Why don't you bring locked charms back?

I'm looking through some of the locked charms and the Blood Moon charm looks so cool. TOO BAD WE CAN'T GET IT or the other thousand charms that are locked, if we aren't able to get these other locked charms that are actually cool, when are we getting new charms? It feels like it's been forever.

    I'd advise checking the Weekly Charm Bundle in the store. Through this bundle I've been able to acquire charms I initially missed out on as they were part of Rifts that were live when I wasn't playing DBD yet.

    The Blood Moon charm was last seen in a bundle in Week 14 of this year.
