They maybe using the healing boon perk. (For me at least) it’s causing crashes whenever I heal inside the zone.
-
Crouch walking doesn’t activate head crows because ‘technically’ your participating in the game just not progressing the objective.
-
With three flashlights you best believe I’m bringing light born rather not deal with a headache instead deal with a ear ache from the clicking instead.
-
Another tip to make you a target is to choose a running location.
I seen to many times where the guy wants to take chase for his teammates and they go to the safest part of the map (example the main building in crotus penn) . What happens is the killer will see the area, realize how bad it is for him and leaves him for a easier chase.
tldr: when you do get chased don’t run to easy loop take the killer to either a 50/50 or even a killer favoring loop.

About the Lady Dimitrescu ‘breakdown’ most of that stuff is just joking around.
And yeah there’s a small few that wanted to have her but gameplay wise she wouldn’t add anything new and would need a height reduction to even play the game.

Always asume she is just standing still when you choose your way (as in "never run up to her"). As long as you have line of sight, move away from her, and into los-breakers. as soon as she lost line of sight, you try to juke her in a wide arch (no running there).
Most spirits will try the "stand still fake", when you drop pallets early, which you deny them by moving away. After that, they have to use their power to keep up with you. They use the best projected path you might have taken when los broke, so if you juke them (idealy near a running gen or a fireplace) and go into the direction they came from (again, in an outward arc because of stridor and the fact they most likly try to shortcut your path) they might have already lost you.
However, on reworked maps it becomes harder, because the stealth element and thus the places you could have gone were nerfed, so a lot depends on which map you got and on which part you are.
In my experience, it works on about 80% of spirits (with stridor), but on the good ones it will only work once, if at all.
If you are in a close chase, you have to take guesses how the spirit might move around a loop, and here you have the 50% gamble the killer normaly has. Spirit just turns the guessing on you instead of the killer.
To add on to this.
stridor can be a double edged sword, while yes they can hear you through iron will if you didn’t bring it with you your groans will be louder then it would normally which could cause her to misread your position
(example let’s imagine my groan can be heard 5m away if stridor comes into play my groans goes up to 10m spirit phases but undershot and only came up short hence double edged sword)
stealth is always and at times crucial with every killer.
gen pressure is important as it will establish both safe zones to heal and the pace of the match.place gens to where she will need to phase to cover ground is always preferable rather then pushing gens without thought.
lastly have a fall back plan even if you play to the best of your ability the match can be decided despite your efforts by the actions of your teammates if things look bad (as in three injured at 3gens) then it’s time to find the hatch and go from there.
-
I seen bigger but it’s still nice and a nice story to back it up.

10 seconds is too short to have any kind of impact. Especially since all this perk would do is make it appear the gen has less progress, but the killer can still kick it.
Maybe an alternative would to make the gen appeared to have a lot of progress but really it wasn’t worked on much.
-
That’s a pretty fun perk to use.
-
if someone is doing the challenge with you swfs or otherwise everyone will have there own glyphs. So no no one is going to steal your glyphs everyone will have there own to find.
-
The one thing I would critic is where would the hook count for the survivor’s will be placed because if placed underneath the portraits it will probably look cluttered. Otherwise this looks very nice and clean.

Glad to see this post / petition is still going strong!
One thing I find alarming though is the fact that @DerZuntor @shadowman0105 and @Zagrid took it as gospel that the UI had no way of being reversed, and that’s just 3 users that voiced their belief.
I never talked about the ui. I talked about the animations.
-
I like it as deathslinger and I don’t mind it as survivor since I run detectives hunch with a map so I know what gens need doing if we reach end game
-
I usually pull up a YouTube video and wait for them to get their kicks in.
But yeah I usually leave if I know everyone is safe or there is noed.
-
Dude I was thinking about that scene in the shower today lol
-
Please don’t get me killed or yourself trying to get your autodidact tokens I know it’s a really strong perk when it works but please do it safely. I need to remind myself this when I run it lol
-
To me (my opinion take it or leave it) the animations should be more character oriented then what we have now.
I’m sure someone probably already posted this but it is a decent idea giving more character to the survivors when they are in all states idle, running, crawling, etc
for a example quinteion (yes I misspelled his name har har) his face should be droopy and his eyes would be closing and opening like he is trying to stay awake while he is asleep injured.
it is a great that they polishing animations I just feel like they could have done more. Again just my opinion.

