All of Dwight's perks are somewhat underrated because they're not super flashy but Leader is by far the one that's the most underrated. It comes into play literally every game. Whether its Being healed faster. Helping double heal faster. Or the ultra rare triple heal. Being picked up off the floor faster. It was a gen rush game. I repaired one Generator by myself, other two with Nancy who ran Prove Thyself. I fully repaired them, and got only gold Lightbringer, and lost pip bcs I let the Killer down me at exit gates so he wasted a little bit more time. What I did wrong? What are the perks that were part of your every build but for any reason you just stopped using them/ didn't pick them so often? Why? For me, it's Spine Chill. Oftentimes it just made me paranoid especially at indoor maps because "the killer is looking at me" even though there was a wall between us. I replaced it with Sprint Burst and looking around more. At first I wasn't getting enough win or lose, so I started kicking every gen I saw and took enduring and brutal to and disrespect every pallet, get the drops and smash them.... and I actually can't do it. SWF is stupid easy way to rank up as survivor. Everyone, even me will just play SWF to grab 250k. that kills the point of rewards. Also this will promote solo play, which this game desperately needs. Yes, I went through all of the dresses/long skirts, including the Rift ones and every single one of them have a side slit or a big opening of some kind on the side. I don't know why this bothers me but it does. It was cool the first couple times but do the artists know that not every single dress and skirt has an opening on the side? For survivors, second chance perks have become the meta simply because of the obvious use. They allow the survivor to get away in one manner or another after the killer has caught them. They are extremely powerful, and are often paired together to create builds with no counter play. My suggestion is to create something similar to exhaustion, called second wind. Do you have any good guides or advice for brand new killers? I recently started playing on PS4 and I'm stuck at rank 20. I don't feel like I'm learning or making any progress. I know the matchmaking system is part of the issue, since I keep going up against rank 6 or rank 10 survivors, but even when the survivors are closer to my rank, they seem so much more experienced. It seems as time goes on, the more and more obstacles that don’t allow Blight to “slam” into them. I just played a match on Grim Pantry and I kid you not, at least 50% of the trees are not able to be slammed into. At first I had a lot of fun with the Twins, but as you get higher in rank it starts becoming a sweat fest, and it's not hard to see why. All the power is in Victor, but if you play as Victor none of the perks that you have equipped apply. Like they get unhooked and run to a gen to finish it, you stop them, pick them up and they DS you just to finish the gen? I literally just lost 2 back to back games because the killer camped the hooked survivors. The devs need to do something about killers like this. It makes it very hard and not fun to play against. I suggest making a small radius around the hook so if the killer stands within the radius for a certain amount of time they will lose points. If just a suggestion but something needs to change.
