  • Yes, I agree it feels more fair BUT it makes him extreamly slow is the issue and he has 0 mobility to get around the map. he shoots and reloads. if you are behind something the most he can do is make you deep wound…he can't even down you like other killers who throw or attack over pallets. so by the time he gets you down being all slow vs a decent runner then like 2 gens could be done. the point is his power is not a big deal when you think about how slow he gets around compared to other killers who can drop you fast and zoom around the map after. so buffing his power makes up for lack of mobility is my main point.
