 gigs lol

  • He was much better as old Myers, I wish with reworks like this we could have the choice between playing the new style or the old one, doesn't take much to please both sides but companies never do. When I got old Myers just one lonely week before his nerf/buff however you want to call it I was having a blast, afterwards he just sucks, I rarely ever play Myers anymore he just feels boring. I and most other Myers players believe his old style was more fun, his new style is definitely more viable, but if any of these corporations would ever listen to their core consumer base they would understand we sit down to play videogames for FUN not for viability unless viability coherently ties into said fun but if we had the choice it's fun every time over viability.

The best part about old Myers was catching those rat cheaters and having the ability to outright mori them even without a hook state, it was, dare I say it, heavenly.

  • @TamaraLatte said:

I've seen it myself and thought it was probably a "tech." The game is far too inconsistent to know what's actually intended, what is a by-product of sloppy coding, and what is cheating.

I got the Oni for how much I was getting trashed and the insane things he was doing to me to see how he plays as a way to counteract his playstyle but when I play him it's completely different than what I'm experiencing, like the Oni I go up against literally has 100% full control during rush where I am forced into what feels like a 75% turn speed reduction which means I literally cannot turn any corner on a split second it just doesn't work like that but the Oni I keep going up against (and billy) turn corners on a split second back to back to back.

It's not every Oni but it's enough for me to understand why people want him nerfed because this cheating version of him is absolutely absurd but legitimate Oni players know that if he does get nerfed he'll be more trash than he already is, my only conclusion is that people must be cheating to achieve this scenario because I simply cannot recreate it without a 100,000 DPI mouse. I'm kind of done with these other folk talking about make a video when there are literally 97 billion videos already out there.

  • It isn't a buff, they're running full jungle gyms in a single power turning left and right perfectly around each wall without ever suffering any penalty the same I do, I have a massive delay in turning speeds whereas these people have literally zero. I'll go run another test just to see, 32 minute wait time, I'll respond with how it goes.

Update: Yeah no, they're 100% cheating, the highest DPI setting on my mouse is 12,400, on that setting I cannot accomplish what these other hackers are doing, which is turning perfect corners one after another instantly, even with 12,400 DPI I cannot make these types of turns so unless these people have 100,000 DPI mouses it's literally impossible to do what they're doing.

  • Oh my god it's so annoying, killers hitting me after I drop pallet every single time but when I hit survivors after they drop a pallet the hit registers blood splats and they scream but don't take damage this is infuriating me now, ok now I'm like 99% there must be some kind of hack like I get some other times where survivors jump a pallet while injured and they jump so fast over the pallet I can't hit them but every time I fast vault a pallet or window the killer hits me in the exact same scenario it honestly doesn't make sense even if I have the perk to fault faster while injured half the time I get hit while vaulting with the Laura perk while healthy too despite vaulting 20% faster oh my lord it hurts to play this game sometimes

  • Whenever a new idea is brought up the entire community shuts it down not just my ideas but others as well. Even the possibility of new ideas gets shut down on a regular basis both by the community and in some cases the devs and community managers. All I'm saying is that for a company that prides itself on diversity and inclusion when it comes to diversifying gameplay and inclusion of ideas the community seems to want the complete opposite which to me is ironic considering the company prides itself on both these things. There is no rage bait here, I'm simply stating the obvious.

  • The fact that people are against this for the possibility of slurs mid game is funny to me, there's a report button for that. Having comms definitely does give an advantage and stating otherwise is outright ludicrous. Sadly no comms coming to the game is a tough pill to swallow, perhaps it's just the community if your opposition to comms is thinking every single killer/survivor is racist or perhaps you have some weird obsession with racists idk.

When I played Friday the 13th I never once experienced racism on comms and I played that game for years so why is this community hellbent on the assumption every other player is a racist? I get toxic players in end game chat and gates but none of them have ever been racist so idk where this comes from.

Okay, let's remove the abandon thing and give everyone base kit unbreakable..

When I started playing DBD the point of the game was to get three survivors out of the game and if you managed to catch the last one you get the mori on them, now the mori is essentially useless and I can get the same experience on bots in offline mode both of which feel unfulfilling, I get the abandon thing pop up when two survivors go down sometimes it's like how is that fun for me as a survivor and how is that fun for killer players? It isn't, your whining about hackers which are few and far between enabled this option and is ruining the experience of both survivor players and killer players and is clearly far too frequent for you to say otherwise. You legit have perks where you can pick yourself up, you legit have boons where you can pick yourself up, no offense you just sound like whiny crybaby that isn't properly preparing for specific scenarios.

