The sound effects in the game are too loud for a game that requires you to use your ears to play better. I experienced it twice in this match. The progress bar appears to be full at all times and does not indicate the actual progress. Great skill checks also sound like a good skill check, although they provide the correct score event. I can get why the perk originally was made so that you only see auras of unopened chest but this creates the problem when they get opened. You have really hard time to find those few chest you have in the map to close them be able to once again gain the benefit of the perk. How frustrating does it feel when you do two gens by yourself then get tunnelled while one other team mate has not been hooked and is hiding. You get sacrificed 3 teammates escape and you get less than 10k blood points for all your efforts. SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Every lobby is unplayable for me. The lag is so bad I can't move every match. With ping going as high as 1,100 ms every match. I've restarted steam, my computer, cleared steam download cache. My internet is fine according to speed tests and I've been able to play plenty of other game just fine with zero issues. I was curious what people did for situations in games where their triggers/phobias are at? Hi, folks! I've upgraded my pc to a High END one( 32 gb ram, i9 14th generation and 4070 super ti) and seems to be a problem when I boot up Dbd. The problem is when I'm tabbed out of the game, it runs smoothly at 120 FPS. When I m tabbing in and trying to play the game stutters to 10/20 then up to 120 then resets over and over again, not being at 120… I tried with all settings. When using Jagged and the normal hook converts into a scourge hook, GOP doesn't proc unlike Floods. XBOX (though an issue on any platform, as was tested): Equip both "Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass" & "Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain". So I have a new game mode idea that I would personally find interesting, and would encourage players on both sides to use perks that they wouldn't normally use. So the idea is that each survivor & killer would have (as an example) 12 perk points to spend on perks before going into each match. Hi everyone, I’ve recently been testing an M.2 SSD and a SATA SSD on my PC to see how they perform, particularly with Dead by Daylight . I noticed something strange: the game freezes when installed on either SSD, but it runs perfectly fine on my HDD. I tested both types of SSDs to confirm the issue, and the freezing persists on both. it does 25% vault speed which is 10% more than Bamboozle but doesn’t block. It’s not even that good for 2 perk slot vault speed since superior Anatomy would be more fun and faster without the downside of stun duration. I think what can be done for this perk to have a place in the vault perks is to make it 35% and buff superior Anatomy to 50%. Idk if it would be enough but maybe. Why do we need the skill level cap? So players that use this as a second job have to play. No. That is totally wrong. I as a beginner / someone that plays casually shouldn't be forced against lvl 100 sweat players. I get no benefit. Just had a skull merchant match which I unfortunately had to slug a survivor after he repeatedly abused boil over in the upper part of the main building in crotus. So I eventually had to slug him which ironically he DC’d a few minutes after. I’m all for reducing slugging but I also don’t want killers punished for slugging when it’s most necessary. If I got the killer the tunnel me out of the match then I see it as a personal win. Say what you want but to me it's a personal win. That if the killer has to camp me but hard-core camp since it is still a thing regardless of what BHVR made.