You do you. Does dodging a lobby before it starts incur any kind of penalty?
I hope not but I'm genuinely wondering as I'm still a bit new to the game.
As long as you don’t leave during the start up of the match (when you see your character on the map) you won’t be penalized.
of course console players can do this trick where they close app during the loading screen to avoid the dc penalty (this is both from my own usage and other people’s uses in my experience of the game).

Ooh Cyberpunk came out I've been tempted, is it good?
Looking to get my ghost in the shell, infinity type fix lately.
I’m playing on ps4pro and so far it’s fun there is a few bugs here and there (don’t call Jackie while entering your car or else he’ll teleport to you in his pose on the phone call) I crashed once on the three hour mark. There is a few cutscene glitches for example: when you experience your first brain dance your character was supposed to freak out and panic a bit and the girl with green hair was supposed to calm you explaining what happened but it skipped that and went straight to your answer. There is a slightly annoying thing that I guess didn’t make it in on release but I can’t fit the game on my tv either I’m stupid and just can’t find it or they haven’t put in a screen sizing. Customizing is more then I expected but not earth shattering (and yes you can customize your ‘soldier’) overall the experience reminds me of the Witcher 3 when it came out great stuff but a few hiccups here and there and hopefully just like the Witcher 3 they’ll iron out the bugs and improve on some stuff.
sidenote do not skimp on the tutorials read them out and pay attention. hacking might make you feel off so don’t rush it take it easy.
-
Currently having fun in cyberpunk so I guess that’s me taking a break from it.
-
What is your timezone it could be that you are early
also damn you got a ps5 lucky

Take a shot when your teammate or random teabags at the gates with full health. (For the sake of your kidneys it’s only a shot if everyone is at the gate and the teabag counts as one anymore then that doesn’t count).
-
I’m busy playing yaluza:like a dragon to really worry about the bloodlust test.
-
How did he do it I can understand doing two gens then a slug even four but FIVE what happened?
-
Did he say what rank he was I know rank doesn’t matter but I’m curious. Your not wrong for saying that I feel like they felt guilty about how they got 4K just my thoughts.

I saw someone poking on one of the Blight Flower things too (like a Totem). When they were done, it kind of popped and shriveled up.
When I go next to the Blight Flower things, I didn't get a prompt or anything. Anyone know what's up with those Blight Flower things? Do they do stuff or was I somehow seeing things?
They work as a totem cleanse them for extra blood points. And I believe multiple people can cleanse one I believe haven’t played survivor yet.
-
it seems like he wasn’t mad but realized what your plan was and adjusted accordingly. I’m guessing here I wasn’t there and this is from your perspective.
-
That is on par when your teammate decides to play ring around the rosey when your on second hook by the killer.
-
I do it too I’ve started playing survivor more then killer because of this bug.

Sounds like alot if maps to memorize, even then aren't the spawns random?
it comes with practice and map knowledge I’m not saying memorize every single totem placement possible just the more common places a totem can spawn
-
Have you tried using detective hunch or small game?
they can help you remember the most common totom placements
-
if somebody is on a hook before the first gen is done (which is usually me) I’m going focus on gen pressure and making sure certain gens need being done in case of somebody blindly doing gens without thought.
If we are doing gens consistently then I start working on bones or remember where I see dulls.
if we are start falling apart I try to take aggro and the rest can at least heal up before I die.
-
Thank god I thought I was going crazy I been experiencing the same thing as well.
I think it’s when the survivor keeps pressing the running button either the server or something thinks the survivor hasn’t been locked in yet my theory on it.
-
I got two ideas.
1 gifting bloodpoints to friends it can be from a set or as many as you want.
2 giving props to a player and you receiveing props give you 2x the bloodpoints on your next game.
-
I had FIVE lobby’s of people dc during loading in a row. I just want to see a cool kill animation.

