I am going to keep doing these until I find a solution that most people are happy with and makes the Pig much better. Core issues that we need to work around for Pig: The RNG aspect to her RBTs The ambush The stuff we already know, read this if you don't know why she is weak. The RNG aspect of her main ability is very inconsistent, it can do very well or almost nothing The ambush is t23 comments 191 views last activity

It now takes 8-12 seconds to escape the bear trap when caught in it by yourself It now takes 4 seconds to rescue a survivor caught in a bear trap The Trapper now can hold 2 traps at base Injured survivors who escape a trap by themselves should be downed (Idea by Otzdarva) Survivors can no longer use I-frames such as dead hard or the 2 second immunity from wiggling out to walk through a bea0 comments 21 views last activity

I have seen a few comments around the forums these past few days about how BBQ has no counterplay and is too good on any killer. BBQ is a great killer perk, and it is not OP. It gives the killer information as to where to go next and gives extra BP as a nice bonus. You can hide behind generators and in lockers to avoid the aura reading. However, most high-level players don't hide in lockers un20 comments 412 views last activity

The pig starts with 4 RBTs. When a generator is completed, the RBT on whoever has one activates and that person with the RBT on has to search two jigsaw boxes (in my idea here, there will be 3 jigsaw boxes at base that are far but not too far from each other). Note: The tampered timer will be changed to have another effect. If the pig starts a chase with someone with an active trap, the trap wi2 comments 21 views last activity

I do, I really think that these killers are amazing. They are both fun to play as and against while having simple mechanics that require a medium skill cap. Billy has fantastic map pressure even after his "minimal changes" nerf. It can also punish overextending survivors or just instantly down survivors via curving. It is a super simple design as well, it takes a decent amount of skill to pla6 comments 41 views last activity

Hag and Trapper are trap setting killers (obviously), and they have to play defensively. They not only play defensively, but they also are very territorial. As Trapper, you want to pick a part of the map and stick to it, same for hag but this applies to Trapper more. The Trapper has bear traps that will pin down a survivor and if you can get there before they escape on their first attempt, that3 comments 61 views last activity

@UncleStabby seems eager for a pig rework as well, so I thought it would be nice and fun to create a thread about it. I have been playing and enjoying a lot of pig and wraith lately which explains why I like posting threads for them. We should all put our minds together and try to see what we can come up with for the Pig. Sorry if this has become repetitive, but I really think First, let me l16 comments 301 views last activity

I think it would be cool and mess with survivors while still giving you tracking. This of course could work with the restraint addons. You could even fake being the doctor illusion which could open up some mind games which makes sense with doctor. At least it would work against newbies. Just try to listen to that injured ace with built-in iron will with the blasting chase music, stomping feet as killer, that generator halfway done over there, the atmospheric noise when nothing is happening, and when survivors make absolutely no noise for a few seconds. But seriously, sounds should be looked at and refined. I want to actually be able to hear a survivor breathing and running in17 comments 291 views last activity

I consider myself to be a pretty avid killer when it comes to tracking survivors. I feel like the scratch marks are sometimes delayed or just haven't been consistent lately. Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing the same thing?4 comments 71 views last activity

Aim-dressing messing up a hit on a survivor using sprint burst. For example, when a survivor tries to juke you with sb by running close to you it usually works out for them because even if they come a little too close, they can't be hit because the aim-dressing messes it up. It was the house with the basement and a generator under it. If two certain windows are open, you can literally run the killer around forever. In my opinion, NOED should be changed instead of nerfed. Right now, the perk is being mostly used as a crutch for new players. I know this for a fact because I did the same when I first started playing killer. Why would I not have run it? It gave me a chance to get some kills at the end game and as a new player, this is an absolute win for me. I eventually stopped using it and moved on to BBQ a110 comments 1,162 views last activity

Why they should: He still needs a little something to really help him Wraith, even after his buff in the PTB, still needs at least a windstorm addon to play effectively. In fact, he needs another part of his power to help him in a chase. The buff he got was great, really good in fact. Amazing even. I think giving lobby animations and emotes for both sides would be a cool thing to add purely for looks. Maybe even a minute long animation of themselves just living in their world of the entity. Let me explain this one the best I can, but I don't know much about coding in games. I am asking how difficult it is to code things into this game such as graphics. People say that the new graphics are poorly optimized, does this mean the code implemented for the new graphics is just not as efficient as it could be?3 comments 31 views last activity

