When playing against the Trickster the FPS drops progressively further and further. This is not due to a "30 FPS cap" as some people have randomly imagined. FPS DROP REASON: The more daggers thrown by the killer, the more particle effects of daggers that will stack up under the killer's feet. We've tried it in a custom game, when the killer is stationary the game runs as normal, but as soon as the killer starts walking, frame rate drops to 30fps, seemingly no matter how powerful your gpu is. We tried an rtx 3070 and an rx 5600xt that perform differently in game normally, but both drop down to the same 20-30 fps whenever the killer moves.0 comments 21 views last activity

It seems that whenever the killer stands still / isn't close by, the game is very smooth, just like before but when you're in a chase and the killer is running around, the game turns into like 20 fps. PLEASE FIX THIS! Come on, how are we supposed to play this broken game? I run the killer for 5 gens, never get hooked, have bloody party streamers, and the killer dcs. I bought the game around a week ago & whilst browsing my achievements today I've noticed that there has been no progress made towards certain Steam achievements, whilst there has been for others. So last night I had to leave a match quite literally the second the game started, did not move an inch before leaving. Once I got to the post-game lobby I noticed that I ranked up +2 pips despite not getting any points whatsoever. Whenever I load up dbd system task scheduler starts taking up 100% of my CPU and my game starts freezing and slowing my pc down to the point it wont work until I close the game. Nurse can use only a blink sometimes, it can't be actually known that when it will happen but while I am playing, it happens all times. I don't know if this bug has been acknowledged or not, but Leatherface still has an acceleration bug with his chainsaw. This is exasperated when using his carburetor's tuning guide - his chainsaw acceleration starts TREMENDOUSLY slow which is very noticeable in this clip. PC - Steam Not a bug I got personally, but my friend who plays with me (who is now banned for a bug he couldn't do anything about and got ignored when reported). After a match, his game crashed and he got an error message of missing file. On Steam he right-clicked the game and went => properties => local files => verify integrity of local files. Received merciless victory as trapper with only his teachable perks, stitched bag and tar bottle addons and dusty noose offering. 4k'd with at least one generator remaining, received +2 pips but did not get the achievement. Hi, Dead on hook survivors keep making injury sounds, after entity takes them. That is after 3rd state hook. They are not visually there - but i keep losing a lot of time searching for an injured survivor when there isn't one next to a broken hook. Loaded into my 2nd match of the day to find myself playing against a doctor that had no chase music or terror radius. They still had the heartbeat but trying to figure out when he's close or not is very jarring. I hope this can be fixed soon. I noticed this problem a few weeks ago and i think it's been over a month. The cloth of her Jacket is floating up and not moving no matter if i change her outfit. The mission states that you need to perform at least 5 vaults in a chase during a single trial as Yui Kimura. I've done this TWICE already with the first attempt featuring 6 vaults and the second one with 5 vaults. I made sure to be in a chase during all of this, and yet the game did NOT acknowledge my vaults. I'm on ps5 and have been playing as Ash a lot lately and notice that if I quickly try to healmyself on the ground as survivor that it pretty consistently shows Ash as standing up still. The killer also sees the animation and tries to keep downing me again since it looks like I'm just standing there but in reality I'm healing on the ground. Devs should look into this. Several times during a game my control goes out. I have no control of the character and they will just keep doing the last action I started. Title, Was playing LF, downed this Steve player but I chased someone else instead of picking him up immediately. This trophy / achievment doesn't work (for PS5 at least). With the release of patch 4.5.0 I started gaining progress, I used to be at 13/25, after release of patch 4.5.1 or 4.5.2 I don't gain any progress anymore, stuck on 16/25. I am not very familiar with Blight, I maybe played him 30 times at all, but it happened to me in a match that someone slammed a pallet on me right when i was about to lethal rush attack the survivor and the pallet stuned me but it also broke!
