SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: two different totems were lit when only using one hex perk, haunted grounds

    Did you not read what the perk does? It will spawn two hex totems and if one of them is cleansed all survivors will suffer from exposed status effect for 60 seconds. The remaining hex totem then turns into dull totem.

    So in short that is what is supposed to happen with the perk and its working as intended.
