I had a recent match where I brought a purple Med Kit with me to use for the Botany Knowedge challenge in The Archives. I didn't get a chance to use it - it was a quick match - we gen rushed and we all got out. I left with my Item and, I believe, the killer DC'd right as we all escaped. I'm just curious as to the criteria for the Fog Whisperer Program - I imagine it would be extensive but I'd love to know if there are specific benchmarks that one could shoot for in order to become part of the program and rep DBD. I played some KYF games last night with a friend just messing around with Nurse and her add-ons. We played 2 games, just me and him, just chasing around and him hiding and me trying to find him (p3 Claud with purple fog on Macmil). It was fun. Me and another Survivor made it out of a recent trial today, and I hit spectate as I like to watch the other survivors try and get out. The last survivor came through the exit, so I hit continue. The loading screen stayed on for almost 10 minutes before I decided to close the application. I've never seen this before so is it possible that the killer disconnected? I just got confused and felt the need to ask, since I saw that at the very end of the description, it says "Kindred trumps any of the Killer's stealth abilities." I havent tested this because I don't get hooked often enough for Kindred to be worth running, at the rank I'm currently sitting. Hey guys, just wondering is someone can lend some insight into an issue I've encountered, more so in terms of curiosity instead of expecting a fix. I read in the notes to "getting started" I make a change to the player launcher by selecting beta, and supposedly all the files are then downloaded. I think I understand that part. What I dont understand is if I switch back to the Live game. So I am in a match repairing a generator and I hear a whoosh and then Spirit downs me instantly. Is this expected behavior of her perk? If so what is the best counter? I was running David's unique perks for the Adept achieve. Mainly as I was using the buff on safe unhooks to help my score, and then figured why not try for adept. I recently had a Huntress game where this oblivious Adam threw out a hackusation without seeming to understand perk effects or killer fov. I play dead by daylight often though I don't usually play killer. A few weeks ago I started playing killer more often and while doing a survivor daily ritual I found a killer using a bone splinter offering. I was confused then realized what it was and after playing and spending lots of BP's on many killers (even got 2 ebony Moris on doctor) and never once did I find one of those offerings. I remember seeing it twice in the beginning of the year. I've saved up on iridescent shards (currently at 5,640) and I'm just waiting to see if it'll ever pop up. Thinking about the new perks and maybe having a new Freddy Build. Dark Devotion Nemesis Play With Your Food Surveillance/Discordance/Detection Perk [Maybe Slowdown Perk Alternatively, like Ruin or Pop] I want to try this but I don't have the perks unlocked yet. Debuff perks no longer appear on the Survivors in-game HUD until the debuff is applied. This is true for the following perks: Coulrophobia, Overwhelming Presence and Unnerving Presence.
