Matchmaking is pretty much broken on ps4, and the devs don’t even acknowledge it. As a killer, 8 out of every 10 survivors I get matched up with are red ranks beginning for me at rank 11. It’s ridiculous, and it’s been like this for at least 3 or 4 months. I purposely stay around green ranks because I just want to have fun and I enjoy playing all of the killers, not just the top tier. i understand the game is in the middle of a huge change in UI but damn I can’t get in match first try as killer or survivor thanks to these constant disconnects. Please don’t try to tell me it’s because of my Internet because I live in Texas and I’m lucky enough to have Google Fiber so it’s all on this game. After playing the new update for a few days now I've noticed that frame rates are...... getting worse?.... dropping more frequently? The frame rate whenever I open the mouth of the demogorgon drops to a freaking blur!! ... optimization has always been rough--> to be nice!. but this is proper bad. There are so many pallets in that map I feel like for every single one I break, 2 more spawn. Each pallet I left unbroken lives to reproduce with other pallets in the area. With each pallet they grow stronger, ive been seeing them in my nightmares for days now. I see this situation all the time and I’m curious if my opinion is right or wrong. I’m on a hook and of the unhooked survivors who can save me one is injured and one is healing him. For this example let’s say the last guy is being chased. If you got under 100 hours don't mark your profile private / friends only in Steam. I don't care if you are playing SWF.. cause allot of times people put it private and leave their friends list up so I can still see if you are in a SWF. Seriously why should we killers let new people live and lose a rank and let then gain a rank to face killers that they wouldn't stand a chance against?? Many are very much aware that the state of the Clown (sad to say for such a Jolly guy) is not in the best of shape. Despite having a power that directly impacts the chase he somehow still remains lackluster and oftentimes appears in the bottom half of tier lists. Trapper? I can either setup portals risking 2 gens being done or I can go straight for the survivors since it’s obvious where they spawn at the start of the game. But if I choose option 2. I never end up using portals and which ever option I use rarely use the Shred attack unless they’re out in the open. I find baiting the shred ends up being way more useful than the actual use shred. If Pennywise is going to be put in the game then maybe we could have some more Old-Gods thrown in. I´d say Cthulhu, Dagon, Pazuzzu, Moloch, Baal, Loki, Hades, Ares, Kali would make great Old-God-Killers... maybe we could even get Lucifer as a Killer. I’m of the opinion that they should because it would be fair and killers have a minute to prepare and commit if they know they’re going up against survivors well above them in rank (and vice versa - if you’re a rank 10 up against 20s you can choose to take it easy or avoid them entirely.) The rework of Freddy has been there for several months now. Sure, you can complain about some things. Be it the teleport cooldown or the easy awakening from the dream world. Or the worst of all: His addons are actually all not very good (btw. I never use his addons, except when I want to play pallet Freddy). Putting 3 SWF rank 2s up against a rank 16 killer probably only playing because of the free weekend. It's like they are trying to either give DbD a bad reputation or drive away new players. Basically what nice things do you do to the survivors? For example not tunnelling, not camping for any reason, or not slugging or the like, and what things do survivors do that makes you break the code?