The Demogorgon and Pig. The Demogorgon I feel is a meh killer just in general, but I think he only needs a few good changes and a buff. His shred is very helpful in a chase, but I feel like the rat liver is needed to use the shred ability much better. It is significantly harder to use without it. I feel like the effect of the rat liver should be base kit. This means that the speed you walk when17 comments 151 views last activity

For Trapper: Change the traps to more of a break free over time kind of mechanic. For the first 3 attempts, the survivors trying to escape can only weaken the trap and THEN you can add the RNG aspect to it. This will help with consistency and allow the trapper to have a better chance of catching a survivor when he walks distances that are far away. For Pig: Allow survivors to have a guarante1 comments 41 views last activity

I think it would be better to get iridescent shards with the rank reset. This would help with the problem of playing 65-70 hours for 9,000 shards which are enough for ONE killer. Also, just an idea. I think that survivors and killers should get some sort of exclusive reward similar to legacy if someday, far off in the future we have a working MMR system. This way, you could get more exclusive8 comments 141 views last activity

Keep in mind most perks will still be bad or decent, but not total garbage. (Ok, maybe still garbage) Deja Vu: This allows you to see the 3 closest generators to each other at the start and for 60 seconds every time a generator is completed. Think about it, how would you balance keys yourself in a way that is strong, but not too strong? I would be willing to bet that the idea you think of is not great. A popular idea that I hear quite a bit is that we should allow it to only let one person escape per key and have a 3-second animation of opening the hatch. The problem with this idea is that it would still be incredibly powerful as al61 comments 881 views last activity

Even with these things added, the game is still in need of a lot of work. I am also somewhat disappointed in what we got from the PTB. Don't get me wrong , the map changes to "The Game" and "Crotus Peen Asylum" were pretty good. But this PTB just felt underwhelming because Clown's changes were not that great, trapper's little buff still allows survivors to escape off the first attempt of escapin8 comments 91 views last activity

I think it would be a great idea to make this available to the public, at the moment only the devs are able to see things like statistics. I think it would be great if we could actually see the data that is relied on. It would allow players to see exactly what they can only assume such as the most survivor sided map. Being able to see statistics would probably help many players understand certai33 comments 321 views last activity

Meta/strong perks: DS: The most popular anti-tunnel perk for the fact that it lasts a full minute and can be abused in favor of the survivor. Borrowed time: A common and popular anti-tunnel perk mainly. I guess it could be argued to also be anti-camp. Yes, I do know that he was finally given the buff we all have been waiting for. However, he still has no power in the average chase and could still use a purple windstorm base kit. I think the Clown got a good buff, but he still seems pretty weak. Same for Wraith. I wanted to write this post because I find myself enjoying Wraith these days. Please, the "unfair advantage" a normal player would get from being able to highlight trails and such is not even that valuable or game-changing . With the upcoming UI, colorblind players will have a very hard time trying to figure out who is injured (or impossible from what I have heard).16 comments 181 views last activity

I don't really know why, but I personally did not like the auto haven rework. My favorite was the macmillian estate map although I am starting to lean more towards the game. They both look great. Crotus Penn is just a bit too bright, I think it needs to be darker. The game just needs windows and less safe pallets, that is it. It looks great as I have said already. For the trapper, what if survivors could never escape his traps until after they attempt to escape them 3 times? Instead, they would weaken the trap and afterward we could then apply some different RNG escape system. This would allow the trapper to be able to place his traps around the map and be able to have a better chance of catching them as well. We could also allow Not Otzdarva's proposed14 comments 181 views last activity

"Down 2 survivors with your chainsaw in the first 30 seconds with the hillbilly" Who designed this challenge and thought it was okay? I still don't have this one done and I don't think I ever will get it done. This is obviously very situational and pretty much relies on the survivors being where you need them to be. I think it is obvious to everyone that this map is survivor sided to say the least. The map is such a detriment to play on as killer, especially when survivors run BL and the map offerings for it. I was reminded how bad this map was when playing p head on it. Not complaining about the match, but it reminded me how bad that map was. Are the devs aware of how unbalanced this map is?42 comments 731 views last activity

Survivors should be able to see each other's perks. This would help so much in solo queue. This would have survivors strategize their perks around what other's have. Survivors could use the chat, but many times the survivor is probably watching a video on their phone while they wait for the game to start Also, perk loadouts for both sides would be nice.48 comments 611 views last activity

The undying change was a bit confusing to me, I might have read it wrong. I am pretty sure that when someone cleanses a totem, it basically only gets one extra life right? Someone confirm this for me, please. Anyway, as much as I liked how strong it was before, I totally understand why it needed a nerf. It was way too RNG reliant. How strong will it be now?