If the bots are that much of an issue, find and SWF and all of you run unbreakable plus the boon that lets you pick yourself up, then you'll never have to worry about slugging again, but no instead you want the option to prematurely leave a game when the game isn't suiting your specific playstyle and that isn't something that should have ever been brought into the game because then as people rightfully point out, killers should have the option to leave when exit gates are powered to avoid survivors holding the game hostage at exit gates while t-bagging which is consistently happening and yet when we throw out this idea you cry harder complaining you don't get to hold the game hostage and t-bag at exit gates wasting players time, it's only an issue when it happens to you apparently.

  • If there is such a thing as killer bots you'd have to ask yourself why, clearly the killer experience is so bad people are feeling the need to bot the roll in protest if that is indeed happening which is a BHVR issue, one for not addressing community concerns surrounding the killer roll specifically the M1 killers and two, for not finding solutions to bring down these sites, I too have faced many hackers and it isn't fun.

On the topic of abandon features, I agree, they're destroying the experience as a killer, like if I wanted to mori a bot I'd just play tutorial or offline, the abandon option should be completely removed in my opinion and the ability to leave a game should also be outright removed, if players find another way to exit the game prematurely they catch a full one day ban which compounds, one day, three days, seven days, fourteen days and a month.

  • No it's fine the way it is, I can't tell you how many times I've used sprint burst against nemesis just for him to catch up and lunge me from across the map with an m1, I think the issue is inconsistency, like when I'm nemesis they zoom away and I almost can never catch up but when I'm survivor the experience is polar opposite, it honestly doesn't make sense and this happens with so many games between so many different killers it hinders my experience as a killer and I know it does other killer mains because we all keep complaining about the experience we have as a killer, it doesn't work the same when you're survivor though. When I run sprint burst now, it feels 50% slower than it did a week ago and the duration is like 50% reduced than a week ago, idk it's a shadow nerf to my account or just a shadow nerf to sprint burst in general because all of a sudden my teams that were dominating a week ago are all dying now every single game.

  • Ngl a single player Hellraiser game sounds like fire, hope they handle it well and hope it's on UE5.

  • I think this game could definitely benefit from more game modes that aren't just basic copy and paste modes from the main meta but nobody is out here giving out ideas for free anymore and why should they. I've noticed this across multiple games where forums and discords or other media platforms are used as tools to gather ideas from players/consumers where companies just outright take them for their own so now companies have to come up with their own ideas and since they're corporate owned they don't really have any genuine ideas because a corporations soul purpose is to maximize profits not come up with interesting new concepts which is why they resorted to 'player suggestions' no offence but companies and corporations used to have to pay people for ideas or new concepts now they just get them for free and massively profit off them.

This is why you see indie devs dropping titles left and right that are far more interesting and cost efficient than most AAA titles and also function better on a technical level as well because they're not hindered by corporate greed firing 50,000 people crushing the games integrity and performance to save money in order to falsely boost the image of their revenue gain to their shareholders before selling all their stocks then repeating the same process with the next company they buy. This is why many people call AAA gaming dead amongst the other myriad of issues currently plaguing AAA gaming.

This game could do so much better, but like others have said, if you're making record profits selling broken characters, skins and broken content, what is incentivising a change in this scenario? Absolutely nothing, they're making millions selling this stuff and unless everyone stops playing tomorrow there is no reason for them to change, even if they did stop playing tomorrow BHVR would just close shop and move on, they already made hundreds of millions. Best bet is to just try and find something you actually enjoy which is obviously near impossible in the current climate if you're an OG gamer or cinema lover sadly. You still get a few odd gems here and there, I hear Dying Light: The Beast is great, Techland usually delivers when it comes to their games the same way Rockstar does, not all these corporations are inherently evil and ripoffs though many of them are, just gotta look closely and listen to trusted reviewers when they tell you something just isn't quite right.

  • @Wezqu said:

They most likely can get it back after the exclusive rights expire that the Hellraiser: Revival game bought but as its not even yet released might take at least few years. I still don't get why companies think taking something away from one game will help them sell the other. Every time this game loses a license because of another game company wanting to get exclusive rights is not going to make me want to play that one.

Like even for the license holder it would be better to be able to sell the license to as many companies to use not make it exclusive to one at least in video game base as it now also means there is no way we are going to see any Hellraiser characters in games other than the one holding the exclusive rights.

There's a different hellraiser game coming out?

  • I don't see why it couldn't come back to dbd, BHVR was faithful to his core identity rather than what the rights owner was actually mad about with the movie adaptations so I still have faith.

  • Yeah I have always looked at like resident evil characters and other characters but I never noticed the change in music until today, kinda weird, pretty awesome though.

  • Lethal pursuer should be changed so that you get aura time extension and not auras at the beginning of the match, as a person who uses this perk I think it's both unfun and unfair for both sides especially for survivors to instantly be in a chase the second they load into a game, it's annoying as a survivor and boring for me as a killer.

