The Nurse can blink only once

Nurse can use only a blink sometimes, it can't be actually known that when it will happen but while I am playing, it happens all times. More details about that is it has to wait for 2 blinks, the blink can be used once.

like this video, since last year til now it still happens, please fix it for both 60fps and 144fps because one of the patches before the latest I play by unlocked and not unlocked the fps, most of the times it happened when I play on 144fps but now it happens both of them
