Survivor floating when hooked

Lefrongo

I'm not sure if this is a rare occurrence for me only but has anyone else seen this happen? I was playing as ghostface during this match too.

I'm not sure if the Feng who was gonna unhook that Steve was seeing this glitch from their side as well.
