Both the Canada and P3 mask are bugged

It would only make it easier to find Ruin. The killer shack spawn is already a death sentence to totems and now there's one in the basement? That's two potential spots for your Ruin to get rekted.
Damn you're right...I didn't think it that way

She is fine as she is, and it's part of her mindgame play, do you want a giant sign saying "she is teleporting, please do whatever you want"
check the grass
don't run,just crouch walk
There are allready things you can do
Those are some really good tips!

I like playing against swf, or rather...I always play as if they're swf:
Playing with that forma mentis makes me try my best each game and is so fun to plan ahead 4 different people who can have the upper hand in any moment if I make even one mistake at the worst time.

I love Laurie's character in the first and last film they made, having her actual face in the game is a dream come true for me
That said Quentin is in actual need of a face rework so IMO 75% of my vote for Laurie, 25% for Quentin

Giving her a tell would, in my humble opinion, severely weaken her and take away a lot of her anti-looping power. If you know when she's phasing, you know what to do. But that uncertainty is why I find it fun to play as and against Spirit. It feels great to call a Spirit's bluff, and it feels great to successfully bluff a survivor. I think the Spirit nerf did enough to make this fair, since survivors now know when a Spirit is vaulting and Spirits can't know for sure a survivor is waiting based on collision.
Agreed 100%

It used to mean "I'm being camped, don't bother" back in 2016-17 but now I see it used much more often to mean "please come get me as soon as possible". It's possible that there are regional differences in how it's used as well, which makes it even more confusing.
I can't agree more, my thoughts exactly

So I think keys should take time to open hatches, with lots of noises, and skill checks, similar to repairing a gen (not that long tho), and only the survivor carrying the key should be able to escape with it.
Moris can be about bloodpoints instead of ending the game too fast. they should be only available after the second hook, for each mori, you get 100% more bloodpoints in all categories, that's 4 times more bloodpoints with Ebony for all survivors morid and that's what makes Ebony Moris Ultra Rare. that way Ebony Moris won't be a guaranteed a depip for all surivivors and it's even better for killers.
Those are great ideas!

There are many factors involved when deciding to give hatch or not:
Mainly yes it's if I'm in a good mood and I think they played well
@Ghost077 said:
Depends on the mood and several reasons.
Maybe I will give a hatch if:
someone DS or just stupid ######### teammates
I already got enough BP for the match
for a good player
for a weak scared player
if he not resist (but if I want to give, I will give it even if he do this)
if he help me to do my objective (does not prevent me from carrying to the event hook, steps into traps, etc.)
if it's a Kate (yes, i love her too)
just because I want to let go of the last.
Low chances if I have not received a bonus for him to Chile.
Low chances if he gave me a lot of problems in achieving my important objective (he prevented from hanging needed me player, uses strength sides of the game to interfere me - bodyblock others with active DS, using old MOM or DS, etc)
I will never let go if it's a toxic. And not necessarily in this match, if I have met him before and he was - he die in this game. Low chances if it's a party, and one of them toxic - everyone will suffer for one.

First. How many survivors of horror films you see, wanted the killer to kill them? Survivor wants to live, it's instinctive. With killers is not so simple. This is an asymmetric game. This should not be interconnected. You let go if you want to let go, and doesn’t matter yielding to you in other matches or not. This is how to give a gift only to be given in return.
Second. Killer receives a much greater BP reward for the match. Like the survivor loses much more at death (5000 and maybe some good item).
Ghost077 has stolen all the words from my mouth so refer to this comment to see my reasoning on giving hatch, except the Kate thing, I treat all my "victims" equally

Hawkins isn't a whole lot of fun for survivor. I don't mind the game as much but i cry every time i get it as trapper lol. Lerys for me is enjoyable for both sides.
I hate when I get the game as trapper as well :]
But there are some good spots...some 😅
-
I really like hawkins cuz it's quite challenging as surv and the ambiancè is really spooky
As killer it's very fun to sneak up on survs from almost any side :>
As for the game it's not my favorite map as surv for sure but, again, it's more challenging so me likey; with killer it's quite fun until you forget where the stairs are xD
And finally Lerys it's probably the more balanced of the two yeah but with all the vaults around it gets frustrating with some killers...