How does it work with either? I'm thinking of picking up Deathslinger soon, so I want some ideas.
It’s best used when moving to hit on a loop. Ex:I shoot meg at a loop but when I go to the shortest possible route If I try to hit her I will without a doubt miss and wasted the shoot. But with unrelenting I recover fast enough to make up the distance when I lunge.
-
I’m not a death slinger god but I have played him since release.
add ons: the terror radius addons are a bit gimmicky but can useful in niche situations. A good addon combo to use for starting him will be the reduce shot cool down this will encourage you to shoot the gun more often.
range indicators: his range with his gun is 18m. 18m may seem short to some but you be surprised by what’s considered 18m. Their is a unique score event called sharpshooter you will only get this score event by catching the survivor with your maximum range while this is great for both bloodpoints and a potential down this is the most dangerous shot to make due to the breakout bar will be more then likely close to full when reeling in.
reeling: when you have a survivor on your spear the survivor on attack will shift their body towards you this is where either the shot was a miss or a hit. When you reel in the survivor you need to back up to have the most control. The only time to move forward with the reel is if a survivor is blocking the survivor from MOVING to you. Coming back to first point, when I said the survivors body shift toward you when speared is when you do corner shots ex(I shoot a survivor at the door to the entrance of the garage in gas heaven on hit move immediately back so the survivor can’t get stuck on the wall and so you shifted the survivor back to the door of the entrance).
last point: deathslinger is about predictions the Speer when shot has a travel time the equivalent of a charged huntress throw but It is not a hitscan def(the bullet has no travel time and is a instant hit or miss) therefore you will need to watch the survivors how they run and loop each survivor is different but their is one thing to keep in mind, be careful about OVERESTIMATEING what I mean is try not to assume everyone in your lobby knows how to dodge slingers or any range killer they may just run in a straight line and you assume they are going to dodge but really they are just running without a plan.

Goto from parasyte
-
If use a key without the milky glass the key will break regardless of the white ward.
white wards only work if the item is on your person if you die or escape ex medkits, flashlights, and maps.
-
What system are you using it works fine for me on ps4
-
Have you tried playing with friends and take a break from the game a day or two recharge the battery’s it help a lot.
-
Quentin: he fought against Freddy so you would have help from him and he would help watch your back.
nea: she would make sure your using your item the best you can.
adam: when given the chance to help he could save you from a nasty situation and teach what you should do when he’s not around to help.
ace: he might not bring much but you’ll be left feeling your the luckiest person alive.
-
An outlast chapter would be cool either dr trager or Chris walker.
-
If your playing with people on coms then the match succees will depend on personal skill and communication.
if your playing solo you will have three coin tosses on how your randoms act which could determine the outcome of the match.
in my opinion killer is harder then survivor.
-
It sounds like the power is based on chase potential then traversal so he/she being 110 would make them lose gen pressure.
if they teleport to their traps with or without survivors then they could be considered 110 but then you will have to increase the base placements which could lead to killers using addons that increases the base amount held. It seems like a cool concept I’m sure you can make fun.

You can make it easier especially as 15 meters is still hard to predict especially as one of deathslinger addon is to shoot 15meters cant survivors glow when zoomed in or a sound clue like a evil laugh to signal oh hes 15 meters go for the shot?
For slinger if you get the sharpshooter event score it translates to his maximum range. It will definitely be nice and rewarding if huntress had a similar score event.
-
Darkest dungeon
-
To add on to this, a experienced deathslinger can tell the difference between a survivor who understands slinger vs one who doesn’t by what they do on the reel.
An experienced survivor will move either left or right to break the chain fastest and try to get the chain to snag on anything between him.
an inexperienced survivor will wiggle in place as they are reel in.
a way to help your fellow survivor if they seem inexperienced against slinger is to try and break the chain by just standing still between him/her and slinger.
-
Try using infectious fright to see if theirs people around or use lightborn and watch how desperate they get the blind.