Secondly I think BHVR should straight up remove the option to leave and remove the add-on that lets you die on hook, if you alt f4 or task manager close DBD you get banned for an entire day, I would say keep the perks that give you self unhook attempts without lowering your actual progress bar when doing so that way you can try to get off but if you don't get off the hook all you gotta do is wait for a mate to come get you and not be penalized for it nor have your whole team suffer because someone specifically ran an add-on or perk that guaranteed them a quick death simply because they got hooked first.

  • Honestly this game is just a mess right now, devs are being pulled in every direction and have no apparent idea what they're doing because they're being pulled in every direction from every player, they just need to set a hard line and stick with it and let the negative feedback fall on deaf ears, if they see a significant drop in players they can always reverse course but this constant changing of core gameplay and shadow nerfs/buffs week in and week out needs to stop, too much inconsistency is making the game unbearable, at least for me.

there a bug that made him slower after using power and a similar one with houndmaster too. Pretty sure those are fixed tough.

No no, it happened today, it's just base walk speed not after using power, I feel so slow it feels so bad I can't even play killer right now it feels like I have 100% hindered honest to god idk wth

  • Does ghoul seem slow to you? Like base walk speed? I just tried ghoul, ghost face and wraith and all their base walk speed feels like 4.1ms and not 4.6, have you experienced this?

  • I don't own him but playing as a survivor against him, he seems quite op, every time we go up against him unless it's like a real newbie player we usually get smoked

I think you misunderstood what the mod said. Strongly think he meant that in your scenario (you hiding doing nothing and your team also trolling/doing nothing) no one is right, it didnt have anything to do with the camping.

And that is more clear because doing nothing all game and trolling is a reportable offense, but in the game rules it is stated that camping is not a reportable offense.

Also, funnily enough, i just had a game where i hooked a survivor and im sure that the last 3 gens were within 24m of the hooked survivor, or at least very close to it.

So if the survivor had 24m anti camp radius, then great, i would just need to leave both the hooked survivor and the 3 gens because it would count as "camping".

Or you could just you know, carry him a little further outside that distance, secondly, clearly you aren't reading what I'm saying, so read carefully, if a killer camps in a 10m radius for an extended period of time without moving out of it, the 15m radius anti-camp would gradually be increased to 24m.

Also if camping is not a reportable offense that's ironic because they put in anti-camp measure to try to ensure it doesn't happen, then people bend the mechanic to allow themselves the ability to camp anyways, therefore anti-camp measure should be taken a step further in my opinion. If a killer is allowed to secure a kill by means deemed unsportsmanlike then I'm allowed to secure a win by that same standard.

If it's not ok to only do the bare minimum to secure a win when my team is intentionally throwing then it's not ok to camp an entire death on hook which the devs obviously agree otherwise they would've never added anti-camp self hook releases.

  • Just enjoy the experience for what it is, lots of games now I've become able to loop killers for extended periods of time while my team mates literally do nothing, good practice at least, your best bet is to swf if you're looking to absolutely wash killers otherwise this is the mass majority of experiences you're going to have. I'd say 7/10 are like this for me and the other 3 are genuinely good games where my team mates are competent. I actually like this because it gives killers a mixed variety of gameplay, some good matches some bad, rather than ranked or skill based matchmaking, I've played multiple other games where sbmm is implemented and it just completely ruins the game on both sides, everything is sweaty 100% of the time.

  • With that being said, mod already commented saying camping an entire death from first hook to sacrifice is not right, therefore I won't be making anymore comments on this issue, thanks for your participation.

This is a genuine question and I'm not trying to be agonistic here. If you're right he would have got a 4K If he did in fact do what you claim he should have done, the result would have been the same - you being sacrificed on first hook. What is there to be upset about? That they didn't play how you wanted?

BTW camping a hook its considered as participating in normal gameplay - it's not reportable. They are simply securing a kill.

The result would've been that I got to participate longer in the game rather than sitting on hook until death, don't care that I died I care that I didn't get to participate in any gameplay once I was hooked simply because the killer decided to camp.

  • Well in this scenario of 15m he is able to camp perfectly an entire death, so yeah I think if you're camping in a 10m radius for an extended period of time the the 15m should increase to 24m to allow survivors a chance to escape killers camping hook such as in this scenario, one gen left, camps almost entire first hook state, last gen pops, camps into second hook and into death, literally didn't move from the spot, in that scenario during all that time, the distance should have been gradually increased to 24m to allow me at least a chance to get back in the game.

With all my due respect, you are not making much sense here with this rant.

You tell us that he got 2k but "could" have got 4k, but are somehow angry at him.

Actually in both cases you were dead anyways.

So you are actually ranting because… the killer did got a "draw" by the dbd standards (2 sacrificed survivors) instead of an absolute win? Doesn't make much sense.

Also, 24m anti camping its kind of absurd. That would trigger even if the killer is just searching for other survivors or even patrolling gens on a really wide area.
