I just play yesterday, someone says how to fix o why this appears to me pls

Before the event update, I could play at 120 frames without any FPS drops whatsoever. I have noticed that the unoptimized event effects are tanking my FPS. I would really like to play the event, but it feels gross losing FPS when I do literally anything in game. I have been getting error code 8024 on both PlayStation and Xbox systems. The loads up with other users no problem. PC- During every single match i have played over the last few days, the matches have been unplayable due to severe lag. whenever i try to move my character around they will lag and rubber band back to where i started. actions cannot be performed as there is too much lag.
