Characters’ Face Models Have Lines & Pins in Them During Matches Xbox Series X/S
Title. Doesn’t seem like maps play a role in causing this, and it happens with every character I use. I’m on Xbox Series X. It occurs nearly every single game (9 out of 10 games). I was hoping today’s patch would have fixed it.

Same. Noticed my Jane looked very weird in the face.
Also sometimes my killers are plain faced with closed eyes....Especially Pinhead. pinhead looks like a mannequin right now.
Series S.
Yeah, its been an issue since Mikaelas release, from what ive seen all characters have black lines which distort their face.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the heads up. What platform are you on? Curious if this is just a Series issue…
im on series x. i am going to uninstall and reinstall the game just to see if its a corrupted file.
Thanks, guys. @MandyTalk would you be able to inform the powers that be? This seems to be a platform specific bug- Series X/S. It’s visually displeasing.
Cool so the Devs ARE aware of the situation?
Xbox series S and i have this issue as well, I think they are the polygons showing. Happens on every survivor i have played and seen, some aren’t as bad tho like vanilla Cheryl. Also doesn’t happen while in the lobby just in game. I took these pics for the devs:
No clue. Hope so. I tagged @MandyTalk in hopes she could expedite/escalate a fix. I think this one may be flying under the radar.
Thank you!
I am having the same issue since the Update that introduced Mikaela. I am playing on the Xbox Series S!
🤣🤣
This is genuinely one of the most annoying bugs to me. Their eye balls aren’t even white as well it’s the same colour as their skin. I just want this fixed as it ruins my immersion lol maybe that’s just me
hopefully it gets fixed. Also apparently when you try to equip an outfit in the store it just crashes the game.
I haven’t heard anything about that. Hopefully it gets addressed in the next patch
Does anyone know if they know about the issue as there has been 2 patches and nothing has been said about them knowing of this specific platform related issue
Im not sure.
I rekon it will be one of those bugs that get left in the game for ages because they don’t care to fix it. 😔
Yay! They've acknowledged it! Thank you, BHVR! :D
sorry for being impatient lol.
Please do not worry about it! It can be frustrating when things we purchase and love so much do not work properly. But it's good to have humbling moments :) Hopefully this can be corrected by the next bugfix!
I’ll keep an eye out for it :) thank you for the update.
I have the same problem
since Mikaela entered the realm every game every character no exception
Same. I play on Xbox Series X and all of my survivor and killer characters have white eyes and black lines on their face. This is a weird and creepy bug.
Same problem here on xbox series S
The problem on my Xbox series S still persists.
My friends on Xbox One do not have this issue. It seems like it is effecting only Xbox Series S / X
Yea, looks so. Smh.
Same issues with of my survivors and killers. On Series X.
just read the PTB patch notes, didnt see a thing about it so im guessing nothibg was done.
Yea I saw that as well. The next update doesn’t drop until the end of the month so hopefully they find the time to get it in there before it gets released. It’s possible they could push a hotfix/patch through before then. Fingers crossed.
i tried this idea 2 times and it did not work sadly.
Also David Shoulder / Neck, it's broken
I am still having this issue on Xbox S. Could anyone else confirm having still the issue?
Yep issues still here all Xbox players it’s sad taking well over month not fix yet I’m hoping tomorrows DLC will have fix for it the word hoping knocking devs won’t get fixed 2 months cause who cares about Xbox players huh :) I’m not crying you are
Yeah i played it for one game about a week ago and it was still there which is disappointing. Hopefully there’s a patch for it today if not guess I’m gonna have to take another break from it again.
Oops i meant patch today not for it today. My bad lol
Did anyone test the issue with the new patch?
yes, its been resolved.
It’s been fixed with this patch :)
Those are wonderful news!!!
About time we’ll at least mine is fixed now finally look at the Survivors without wanting to die
