Cheryl's Jacket Glitch

Anniehere

I noticed this problem a few weeks ago and i think it's been over a month.

The cloth of her Jacket is floating up and not moving no matter if i change her outfit.

In game the jacket looks a little normal but we can notice that the cloth is not worn properly.

I'm playing on the computer.
