Since we know the hatch was created by someone and not the Entity, I think the hatch was created using the golden toolboxes. A survivor from the past who might be long gone, maybe Alex or maybe Vigo, created the hatch using the golden toolbox, maybe thats why they are on almost every map out of reach left there by the survivor who used it to build the hatch and escape. Dwight could either be from New Jersey or Oregon because both of those states are the only ones that legally require a filling station attendant at gas stations. We know that Dwight used to be one of these due to his Gas Jockey cosmetic. I think it would be really awesome to see lore based videos of characters on before they entered the fog. A lot like what Apex Legends does with it's lore even though it's a purely multiplayer game. Imo, Bill would be the one to sacrifice himself to ensure that the survivors and killers would escape the nightmare that is the entity's realm. What if all the killers and survivors are different iterations of themselves, that's how there can be multiple of the same survivor in one trial and multiple different "back stories" for the killers whenever a new skin is released. Think about it, the entity feeds of of hope and fear just like the entity. The entity may only feed off of hope because you’re in his word and it doesn’t matter if you’re not afraid as long as you have hope, but outside of the dead by daylight world you have to be afraid of him for him to be powerful.
