Would making it so Killers can consistently rack up 40-50K+ BPs per match (base, without BBQ) incentivize players to play as Killer more? The point would be to get more players in that role to at least HELP A LITTLE with queue times. As we all know with basic killer statistics, there is an overwhelming majority that are [4.6m/s, 32m TR, Large] killers. It's a nice and easy mould to make. Occasionally we get some like the Pig or the Legion who are Medium, instead of Large. There is also the Hag and the Spirit who are slower, but with a 24m terror radius to compensate. Am I the only one that feels the devs are scared to make strong perks now? I think the Mettle of Man debacle has caused future perks to be too weak. Many new perks have long cooldowns, multiple conditions to activate, etc. They're just too niche to have real power. I'm genuinely curious. I'm not as experienced as some of the players here. I've seen some people say Quinton,but I feel like it's Ace. We all love new content and fun additions but Dead by Daylight is not in Great shape. I suggest that after the Chains of Hate chapter, the next ones should be about Game Balancing and The game's health. We need bug fixes, perk balancing, mechanic overhauls, killer and survivor changes. The Devs have to balance the Gens so that they’re reasonable at all ranks, which means that they have to be solo-able in a decent amount of time. In high ranks, survivors naturally optimize Gens. They’re glued to them unless they’re in a chase and they only send one person for a save. PS4 Torment Creek Map (Myers): This Jake was vaulting in the tractor when I hit him & put him in the dying state and he crawled and hugged the side while crawling so he could land on the bail of hay on the side. Instead of having multiple of same item we take one of the versions and set it as the item. Then rework addons to accommodate this change. Survivor power would be free just like killers power. Yellow medkit could be new medkit. Yellow toolbox could be new toolbox. Yellow flashlight could be new flashlight. Green key could be new key. (Obviously it would have to be buffed. This irritates me so much when there are 2 survivors left and you down one for them to DC and open the hatch instantly. This happens actually quite a bit. Last game I had one down and was looking for hatch and then found the other and her teammate DCed and the hatch was right in front of the living survivor. You need to be altruistic whilst being chased, not go down, do a lot of gens and all the totems, evade the killer, open the gates and escape through the hatch, invade Israel and South Africa and escape with your whole team. The Dev's had made it clear even if the ruin nerf wasn't enough that there not gonna touch generator's. The toolbox change was a step in the right direction but so much more is needed. There going to pull the old invisible freddy route and fix the gens In like a year or 2 down the line. Hey devs if we could go ahead and remove hatch key or change what it does that would be great. I'm tired of being well on my way to a 3 or 4k and then watching the hatch icon appear out of no where in the in the left corner. I'm a rank 9 and just had 4 red ranks against the ropes only to watch them all escape cause one magically found a key. You can list as many as you want, if you have a preference for one then that's fine too. I personally like playing The Trapper, Huntress, Doctor, Clown, Legion, Plague, Ghost Face, Demogorgon and Oni. However my personal favourite is the Huntress as she's been my main go-to killer since I started playing the game. I play her slightly more than I play with the other killers I mentioned. And this is a genuine question. Whats the point of this cooldown attached to an already mediocre perk? Surge doesn't work on already kicked/Surged gens so downing 2 people wont even make the gen explode twice. And even then 16% isn't crazy strong if that interaction did even work. If a teammate is getting tunneled and/or camped, don’t try to body block or draw attention to help them use their distraction to rush the gens. Once the Killer starts to see the gens popping, they’ll have to rethink their strategy. It works 90% of the time for me. I'm relatively new to the community and have around 8 hours of play time at the time of writing this. I mainly play killer and I've been having some weird matches. After I passed killer rank 18 it seems to keep throwing me in with higher levels. These players will wipe the floor with me to put it bluntly. I usually only get 1 kill at most.
