It just occurred to me after getting her Adept yesterday that Yui might not be able to communicate with her fellow Survivors directly and that, if Adam isn't on hand to translate, she might not be able to understand what the others are saying or be capable of expressing herself to them. Some characters were taken by the entity at their death such as Amanda Young (Piggy). But alot of other characters didnt necessarily die they just got lost in the woods or something such as the Legion crew. Some characters like Wraith really have no explanation. OK sooo I don't know if someone did this already but what if all the survivors are dead. I know crazy right but listen meg, claudet, jane, dwight ect. were never found so claudet fell asleep on a bus when riding home she could have gotten in a car accident and died. Based on the last few entries of BB&G, Archie definitely killed his wife and brother. He quite possibly was the one who blew up the mine, and then Evan killed him to avenge his friends. Honestly I really love how they handled Claudette 8th birthday. It was a massive load up it was just a Side Story they gave you a little bit more understanding who Claudette is. I am pretty disappointed with Yui's story and I am pretty impressed with Oni's backstory. Here's why: Yui as a character has no development or personality beyond the "strong independent woman" archetype and the idea of women's empowerment. That's because it's a kodachi. This was used by samurai of feudal Japan, the time period Kazan is from. This is his sidearm, with his primary weapon being his kanabo, which were also used by samurai at the time to fight against people who wore armor, since a katana cannot penetrate armor. So one thing that always bugged me about The Plague is that Adiris never killed anyone. Yes, The Entity heard her prayer, but Adiris still never killed anyone, so why's she a killer? My theory is that The Plague (killer) is a combination of Adiris and the plague (disease). I can't go to ptb because I'm from PS4, but judging by the trailer of cursed legacy, she seems to be from the future! It makes sense, since a couple of times the devs have said that the entity can take people from different epochs. Can anyone confirm this to me? It just seems to me that too many people say "cause entity lol" whenever a flaw is highlighted in the lore, characters, or the insanity of this whole game. I feel like it's a cheap excuse for bad writing: A mystery box, something that can be kept vague and all-powerful at the same time to explain away everything or nothing. It justifies everything. Within the game when we first begin leveling up our survivors we had access to some default perks, and similar to the teachables from our main cast they as well had quotes from people. So far we know of these unknown survivors: Andy, Sassy, Murf, Sujan, Clyde, Nikki, Dylan, and Aizeyu. So firstly, is the new killer the Spirit's dad, Mr. Yamaoka? Its a popular theory, but on the wiki under both pages for Rin and her parents it is stated the Entity passed him over in favor for Rin- her hatred and wrath was a better fuel source than his despair.