I feel you there buddy :<

I'm on tier 59
28 days remaining

Kill with friends would be a nice thing but if it's hard balancing 4v1 imagine how hard and stressful would be for the devs trying to balance a 8v2 😰
But who knows...maybe some day they'll manage to do it🤩

Depending on the build. I'd go with Diversion only if it's a stealth build. On other builds i prefer Deliverance. 👍️

The Pig literally spares Benedict Baker and gives him a second chance in the lore, but he says that he knows he won’t get a third. The Pig loves toying with people in her games. It’s possible she would let someone live longer so she can have the chance to hunt them again.
The Spirit is obsessed with offing her father. That’s her only goal. She only kills Survivors because The Entity probably bargained with her to give her the chance of meeting her father again. It’s entirely possible that she could let a Survivor go if they talk her down, maybe offer her a way to get to her father?
The Clown? Uh, maybe. I only chose this option because of The Pig and The Spirit.
Damn you raise a good point!
I wish I could change my answer...

I would say pig, spirit, or nurse. Lore-wise, nurse still has some mercy left in her and spirit just wanted revenge on her father.
If they acted the way players use them, then definitely pig. I'd just boop the snoot and hope I'll be spared.
How do you know of the secret technique to defeat us?! 😲
It's confidental!🤐
-
I think Wraith would be one of the more merciful one since in his story (from what we know so far) he was tricked in being a killer so if someone managed to convince him that the entity is some sort of projection of his old boss maybe Philip would become more martyr-like and sympathetic towards survivors...

One suggestion that I've seen posted some time ago (forgive me if I don't remember by who) was that each killer has it's own rank but the ranks would be less, like 5 for example, since it'd take much more time to rank up with each killer and not lose too much progress during rank reset...
Same with survivors but obviously since survivors are essentially all skin and model variation of one another would have shared ranks like now.
I don't know if this would work out, but it would be cool to see it as an experiment on the PTB for example

@OnryosTapeRentals said:
I'd prefer original killers personally; original killers are far more unique. When they make licensed chapters, they're restricted by licenses.
I agree with you mate, but I have to admit that sometimes it's really cool and fun playing as a character from a show or movie you like! :D
Speculating about a possible licensed killer and/or survivor is really fun as well

I started playing during summer bbq and was so clueless how to get the cosmetics lol so I wish I was given a better chance to get those cosmetics or at least give us a chance to earn them again now
A way to re-earn them would be nice, maybe next summer?🤔

In terms of fun I think Plague
In terms of overall strenght, Spirit without a doubt
In terms of teachable perks Plauge although Haunted Grounds is fun to use and can turn the course of the game if cleansed at the right time

Maybe if they manage to get the rights they could give him that big nosed face we love as a cosmetic

Both are tied to achievements, since they can't change achievements the eventual changes wouldn't be much strong.
True....true🤔
I didn't think about that aspect

@Fibijean said:
If we accept the devs' definition (and I do, personally) of a 2K being a tie, then anything less than a 2K is a loss for the killer and a win for the survivors, and anything more than a 2K is a win for the survivors and a loss for the killer.
However, an argument could equally be made that since the survivors are not a "team", a "win" is defined on an individual basis, which for a survivor means an escape. In some ways that's the more accurate definition of a win condition, but I believe that when it comes to game health and balance it's more true to the spirit of an asymmetrical game to look at it as a 4v1 rather than a 1v1v1v1v1.
Wiser words were never spoken👍️
I agree completely.

Alien AND Predator would be very nice to see and play in game 😍
Also their survivors would be Ripley and Dutch which would be cool as well

Yeah I don't include bugs when it comes to balance...balance assumes everything is working as intended.
All bugs need to be squashed, for sure.
Amen😏

Billy is stronger in early game, as long as the game progresses Oni becomes stronger. Still, getting the first two hits with a powerless killer is not so easy. Also you need to change the way you play against Oni, like avoiding free bt tank hits.
Agreed

I honestly think this is one of the best, if not the best on-release killer they've made. Not just in terms of power, but fun and counterplay.
Congrats, BHVR. You get my stamp of approval.

@AhoyWolf said:
Why?
It would be cool and all, but when going against SWF this Killer would be destroyed. Even randoms could tell if you're the Killer, they could just type in the pre-game chat to do something that you will not know. (Like tbag 3 times and then point when you see each other)
I 100% agree on that👉️
-
@rch614 said:
So why was this listed as a poll? :P
The game is extremely hard to balance. They're on the right track with the kindred buff, but solos will never have the same power level as SWF on voice comms unless voice was added for everyone, which I hope they don't do.
That said, I do think the game is more balanced than it's ever been. Various outliers still exist, but they're not as pronounced as people want to believe.
The biggest problem with balance right now is the audio bugs for killers IMO

Where is the option to rework both?
I agree, I'd personally prefer a rework of both mechanics
-
It would be cool if someone managed to solve them...
I'm certantly not the man for the job though
-
It would be cool if it was a small mall with 2 floors and escalators one that goes up and one that goes down
-
I completely agree: as killer is way too easy to lose a survivor due to the music being too loud
-
Seems cool, hope they see it
